I come here for the grooming and to get pet supplies. They even have reptile stuff which is convenient so I don’t have to drive to Greensboro. Staff is always friendly and they always try and squeeze me in for the grooming appointments if I schedule last minute.

Do not purchase a living animal from this store. I can 100% confirm they do not give a single care about the health and well-being of them. When trying to alert them to unsafe practices they will do absolutely nothing. Their district manager is an absolute joke. Don’t bother bringing him your concerns because he’ll point blank tell you it’s just your opinion and that nobody else has said anything- cool! Maybe nobody else brought it to your attention because they figured it’d be a waste of time and breath (thanks for that). Absolutely appalled at the lack of care or concern from people who are supposedly in the business of caring for animals.

SUPER place to shop for pet supplies. I was BIGTIME impressed with the layout, stock, selection, cleanliness and most importantly...the people. Case in point...an older gentleman was checking out with 2 large bags of dog food. The cashier asked if I could wait a minute while she ran out from behind the counter to carry the large bags out for him. Prices were fair too! I'll definitely be going back. 👍

We took our dogs to be groomed there. They did a great job on them and was not too expensive. The staff was very animal knowledgeable.

My mother took our dogs to this place. The older woman there expressed her anger to both my mother and son because people had been coming up there without appointments. Then her attitude changed when she found out we in fact did have an appointment. My mother explained how she wanted both dogs cut. They were given a pick up time. The pick up time arrived they were not ready. 5 hours and they were not ready. We were given 5 dollars off per dog which was appreciated for the wait time. She had an attitude when they arrived. They are 20 pound dogs. But my main concern is the behavior of the dogs after we picked them up. They act like they are scared all the time. Our dogs have never acted this way. I think the groomer mistreated them. Nothing would convince me otherwise. Will definitely never return here. I would rather pay more and have a positive experience for our dogs.

I carried my chia-jack for a nail trim. He is very scared & few groomers can deal with him. I suggested that I could loosely wrap his head in a towel so he wouldn't be scared. Alexis handled him lovingly while I held my fur baby. His nails look beautiful. Everyone there was friendly. I will go back. Bought a budget friendly treat for my baby.

I take my dog, Maggie, to Petsense for grooming and a bath. It's so easy to make an appointment. The groomer, Gloria, is so nice and does a fantastic job. Maggie loves her! I know she is well-taken care when she is there, as she always gets excited when we arrive for her appointment. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

very helpful staff. They were resetting the store so no one really knew where anything was but very helpful at trying to find it! They did not have the parakeet food that I was looking for. Seems to be a very nice store if you need dog and cat supplies.

I only give it 2 stars because the store is clean and they have everything i need. other than that the cashiers are rude. the groomers push services you don't need. and my dog was still damp when I picked her up, with loose hair coming off her.

I bought a Beta Fish from this store not even 10 days later, it died. I am very dissatisfied, on how the store is run and how badly the pets looked when I walked in. My wife is very upset that her fish died. I hope this store gets shut down If I could give you no star I would, I am disappointed and disgusted on how you people are.

I called to see if they had any guinea pigs he said let me go check, he said no I asked if they had any cats, he said yes. He didnt know what type they were, and had to ask someone else who worked there. I forgot to ask him a question so I called back, he had a bad temperment and was talking under his breath that people should stop calling and that he was getting anoyed! I am sorry but 1. You should know what you have in store 2. You shouldn't work there if you don't like pets, and have a bad tempermant with custmors, 3. You should know what type of animals they are. I hope who ever you are, you have a good day and hope tomorrow is better!

I went to get some eye drops, vitamins and disposable gloves for a pet turtle . I have never bought anything like that before so I asked a guy stocking if they had rubber gloves, he said no, I was going to ask about the vitimins but he interrupted me by putting his finger up to his lips like he was telling me to hush. I stopped talking.. then he ask me if I was ready to check out. Although I wasn't, I turned around and went to the cash register to pay for eye drops...I will not go back there.

Every time I go to this location they never have the pet products I am looking for. The other locations have them. Something as simple as the dinner meals for Purina Pro Plan is just an example. Very disappointed in the one who does the ordering. I ask for the product they say our set up doesn't allow it.
