I love this location! This dollar tree is huge and has a spacious parking lot ( but, cars are still park close to each other...) The store is always well stocked, clean, and organized. However, there is usually only one employee working and lines can get long.

Love the store but the manager doesn’t know how to deal with customer concerns. We ask for Corporate # he told me it was on website. He is nice guy but has no idea how to run a business.

I love our town's Dollar Tree. The staff there are always fun to visit with. The store is clean and well stocked. A lot of their products are also made in the USA!

Take the extra 30 mins or so and Try the 2 Locations in New Bern! They're much bigger than the one in Havelock. AND BOTH Locations are not even 10 minutes from each other. 4 stars cause it depends on what products you're looking for. #YMMV

The girl working the floor and the register was so helpful. She guided me in the right direction for everything I needed. And handled my return with no problems.

Some that work at Dollar Tree in Richlands,NC talks to your children in a very rude way. They don't give assistance when needed . Most act like they have an issue with anyone that comes in that store. Your best bet is to go to one of the Dollar stores in Jacksonville, NC and not the one in Richlands, NC.

I am so pleased with the cleanliness of the store and the politeness of the staff. I have been in several times and each time the staff is kind and the store is inviting. Keep it up Richlands.

Wonderful items. Lots of selections you can find for your households, party accessories, holiday occasion and you can't beat the $1.00 per item none higher.

Staff is rude and manager is worse. Sometimes they make you wear a mask and sometimes you don't have too. I guess it depends on if the rude manger is there or not on a Friday.
