What a great bunch of people! The store has everything you could possibly need. We were headed out camping, and I forgot my gloves. The lady was kind enough to go in the back and find a polar fleece pair for me. They worked out great! Thank you for the gloves and propane! This place is paying it forward. 💕

I would rate this store 10 stars if it were an option! We bought a cabin in Robbinsville back in September 2023. When we went into Elders Ace in Robbinsville it was my first time ever in an Ace Hardware store. EVERYONE who works there is Amazing! So helpful and I was so impressed that they know where everything is by memory!! Every time we are in Robbinsville we visit the store at least 3 times (sometimes more). Fast forward to March 2024. We had ordered a shipment of rubber mulch to be delivered to our cabin. On the day of delivery we received a call that they were bringing on a semi-truck with a smaller bed and wanted to make sure it could make it to the cabin. The answer is NO. We went to Ace Hardware and spoke with the Manager, Annette Carver, and explained our situation. She graciously said that we could have our order delivered to their store and Ace would deliver to our cabin the very next day. I can’t express how appreciative we are. To say we are a loyal customer is an understatement. Thank you Elders Ace of Robbinsville!

We had been out riding all day and I lost the rear brakes on my Harley due to a fluid issue. When we tried to remove the master cylinder cover, I stripped a screw head. We found A-4 about 30 minutes before they closed. We did not have the tools used to remove the stripped screw but the kind folks at A-4 graciously allowed us to borrow a drill, drill bit and an easy out.This place is well stocked and had the replacement screws we needed along with tubing to bleed the brake line.They closed at 6 and were kind enough to lock the gate and wait on us to finish working on the brakes in the shade of the awning in the parking lot.Even though it was time for them to go home, they stayed and waited on us to finish so that we could finish the job and return the tools.This was a prime example of true southern hospitality at its finest. Special thanks to everyone at A-4 for letting us get everything done so we could safely continue our travels. A-4 gets an A+.

First let’s start by saying Danielle check us out her very first day which was a couple months ago she was a little nervous which was to be expected! We came back this past week and she was running the register like a pro! She is super helpful and always has a smile on her face! Her service was excellent!

This is by far the best Ace I’ve ever been to. Such a broad variety of everything a hardware store could have including fishing stuff and hunting stuff, electrical, plumbing, paint, hardware, yard stuff, I couldn’t possibly list it all!

There is an employee there right now working that tested positive for COVID... She apparently "isn't running a fever" so they think it's ok for her to work... I at this moment feel like I'm getting sick.. This happened 3 days ago. I am APPALLED.

My wife and I were on vacation and had a screw come loose on an accessory that we needed in my SUV. We stopped in here to purchase some cheap Allen wrenches!This hardware store carried about anything a person could want relating to hardware and farm/garden/lumber.Prices were fair with a range of items from low-high end.Staff was friendly but not overly helpful, however, they were extremely busy so I will contribute the lack of service to that!Would definitely shop here again!

I have only been there once because I was just passing through town but the staff was helpful and I was able to get exactly what I needed when I was in a pinch. It looks like they have a good selection of everything a hardware store needs plus some sporting good on top of that.
