They do excellent work. Every step of the process was wonderful. The salesman Chris was thorough in explaining the options and answered all of my crazy questions and had resolutions for all my concerns. The installers Steve and Mike were great as well. They explained changes to the initial plan due to what they found in the walls when the original tub was removed. They helped me make informed decisions that resulted in an even better outcome than I was expecting. They were efficient with their time and cleaned up as they went. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

Finding the right company and people to tear up your personal space and trust that they will make it look beautiful is a hard decision, BUT! We had out cast iron tub taken out today and a beautiful walk in shower installed by Randy!!! Everything was great! Randy was so careful to keep our home clean, did not mind me peeking at his progress! He explained what he was doing throughout the process. He was so polite and friendly!! We highly recommend the people at BathPro and especially Randy!!! Hello. I just finished with my master bath remodel. Little did I know I would end up my own contractor. What an experience, luckily I had the best guy at Bath Pro , (Chase Powell ) to do the installation! I have not seen a harder working guy on my project. The demo alone was very daunting. When the first walk in tub came in and was too small and wouldn't work , Chase assured me he would take care of getting me the correct fit for me and he did!! He also had great attention to detail. I appreciated being able to get ahold of someone in the office when I needed to. I can't wait to use my new walk-in tub!!

Randy and Dueron our installers were great. They arrived on time and didn’t stop working until the job was done. I do a lot of mechanical and plumbing work in my job and I could tell they knew what they were doing. They were courteous and professional. Randy was wonderful to work with. I am so pleased that I got a KOHLER walk in tub. Randy called when he was on his way to let me know traffic was backed up; and he’d be a little late. First considerate contractor of my time I’ve ever had. The tub is a perfect fit and beautiful! I had been told it was a two day process. Randy had it installed and gorgeous in a day! Best product. Our experience with BathPro was excellent! Our salesman Clay was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our installers, Will and Terence, were the same. After installing the new rear wall, they actually encountered a problem where the design on the side walls didn’t match it perfectly. Rather than trying to convince us that it was fine & going ahead with it that way to finish the job in one day, Will brought it to my attention and had to drive 7 hours the next day to get walls that matched just right and then come back and finish the job. You don’t see that very often these days! 👏The new shower is beautiful. Well done!!

My expectations were high from when we first met the salesman Arron and my expectations were met all the way through the job! Serge, our installer, nailed it with us! A definite assett to this company, hard working (with our permission, worked 13 hours one day), very pleasant, an eye for finish work, very conscientious of daily clean up, respected our property and a very good tradesman. Serge knew just what I expected and never failed. I also had the random pleasure of talking with Chuck, the owner of Bath Pro way up in North Carolina, and he was a reflection of Serge, my installer, and the rest of the team. A huge shout out to BathPro and Randy! My parents had a walk-in tub installed yesterday, and it looks amazing! It was a difficult, narrow spot that BathPro had to work with but they did it! Randy and Dueron did an amazing job with the demo and installation of our new shower! They were very conscientious and kind. I was impressed by their willingness to help me move my treadmill to get the materials into the house. They took great care in protecting our carpet and furniture throughout the process. They laid drop cloths where they would walk and covered furniture with plastic. They were hardworking and I was amazed they were able to complete it all in one day! Highly recommended. We love our new shower.

Electrician came down from WS and in addition to putting in breakers and running conduit he fixed my porch fan. The guys from BathPro were punctual, setup to protect my floors and to keep everything as dust free as possible. They worked as a team, they were efficient, neat, worked at a steady pace, and completed their work in a timely manner. Showed my husband and I how to work the shower head and faucet. Explained how to clean the shower, basically no bleach! We were told we had to wait 24 hours before using the shower. We can't wait to take our first shower in it. We both feel we will be a lot safer in this shower with a low 3" step in and safety bars. BathPro a name we can pass on.
