I just came to the Richlands Walmart the gas station part. And the pumps are down and they have their doors locked instead of having a sign up why they have the doors locked and if the pumps not working. The lady that is in there now working on may 7 2024 at 4:51pm was really rude she started yelling at me and my child who needed to use the restroom had a attitude and was really uncalled for.

I love this Walmart and it is the only one I ever go to in the Jacksonville/ Richlands area. But I’ve never been more annoyed after today’s experience. I went in there not looking for anything specific when i saw the ENTIRE bread display on clearance for 1 dollar. Now normally is is 1.49. But I grabbed a thing on French bread and went to go grab a couple more things before I checked out. I got to the self check out line (which I’ve never had a problem with prior) and I scanned the bread and it came up normal price. I asked the lady to do a price check and she told me no because it did not have the yellow sticker on it. I proceeded to let her know the entire display was on clearance. She nastily yells to the customer service lady and said she needs a price check on the bread. They stared at each other and the customer service lady was absolutely rude and she said no she wasn’t going to do the price check. Now if she would have went or asked someone to go or even asked me to go and grab a picture of the display I would have done it no issue but that didn’t happen. If some how that entire display was a mistake then so be it but she had a job and refused to do it. I then informed her that the entire display is on clearance if she would like to go look and she waived me off and just yelled just give her the mark down.Never have I encountered anyone there like that prior to today. I’ve never had a bad experience there until today. It’s not about the price it’s about the fact that they couldn’t do their job and gave my attitude the entire time

This Walmart was the best Walmart that I have been in around our area. Much more clean and neat appearance than most Walmarts. Items on shelves were neat and in correct locations. There were not many items at all that were out of stock. Hand sanitizer wipes were available at all entrances. Check out was quick because of more cashiers available at registers. I was impressed compared to the Wallace location we usually shop at. I think it will be worth driving a few more miles to shop this location going forward. But I will continue buying my tires at my local tire shop in Chinquapin because I seen that Walmart can't compete on tire prices and the service I get at my local Tire Shop in Chinquapin, Norris Tire.

I try to come on the less busy day/ times and yet the aisles are still filled with huge carts for deliveries and stocking palets all over the store! I went at 6pm and they were stocking most aisles. Can this not be done later or while closed? If you aren't going to be open 24hrs anymore why not stock then?Other than that the employees there are some of the sweetest people!! Amy (cashier) is the sweetest!

So I called last week about an oil change. The guy told me that I didn’t need to make an appointment. Cool right I’ll be first there go online auto center opens at 7. So I pull up only to find out there website was wrong they open at 8 , oh and whom ever told me I didn’t need an appointment was wrong but they would fit me in.(thank you Ashley) Then I’m told it will take about 45 min. WRONG here I sit with my truck hood up 3hrs /15min. after arriving at this Walmart. If you are thinking about an oil change make an appointment or go to take 5 in Jacksonville. Honestly I doubt that I will be returning to this store.

The female pharmacist is pretty ignorant she definitely needs better training she tried to say I needed a prescription and an ID to buy syringes for my mother in law who's a diabetic that's definitely not the case walmart ethics even agreed with that

1st of all, its clean. Its lay out is perfect for me and was easy to navigate. Every thing I needed was available and the check out lady was sweet and very thorough.

It was our first time coming to this Walmart. Holy smokes, it's huge! It was so organized, too! Honestly one of the best Walmarts I've ever been to.I'll be coming back here for an oil change soon!

You can never find anybody to help you. Always have to wait in lines even at the self check out and if somebody does ring up your stuff. They're always so rude can't you even say hello goodbye

Worst Walmart In The Country!Bread products bought here are moldy the next day. The prices are outrageous & customer service is non-existing at best. Self check out is a joke every time I have gone through the self-checkout, the employees have been rude, impatient & totally incompetent. Whenever I have needed assistance to locate an item there is never a Walmart employee available. On my last visit to this store I went to the customer service to return an item which I had purchased the week before. Upon approaching the customer service representative I presented her with my purchase receipt & my debit card which was the original form of payment. The customer service representative told me that she was going to grant me my refund however it was going to be refunded to a Walmart gift card. I then informed the customer service representative that I was aware of Walmart corporate policy & procedure regarding returns & refunds, so what she was saying was incorrect & went against the Walmart corporate policy & procedure. Because I am aware of Walmart corporate policy & procedures, I knew I could receive my refund back to the original form of payment that was used (my debit card) or in the form of cash if I chose to receive cash instead of allowing it to go back to my debit card. The customer service representative then claimed that this Walmart store had changed their policy & procedures. She stated that if I wanted my refund I was going to accept it on a Walmart gift card. She's then said if I did not accept my refund on a Walmart gift card, she was not going to accept my return and I would not get my refund.For those of you who do not know the Walmart corporate policy & procedure regarding returns & refunds, Here it is.The Walmart corporate policy & procedure regarding returns & refunds is:If a customer makes a purchase using a debit card, & the item is returned for a refund at a later date, the customer may do so by taking the item to the customer service department presenting the customer service representative with the receipt of purchase & the original form of payment used to purchase the item. If a debit card was used as the original form of payment. The customer returning the item may receive their refund choosing to accept the refund back to the original form of payment that was used or upon request from the customer, they also have the option of deciding to receive the refund back in the form of cash.However this Walmart completely disregarded the corporate policy and procedure.

My review is based on the customer services… this Walmart is a standard Walmart. I do a lot of pick-up orders & the customer service of their employees is amazing! Sometimes I can’t get an order checked in & they’ll check to make sure I didn’t have an extra order. That’s how personable they are. I want to give everyone a thank you for their hard work I have interacted with everyone of them & never had a single bad experience!!! This Walmart pick up is the best because of the Customer service! They deserve a lot of credit for why I drive the extra miles to pick up at This Walmart vs. The ones closer to me!

I’ve met some of the kindest and most helpful Walmart workers ever here. However in the Walmart Pharmacy I’ve met some of the most rude, unhappy, and disrespectful employees. Darlene was very rude to the customer in front of me and then made smart remarks to me and never even apologized. Threw my mother’s medicine on the counter and aggressively said “BYE”. So just depends on who you get from here. But most of them are very good but one bad one can ruin your day.

If I could give zero stars for the Walmart in Richlands, NC I would. The employees are rude, especially the two older ladies that are always at the self checkout.

Absolutely sick of their horrible customer service. They constantly forget items during delivery/pick up or someone screws up at the cash register constantly like not handing all of our items after purchase. Then when we have to deal with the missing items or bad items (delivery/pick up) we get the run around and blame game. It’s ridiculous. Today is the last straw. I’m done with this place.

This store has recently been remodeled and looks amazing. During my visit, there were several employees on the floor should I have needed any assistance. There were at least 4, staffed registers open and of course, the self-checkout was open.

The wait was long as always so I don’t hold the management responsible but definitely the home office, maybe they need to give more payroll to these stores, so that when people shop on there lunch breaks don’t have to stay in line for an hour.That is Wal Mart for you and that is why mostly I shop at small box places , even if it costs more .

NEVER GET YOUR OIL CHANGE AT THERE AUTO CENTER. So my wife took our SUV to get the oil changed she told the person at the auto center that we used semi synthetic. My wife even had me on speaker phone when telling this guy this and I even told the guy the same thing to be sure the right oil was used. Well right before she drove off she saw on the receipt they had used full synthetic. Luckily she hadn't gone anywhere for it to take effect. She then returned and had them put in the right oil. They still had the nerve to still partially charge her as they put it for the pit crew. It should have been totally free because of their screw up. This is ridiculous its not hard to follow directions or do your dam job

Okay I have to say that this Walmart has come a long way from when I first came to Jacksonville. The associates are helpful. The stores always clean and stopped and the pickup crew are so helpful and courteous and that's what you want when you're spending your money somewhere
