I was going through Red Springs and decided to get some gas since it was cheaper. The pump shows it accepts different cards including credit cards. I eventually had to go inside because the speak to attendant button gave me no response. When I went in I tried to explain my situation, with many interruptions I was finally told that I had to put money on a Dollar General prepaid fuel card, which was incorrect, because I have purchased gas from there before. So, I just accepted what the cashier told me and when I went back to the pump, it clearly displayed that it takes Discover, American Express with 6 other options of cards. I went back inside and told the cashier so she proceeded to get the other cashier and then this cashier told me that it would take debit cards or the dollar general prepaid. The cashier that assisted me was so rude, acted like she didn’t want to help me, wouldn’t let me get a word in and never apologized for giving incorrect information or anything. I asked to speak with the manager she stated the manager was not in, so I asked for the store phone number, she wrote it down and handed it to me and said have a nice day. I asked her if I could borrow her pen so I could write her name down, she said oh no you can’t have my name and wouldn’t give me her pen. She had a name tag and on the name tag was Shania.

Came here for the first time since I wasn't aware that they had one in Red Springs. Staff was very, very nice, polite, friendly, attentive and super helpful. This store was very clean...they were actually stocking shelves and organizing, but the clutter was very minimal. Prices were way cheaper than CVS across the street. Bought all the needed things on my list and was quite surprised that it did not caused me $100 considering I bought almost 25 items. Did I mentioned that their employees were attentive...friendly...helpful...polite? The Cashier that helped me was so wonderful that we found out that we're almost neighbors...well...probably a few miles down the road. But everyone were smiling...and did I mentioned friendly...attentive....polite...helpful? Love it...definitely will come back ...worth the trip than going across the way to CVS or Wal-Mart!!

This store is pretty busy most of the time. It's one of the only dollar stores to offer gas which you get for 3 cents cheaper using their prepaid card. Staff are usually friendly. Great group of employees! I've always been treated with a smile by the employees!

I decided to go stock up on some cleaning products at the Red Springs Dollar General… big mistake. The employees were yelling from the front of the store to the back of the store. There was a young girl stocking that was kind enough to assist me with checking the price of an item and her fellow coworker rudely interrupted and demanded that she return to stocking stating..”you have things to do. You don’t have time to help customers shop.” Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Lost my business for sure!

My elderly grandfather went in this establishment yesterday afternoon and was yelled at by an employee working there. They told him to get in the back of the line. You don't speak to anyone like that much less customers who are spending their hard earned money in this establishment and if this kind of behavior is tolerated we will not be shopping here ever again. And I will be contacting cooperate and filing a formal complaint against this employee. If I were you take your money and business elsewhere.

This Dollar General has a huge selection of fresh meats, frozen food, and lots of other merchandise other stores don't have including gas station with 3 cent off the gallon with a DG gas card. Lots of Bluetooth headset and speakers at great prices. Very friendly service.

I have always hated shopping at the Red Springs location as It is always disorganized and crowded. Lines are long and management sits in the office while the girls upfront struggle to keep up with the customers. They desperately need a bigger store. I would rather drive to Lumberton or Laurinburg than this store. To be honest I try to avoid shopping there.

I love this store.Its great for snacks and certain foods, well they have just about anything Walmart has but cheaper . They are located everywhere, so that's another plus for me. I can go 10 mins and be at one of their stores from my house. Verses going 25 to 30 minutes to walmart.

Very nice Dollar General, one of the largest I have ever seen. Alot of options to choose from including produce for Dollar general. This was a converted community center Walmart so it even has its own gas station.

Great store but isles are way too small to get down. Too many boxes were blocking isles also. They selection of items was great. Friendly Cashiers.

Store is somewhat messy and unorganized. Most of the stock is sitting on carts that are pushed down the aisles, making it hard to navigate through the store. There is always only ONE cashier working and the line to check out is always long. Don't go here if you're in a hurry!

They have a large selection of stuff that most DG's don't but the music was so loud it was hard to hear the person you are with talking completely uncalled for

It's an ok dollar general. Often have things blocking aisles. Like the never finish stalking or just never put away the carts.

This store use to be neat and clean now its junky..Went there today there was ALOT of holes in the dairy section,trash lined up outside in buggies beside the dumpster but on the up side the cashiers are very friendly every visit

This DG is lacking organization, I've noticed that in recent weeks they've had less product in the isles, but still the lack of organization in the store makes shopping here stressful even trying to locate certain items!
