The Food Lion on west 10th street is always clean. They usually have all the necessities. The cashiers are almost always friendly and courteous. I like there selection of fruits and vegetables, they're fresh and tasty. Although I don't drink beer, this Food Lion has expanded its selection of beer and wine. There's a lot of beer. Same with ice cream, lots to choose from.

As far as Food Lion goes, this is the best in the RoRap area. Store is clean, shelves are stocked. I actually have to pass another Food Lion to get to this one.

I been going to this on and off for years and now all sudden they got this 20 year old White girl that keeps carding me the girl since my ID like 6 time in a year in a half how many more time you need to see my ID I understand couple of times but everytime I come to buy a beer beware watch out for the young girl with a Scar on middle of her forehead she will card everybody everytime it don't matter how old you are you could be 100 year old in a wheelchair and she will still card you

I always go there ..I only live a block or so away.. very convenient for me and got the best manager there. He deserves a raise. Missed him awhile and was so glad to see him back. Thank u

go here multiple times a week! always stocked and such friendly and amazing staff here. always helpful. always make sure their scooters are charged up fully for guest like me. have had to use wheelchair once but that's no big issue because it's nice they have one there to be used since I don't bring mine just my walker shopping.

It makes no sense that you have order pickup but nobody to pick them this makes 4/5 times past few months this has happened and to top it off NOBODY EVER ANSWERS PHONE just ridiculous if you can’t provide the service people should know before they order

In 2020 the months of Sept-Oct, I reported this store because the manager told me "They Didn't enforce Masking" for shoppers safety? Tonight I went shopping from 10pm-11pm, the store was clean, the clerks were stocking the shelves, and were very polite and helpful. My cashier was courteous and efficient. And all other shoppers wore masks🎭.

Store was neat & clean, with everything well stocked. Great prices and lots of items I already buy were on sale. Store was adequately staffed for the traffic at the time so I checked out quickly and the employee was polite and efficient

I checked out at the register that Jessica was working at 5:41pm. I noticed that she spoke to me after I was in the store, then, when I checked out with her, she asked if I found everything I wanted. I said, no, there are no Pecan Pies in the Deli or Freezer. She stopped what she was doing and went looking. She came back with 3 small sized pies....Thank you Jessica for everything you did. Great Employee. By the way, I went to the Food Lion downtown and they were fully stocked.

Great food selection and great store in general, but almost none of the customers are wearing masks even though there's a big ol' sign that says masks are required. Management should be better about enforcing this!

Out of the 3 Food Lions in the Roanoke Rapids area this store is the best of the bunch. Friendliest employees. Best stocked. Just generally 2 steps above the other 2. Worth the drive.

Food Lion has superior service provided by their excellent staff. Occasionally, their prices may be somewhat higher but it is worth paying a little more. Also, they often have very good sales.

Ask for steaks if they don't have what you want. We prefer thick cut steaks and they generally have them, but you have to ask.Update: meat selections have become slim, often little or no chicken or beef.

The Food Lion Grocery on 10th in RR NC is a decent place to shop.Usually the lot is picked up, on most days you cannot detect the paper mills unique odor. There's a DG literally a few steps away if you still need to locate something your neighborhood Food Lion simply does not carry, or as they ARE consistently busy, may in fact simply be out of.Also convenience at this store is the gem....I can hop the other direction, rent a red box film or two, and get gasoline for the car and the mower,.soon to lose that responsibility to GOATS I HOPE!!!

Rude, rude service from meat department. The man snatched the bag of crab legs out of my husband's hand and my husband ask could we see some more and he said no. Refused to bring anymore out to look at. Aren't you supposed to display the foods you have on sale? Another extremely unpleasant shopping experience in this store.

Employee very rude, I was walking along meat bins and somebody came out of the meat dept, and walked right in front of me while I was walking and looking down at the meats. He walked right in my path that my cart bumped him, never said sorry or excuse me. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Deli department cuts cold cuts too thick, need to special request how you want meats and cheeses cut and you are lucky if you have an associate that accommodates your request.

I don't know if there's new management or something but this store has gone downhill so bad. I been going to this food lion since I was a kid. It looks like war rations in there. I drive right by it now to go to food lion on the avenue. It's ridiculous
