I eat at this location often and I do not suggest ordering ahead if you’re picky about your sub cause they will mess it up. If you need anything other then the standard “mikes way” go inside and instruct them what you need. Other than that its a good location, with new faces every month..Pictured is #13 on rosemary.

Overall, I love Jersey Mike's. The subs are always fresh and always WAY better than the local subways. Yeah, it's more pricey depending on what you get, but you get what you pay for. Presentation of the food isn't always the best I understand your just getting a sub but it usually isn't on the sub bread, like all on the bottom the top half on results in a lot of it falling out and making a mess. I can say the service is always on point. Everyone is usually nice and attentive. Atmosphere being a low point here because it's always 50/50, everyone is being respectful and ordering their food and waiting patiently. Or like last night where you have women with their children running and screaming through a restaurant that is literally a wide hallway, and the staff doing absolutely nothing about until the child ran into the kitchen. The staff told her she couldn't be in there, at that point the mother finally got her child to sit down, after probably 20 minutes of her running back and forth and the mother just telling her to it. Just one fine example of what to expect. I have a daughter that is almost 2 myself so I know how kids can be, but you also have to give an effort if you want them to listen, or at the absolutely least destract them for the time being. Would I recommend going here? Yes, try it, at least. Good people, good food.

This is so amazing. I got the chipotle chicken on gluten free bread and could not have asked for anything better. Absolutely love the food and the people are wonderful. It was done quick, had clean bathrooms, and a short line.Dietary restrictions: great gluten free bread and they took my allergy seriously

Traveling back from Charleston trip and stopped here as we knew they had gluten-free subs rolls. The place was slammed but made my wife's GF dub but forgot mine. The manager stepped in, comped my sub, and delivered my sub to the table with apologies. He did not have to do this, I understand you were slammed. But it was a nice gesture. And my #65 was perfect.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free rolls and are careful when they make them.

I’ve gone to this jersey mikes a few times before with very few issues in the past and I love it however this really isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with a mobile order. Half my entire order was wrong and I spent quite a bit of money. I can’t eat very much in this town as I’m vegan but for this to not be the first or second time my order has been messed up I’m quite thoroughly disappointed especially since this definitely isn’t the first time. I work in food service and understand that things happen especially during busy hours but 3pm isnt the busiest time in food service establishments— my boyfriend who picked it up said there was hardly anyone other customers there. Even training new members I get but if I spend forty dollars for dinner for date night and I drive a little ways to get there and bring my order all the way home it’s messed up I would like it to be right. I can’t call because I can’t find the store phone I hate leaving bad reviews, because I honestly love Jersey mikes but y’all I’m a little disappointed 😭

It’s Jersey Mike’s which I’m fond of, but I’ll be avoiding this location based on the speed of service, the quality of food and the friendliness of the employees. Being from the north, I don’t expect much, but these employees were downright rude. Only one employee making sandwiches for the long line of customers and the rest standing with folded arms, not assisting.If you’re in the area, this would not be my first pick.

Good food and nice staff but don’t order anything that has to be cooked/grilled if you are doing take out. Very very very slow. Online ordering appears to trump in-store purchasing which backs up the grill man. Waited over 25 minutes for on sandwich.

The staff was friendly and professional, it was post- holiday travel with lots of people coming off of the interstate. I ordered on the app for pick up And I’m happy I did. Great customer service

Cashier was going to charge me for items I didn't even get. They need to have a better system to check to make sure they're not overcharged in customers. I asked cashier why didn't he check my order before he charged me for something I didn't get and his response was I didn't have gloves on. I've been to plenty of other Jersey Mike's and had great experiences. This one definitely was subpar on my customer service experience
