Drive-thru pharmacy is a joke. It's quicker to go inside to pick up meds. Literally every time I come to the drive thru I'm there about 45 minutes. Staff will look at you thru the window & not even acknowledge you're there

Is a good pharmacy overall to get prescriptions at. And a really nice peaceful place. Most of the workers especially the few long time ones there. do their job really good. Now pharmacy take a half hour off for all of their workers to go at the same time.

This home town pharmacy has great people who work very hard each day dealing with mean people who are the first to act as if they are perfect and make no mistakes. Truth be known all of these mean entitled people do not even work! I love my cvs pharmacy and pray for the hard working employees to look over these mean people who make their job hard! Keep up the good work!

The manager of this CVS in Rockingham NC on East Broad Ave. has the rudest behavior of any store manager I have ever meet in my life. I have seen him take boxes from FedX drivers and throw them in front of customers because he didn’t like where they were placed. He has to be called to the front to help asst. customer with checking out. Only wants to stock shelves. I really feel very sorry for the sweet lady who works with him at the front. She is very helpful. When I asked for his name to file a complaint he said I am Mike the Manager and hung up on me after we had an disagreement with the way he treated me at the the self checkout. I will no longer do business here. I went straight to Walgreens and had my medicine changed. This is bad business CVS. Mike the Manager is making your store look trouble.

Absolutely the WORST service in this area. The woman is very rude and slow as cold molasses. They never have my meds, it takes them 3-4 days to count out 90 pills. I just emailed my doctor to move mine back to Mabrys, they are higher, but at least they keep their stuff in stock! See ya CVS!!!

The manager here is the rudest individual I’ve ever seen in a managerial position in any establishment in my life. I won’t go into the level of unnecessary disrespect and insults that this pathetic man felt like he had go say, but I will just say he does not deserve his position 100% and who ever hired him did not do due diligence.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! They are super slow, it takes 20 minutes per customer at the window so if 3 cars are in front of you you'll be sitting there for an hour not only that they never have anything in stock and it takes 2 weeks to fill a scrip so you go without meds and no one knows what they are doing..... worst pharmacy ever

I used to love this place, until I went there a month ago I was trying to pay for my stuff I see no one around until a manager approached me and told me that we have to use self checkout that they don't help us no more he was quite rude but I said okay well wherefore I return there the other day went to the self check out I was having problems putting my $1 bills in there because it didn't like it so as I'm doing this I'm trying to figure out if you guys won't help me at the cash register and the machine doesn't like my money what am I supposed to do not even that I started thinking about the elderly people that apparently are being forced to do this as well now on top of it the machine was very low so now in my mind I'm picturing a very elderly person having to bend way down and struggle to put $1 bills in there one at a time mind you this is experience I will never go through again and I will never return

I have recently went to the Rockingham CVS, and I wanted to share this because I didn't know how else to thank the pharmacy manager for her kindness... So Amanda McNeill. With out Amanda I would have never been able to afford my prescriptions. I was just going to get one and see if I could come back for the other two RX because I just couldn't afford to get all of them.. She managed to work it out for me to get all 3 of my prescriptions and the next day I was feeling at better because I was able to the the prescriptions.I will tell you that I have done business at another pharmacy for many years and it was only by mistake the RX was sent to CVS in Rockingham that day. The past experience at the other pharmacy they would have just put the prescription back on the self in hopes that I would come back for it and if not back on the shelf it would have gone.But Amanda McNeill at CVS in Rockingham went above and beyond her call of duty to help me and for that I will be forever grateful.Amanda McNeill thank you from the bottom of my heart. What you did made such an impact on me. I called my husband crying when I left CVS that night because I wanted to do something for you to show how much I appreciated you kindness. But I hope that your boss sees this post and compensates you in some way.. but even if not always know that you have made a great impact on someone's life and I will be doing business with CVS in Rockingham from now on...Thank youLeigh Smith
