Best store ever to shop at! I went one day to buy a bicycle and had a hard time picking one out until a very handsome sweet man name Marco asked me if I needed any help. He helped me pick the perfect bicycle and he was so kind to walk it to my car for me. Highly recommend Marco for all your bicycle needs.

We get some things we don't order and have had a few missing items. When we pick up it takes between 20 min and an hour. If they had more staff it would probably be better.

I am not much of a Walmart person, because they set their standard very high and rarely meet their own expectations, much less my standard for excellence in a retail industry....That's why I am always so excited when I find a hidden gem... This is definitely a superstore version of Walmart, but their employees feel more like your local owned business... You are greeted with a genuine smile and surrounded by people who enjoy doing their jobs... Not just watching that bottom line... You are treated like a person here not just a $....

Huge store that is laid out well. Nothing against the store but a young boy was riding a bike around in the isles. When I told him that his actions were unacceptable he went and told his grandfather who confronted me about telling the boy not to ride a bike in the store. No store personnel were around or if one of them did see the boy they didn’t say anything to him. Made me very uncomfortable until I left the store.

If I could give a 0 I would. The pick up team here sucks. Why are people waiting 3+ hours and it’s 6 of y'all including manager's in the room. Like if you want to play go clock out and go home. Managers do better smfh. Shout out to the runner tho he was the only one working hard.

If you've seen one Walmart you've seen em all, yet there's something special about this one in Roanoke Rapids. Employees are friendly and helpful, still willing to walk you right to the item you can't find instead of just telling you where it is.

What is the purpose of having 20+ registers if there is only going to be 2 open?????Customer service here sucks!No one answers the phone.I literally stood in line at register 2 calling Customer Service, for about 4 minutes, only to watch them stand around talking to one another and listen to the phone ring.Walmart, in general, needs to step their game up!On another note, can you (Walmart Representatives/Marketing) please add sanitizer dispensers in the produce section?????? It will make it easier for those that need assistance opening the bags that are used for the produce AND for the Roanoke Rapids location, can you PLEASE put some benches or chairs in there for the people who can't stand for long periods of time?????Thank you.Signed,A frequent shopper...

The curbside pickup area has turned into some kind of block party. There are people standing outside their cars yelling, drinking, dancing and playing provocative music very loudly. I think I'll try the delivery service instead. 01/5/24 Spent three hours waiting for a curbside pickup. I'm done with Walmart.

Terrible service I’ve ever had from Walmart and will not be back to this Walmart…. Walmart auto center sucks there were two guys in here today August 21, 2023 at 12:30 we had a tire with a screw in it we needed help we didn’t have a jack we called before coming down here were they said they would help us where are the two guys watch my husband struggle for almost an hour and a half I’m pregnant and my two children were so hot and all we needed was help and these guys didn’t try to do a thing very Disappointing the bigger gentleman that was in here shrug us off as soon as we pulled up he was like no we can’t do anything and he stood there and watched us as he was smoking a cigarette Walmart that’s a damn shame there was no one in here they weren’t doing nothing at all I hope one day their wives and children don’t have to go through what we had to IN 94° weather Very disappointing NEVER EVER!!! coming back

Good amount of everything from lawn and garden to automotive products. Plenty of groceries to choose from. Deli, prepared meals. Electronics too.

I will not use the pick up that is the slowest pickup I ever been to in my life took 1 hours and a half to get my order to the car I could of walked in and bought what I needed lol plus more. Save your time please they are slow slow

My curbside pick up is now over 3 hrs late and the phone is not being answered, even when being transfered by the operator. Awful experience. Clearly severely under staffed. Also a lot full of uncollected carts. Horrible!!

C 4 Ultimate shred , I think it would be the same quality. Right, wrong. The color is not right, and there is so much extra stuff at the bottom. You certainly do want to don't want to drink it it is pepper hull. The Vitamin shopThe quality is far superior.

NEVER enough cashiers!!! Produce was not stocked as if it were only afternoon. It looked like the END of a very busy day. I don't like self checkout if I have more than a few items. I waited on a long cashier line to spend over $100!!!

When I asked if I could use a self checkout when they just “closed”the line since I only had 1 gallon of milk. She looked at me and said “na sorry white boy”. Inappropriate and disappointing but her fellow co workers thought it was very funny.

Store is setup great. Staff was very helpful. My only complaint is only 2 cashier's working a register and 3 employees helping you at self checkout. I'm just not into checking myself out when they aren't paying me!!! I could at least get a 10% discount for the employee they don't have to hire because I get to do their job!!

This store has gotten progressively worse in the last year. The AC inside doesn't work in sections of the store and makes it very uncomfortable to shop. The stock is always very low. The bathrooms are the worst I've ever seen. It's clear te manager either does not care and puts no effort into maintaining and improving the store. Pick up grocery is the most pleasant experience and even that has gotten worse in the last year.

They have 100 employees and no one knows where anything is. They all gossip and hangout with each other instead of doing their jobs. The only people I ever see working is the people in the meat department. Everyone else is a bunch of young girls walking around the store staring at the customers and talking on their own phones
