Bathroom was disgusting. I always go to BP and they are 9 times out of 10 so nice! This was the worst one I’ve ever been to. Bathroom doors were stained from hands and disgusting. Inside the bathroom was grimy, and it looks like mold or some other substance is growing from vent in the ceiling. Mirror was so dirty and old you couldn’t see on it.

This is the worse BP gas station I have ever been to. The man behind the counter with the heavy accent is a racist. He profiled my 5’10, 13 yr. old son as soon as he walked through the door. He asked my son to give him his chips and drink as soon he picked it off the shelf so it could sit on the counter next to him. Meanwhile, every other customer was able to hold their items and walk around the store freely with them. I was in the bathroom throughout that interaction. He was very rude and made comments such as, “I know who you are. I know you very well.” We were passing by on a road trip and had never been here before but he meant to say he knows “black people”, mind you, his skin is darker than mine. Then he told us we couldn’t use the bathroom even though we had just paid for gas. He is the wrong person to have standing at the counter interacting with customers because had I not been who I changed myself to be, this whole situation would have gotten very ugly for him.

get a receipt and check it! actually just go to one of the other 2 gas stations just 0.3 of a mile away on either side why bother with these scammersThe man tried to rob me. This store will take extra money out of your wallet.The bathroom was horrible.I would love for the owner to contact me about my experience.I believe your employee is robbing you the same way he tried to rob me.9-2-23. most items in the store aren't even priced and that was a big red flag to me so I got a receipt and saw that I was overcharged on 3 out of the 7 items I purchased (the only 3 items that had a price) for over $2...you can't be that incompetent if you're running a legitimate business I feel like this was intentionalget a receipt and check it! actually just go to one of the other 2 gas stations just 0.3 of a mile away on either side why bother with these scammers

CHECK YOUR PRICES! we didn't get the receipt on our first purchase. Paid $79 for a 15 and a 8 pack prime energy. We were told it would be cheaper than individual and it wasn't. Also we bought a cookie and it said 1.49 charged 1.99. 2 drinks 2/$6 and then they rang up $3.79 each. When I went in they gave me $2 back but they still owed me another 60 something cent. Oh well. Stop at the shell don't go there. On the other hand the bathroom was clean

GO TO SHELL DOWN THE ROAD!!!!!!!The man working today spent twenty minutes screaming at a family because their son touched the milkshake machine. He proceeded to belittle the family, berate them for touching his “FIFTEEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLAR MACHINE.” and he wouldn’t stop harassing this family for them to go to the bathroom. AND he wouldn’t let the mom take her kids to the car. He YELLED AT THEM TO STAY so he could keep yelling.The bathroom that was DISGUSTING.An absolutely APPALLING gas station.

The bathrooms were disgusting the floors in the bp were nasty my daughter tried to get a milkshake when she took the lid off to put it in the machine it fell on the floor it had dirt all over the lip part this bp was so disgusting I would never let my child eat anything off this floor so it was placed In the trash when I went to pay she charged me for two but she never told me until I looked at my reciept when I asked why she charged for two she was so rude pointing in our faces saying it’s all your fault you drop it I not drop it you drop it you pay for it. Then proceeded to start talking about it’s our fault to the other customers. This bp needs a health inspection and new employees

The woman that works the register wouldn’t take my money for gas! She was rude and very disrespectful! I ran out of gas and I told her that and she pushed my money back and told me to go to the shell station up the road. Smh I told her again that I need gas because I ran out and I couldn’t go anywhere. That’s when she only took 2 dollars instead of the 5$ I had! She’s an evil woman

Crooked cashiers. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT & PRICES! They will ring things up for more than what they are labeled, and over-charge you. Imagine how much extra they are making if they slip in an extra dollar or two on hundreds of customers.Read the other reviews on here. It's not a one time accident or a mistake. They are deliberately doing this & are fully aware of the scam they are running.

This BP used to be our regular stop on the way to the beach. I WILL NOT be back. Will chose a BP in Laurel Hill instead. The cashier today (9/2/22) was too busy talking to someone on the phone with his ear buds in. He became rude and loud when I couldn't understand what he said and asked me, "Can you not hear!?!?" I don't have to spend my money ($8.40 for two bottles of Smart Water and a small pack of almonds!) here again!!

It may sound weird but I love this gas station! I stop here often on my commute to school and it is always clean, the customer service is always amazing, and they have a great selection. The owners will even make a fresh pot of coffee for you.

Worst BP ever! This place was filthy! If I wasn't dying to relieve myself I would have kept driving. The womens room was nasty there was a gel type substance on the back of the toilet and the sink. The tissue was not in the holder but instead propped up on a brace bar, an inch worth of the toilet paper was wet. I assume there was a backed up toilet before I arrived because the plunger was sitting in front of the toilet and still had water on and around it. The mens room had no toilet paper at all. I was so quick to run into the bathroom that I had not noticed the store around me... I shuddered at the roaches. Looked around for some packaged food to eat and came across some expired product. I opted on skipping any food at this stop. This place is long overdue for a Franchise Inspection.

No frills "gas station" which has clean restrooms. Under new management over the past few years. Sometimes they have hot biscuits/hotdogs othertimes not. A great place to stop if heading south to the beach with pets. On the right side going down with a generous sized grassy area away from the busy road (unlike the Stuckey/Hardee's truck stop which is always continuously BUSY and on wrong side if you're trying to jump on 74 [very difficult to make a left and get all the way over for 74] with no real good place for pet breaks) on the backside of gas pumps there's a white fence that runs the length of lower parking lot and behind the building, plenty of room for the 4-legged friends to go for a stretch. Gentlemen behind counter has always been friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy but tops in my book!

This station has been my primary store for gas ect anything I need it's on my way home for over 10 years I've seen it change owners a few times the new owners/staff showed their true colors today and will never get my buisness again tooky money and the merchandise was bad they wouldn't give a refund or swap for another don't waste you're time they give 2 cents about customers

The man that works here is currently taking money from customers for instance my husband got a coke for a $1.10 gave him a 20$ he gave him .90 back after arguing with him he gave my husband 17$ bk when it should have been 18$ it's also happened multiple times to my husband and with us on a busy highway God knows how much money he's took from people
