Just stopped in to grab some bird seed and a couple saw blades before a forecast cold snap. The employees are friendly and ready to help customers right away. The store is clean, well stocked, and has a little bit of everything.

I enjoy shopping at Tractor Supply. The kids that work here don't always say hello when you come in the store. But I still enjoy shopping here. I bought my first rose plant there. And I've already had one rose on my plant. Sometimes you have to wait in line to pay, but usually the cashier is friendly. Maybe these kids are shy. I don't know. They are supposed to ask the customers want to apply for their credit card, but again I don't have a reason why they don't mention their credit card. Maybe in time they will come out of their shell. Michael at the South Elm Eugene store is great. He has great customer service skills. And Christine does too.

I stopped by this store in Reidsville, NC today to purchase a weed trimmer today. I brought with me a brush attachment to see if it would fit. I asked the guy if he could remove the trimmer head to check if the attachment would fit. He told me absolutely no. It's illegal for him to do that. I said all you have to is to unscrew it and it's not a big deal. He again said no and also said he didn't have tools to do it. No tools are needed if he actually knew what he was talking about. I then drove to Lowes in Mayoden where they happily removed the head. My attachment did fit and I purchased a trimmer there. My advice Tractor Supply, hire people who know what theyre doing for your customers sake. This guy was a jerk and you are loosing business because of him.Thank you

Went to the dog wash and the room was filthy. I didn’t know what towels were clean/dirty, there was nowhere to leash your dog in the tub, the brushes in the room had multiple different dogs hair in them AND the water turned so cold that I couldn’t even wash my dog because she was shivering and whining. If you’re looking for a sanitary and safe place to take your dog… Do NOT go here.

This is my local tsc. I find everyone to be so kind and helpful! I'm in weekly buying food for my horses, mini donkeys and mini mules. The pups love to go shopping too!

Perfect place to help tend the animals. Good selection of animal foods, or anything else you need to take care of your flock, heard, pack or whatever roams your property. Also a good selection of tools to help tend to the property itself.

Tractor supply of Reidsville has some awesome employees, they are always a pleasure to deal with. They are friendly, attentive, always willing to help you, and they go out of their way to make things right. The customer service is excellent. Brian, the manager, is a fantastic person and exemplifies customer Service and professionalism. Others like Becca, one of the supervisors there, always greet you with a smile and a hello, and They remember you! When was the last time you walked into a chain store and the staff says to you, “hello, we haven’t seen you in a while!”? These are great people, I gladly give my business to help keep a good store open and it’s employees working!

I pass by this Tractor Supply to go to the store in Eden NC. The customer service at this store rates 0 . Each time I call inquiring about something in stock or ask about an item location while in store shopping I am immediately told we are out of stock or we do not carry it. I have then found the needed items myself in the store. Maybe this store has limited quality customer service staff due to limited amount of people who want to work or management?

We did the self service dog wash station. It was a wonderful experience and worth the $10. They had a variety of brushes and shampoos for different needs. It was perfect for our 90lb dog instead of trying to wash him in the shower at home. Then we were able to buy his food, treats, a new toy and a new collar right there. They have everything we need for all our dogs needs.

Bought a riding lawnmower today and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the service all around, Tina was extremely helpful and after our bad experience with a previous chain, she made the purchase flawless...I even came back when we returned the trailer and bout a new weed eater as well...from Tina!! While I had a decent shopping experience and found everything I needed, my checkout experience was far from pleasant. I was asked if I’d like to sign up for a credit card and I declined, but the blonde girl that was working the register would not take no for an answer. She went on to ask me at least 3 more times during the transaction and I didn’t appreciate that. I get that you have to ask people but if they tell you no please don’t continue to harass them about it. It makes me reluctant to return to this location

Three times now I placed an order on their website for pants that the website said we're in stock and I later found to be accurate, the pants were in stock, however three times in a row now they have canceled the order for the pants I've purchased but have no problem selling any other item that I had in the basket. They offer no excuse and instead offer you a headache if you try and buy certain products over the website so I don't see whythey would never have an online shopping platform if they don't want to fill online shopping orders. It's a waste of time for both you and I but ultimately it wastes my time and while yours may not be valuable, mine is. There is no point in wasting my time for bad customer service, I merely tell everyone what I experienced and don't shut up until everyone knows where not to shop. If you don't want my business, no problem, but someone does.
