If you can't sell alcohol before noon, maybe keep the lights in the coolers turned off? My one-stop shop turned kind of embarrassing when the cashier made a loud and unnecessary remark about it. Incredibly unprofessional. Like fine, I get your local laws prohibit it, but don't be rude.

The store has recently been unstocked on some of my usual items or has disposed of them compley. Other than that it is pretty much a good place to shoo at. Employees are super helpful and very nice 🙂

This is one of the neatest and cleanest Foodlions that I’ve ever been in. It runs a race with one located in Washington NC.The younger employees were very friendly, helping, and greeting me with a smile. And they even offered to help. The ones that appeared to be 40+…. A whole different story. More so the woman that was in produce. She had a very nasty attitude until someone she knew came by.Someone higher up, maybe a manager or owner, was in the store today. He only spoke with employees every time that I saw/heard him. He did seem to have a great attitude. He just didn’t speak to the people who were shopping.My cashier was great. Fast and efficient. I believe his name was NaKwan.Sending nothing but blessings and positive energy to this store as a whole.

Very disappointed in this foodlion. I went online to order infants tylenol and it said it was in stock but it would be an hour wait to pick up. I decided to go ahead and walk into the store since it told me it was in stock since I didnt have time to wait due to just coming from the pediatrician and my son getting his 2 month shots. It was very important that I pick this medicine up cause it was only going to be a matter of time he would be running a fever and very sick. I went to go get it from the shelf and it was not there. I asked an employee if she could go check to see if the medicine was in the back since it said it was in stock online. She said if it wasnt on the shelf then they didnt have it. She wouldn't even go in the back and check obviously she didnt really care that I had a sick infant. I told her I was going to order it online but the wait was too long. She said it didnt matter. So I said so your telling me that the online ordering was lying and she said yes. I shop here about 2 times a week and it really hurt that they didnt want to help a customer. She was more concerned about putting away candy bars and not even help ring out customers.

Foodlion is the only grocery store I go to. No matter which one you go to, they all are good. The people are respectful and helpful if you need them so if you need a grocery store Foodlion all Foodlions are the place to go 🙃 .

Even though it was very busy, the service was excellent. Our server checked frequently to see if we were in need of refills, more bread, etc. The food could not have been better. Portions were generous and tasty. We were pleased!

This Food Lion is nice and clean. The produce looks good. The meats are good cuts I have been very pleased. The employees are very courteous and helpful. I moved back in April and started trying out this Food Lion as of late.I have one of about the same distance from me that I used to shop at but I perfer this one.

My husband and I frequently stop here. The atmosphere feels like family for us, the food (I especially like the Garden Of Eaten vegi 🍕 pizza with cauliflower crust) is made from fresh ingredients, and the beer/mead will not disappoint.

Food Lion should measure all their stores based off of the Richfield, NC location. Always clean, always stocked. Super nice, professional associates. Quick check-out lines, and always someone available to help if needed. Only thing I wish they did better was mask enforcement. I see so many people there not wearing masks in the store (customers, not associates!)

A very good place to shop in Richfield. The people who work here are just great! They are always friendly and smiling and so helpful. I see a little less selection here in some items such as different brands of sausage. This is compared to Food Lion stores in larger areas. But I also see good local selections here from the state and immediate area.

Nothing like a nice air conditioned Food Lion when its 92 outside. All the people were polite and friendly. Knowing the layout of other FL stores makes finding items quick an easy task here and well. Good selection of national and FL brands makes it easier to make price choices. We're becoming regulars at this store.

Mrs. TJ made my daughter as a coworker feel like family. Thank you. My son was also a coworker you kept him inline and made him feel loved. Mrs.Lisa, though my family turns to you and adopted you too. You make us feel special every time we walk through the door. Compared to 52 This food lion has the least in stock and so many errors when doing food lion to go. Order an item and they hardly ever have it. Wait times long to pick up groceries with the food lion to go. Didn’t give me all my groceries and have to drive back there. When I called I could hear 2 employees arguing over who was gonna talk to me about my missing items. So rude and incompetent

Visiting Badin Lake on vacation we felt welcome and at home everywhere we went EXCEPT this Food Lion. Both employees and staff seemed rude and unfriendly to us. But the Dollar General was more than happy to have our business.

This is probably the best Food lion in town. It has better quality than most and has alot of fresh food at the deli. They also have the big bottle waters at this store and can even bring them back to be refilled.

This store would normally get 5 stars because of the amount of meat that they always have marked down. But lately they haven't had any meats marked down. Other than that, it is a great store.
