I called and told them I was interested in a dachshund they had for sale they said great come on down. I called a SECOND time to let them know I was coming for sure to get the pup and I would be there at 2:00 so hold him for me. After driving an hour and a half to get there, they let us see and play with the puppy. Then we were informed that the pup was being held for someone else, so we could not buy it. They said "Oh well your phone call must have gotten mixed up with the other call, & that's all I can tell you". That is the response we got from the manager! She was very unapologetic and very rude. I was also told a THIRD time I could COME BACK and get the dog....."A child answered the phone, she didn't know what she was talking about" that's the response I got from the manager then! Seriously.. who lets kids answer the phone at there supposedly professional business? The employees were clueless the only one that seemed to know anything was the manager and she was very rude and unprofessional with her responses! I will NEVER attempt to do business with this place again!
