Customer service is terrible. Have to wait about 10 minutes just to check out three items, because cashiers are too busy chatting amongst themselves. In addition to that uncomfortable stares from customer service manager. Horrible experience, bought four items, and got watched like some sort of thief. Do better.

This is my favorite place to shop. I have my MVP card and use the Shop and Earn rewards. As a loyal customer I can say I definately spend less for most items than I do anywhere else, Dollar General and Walmart included.

The folks working here are always super nice and will help you out any way they can. Prices are pretty good and there is always a meat deal. They have a great deli and you can always find a dessert to take home and surprise the family with.

It was ok, not much to look at compared to the other Food Lions I been to. This day, some blonde hair woman tried to trick me into taking two gift cards that hasn't even been activated, gave them to the cashier after I asked if they have any value but she said no they don't. Thankfully, I was right not to trust that woman. She almost tried to get me in trouble.

They have put in self-checkout aisles and I love it!! The only issue I have is they do not save your preferences even though I click yes to save them each time I scan my MVP card.I love being able to find what I am looking for quickly and it seems like their shelves are very well stocked. The store is very neat and clean.

Wide variety of products. The quality of fresh fruit and vegetables was better than Walmart Super Center. However, the white seedless grapes that I bought were anything but fresh. Great deli, which includes Dietz and Watson brand and associates, were skilled in slicing the turkey breast to my specified thickness. Friendly and efficient service at checkout.

I love this food lion but PLEASE label the wing bar correctly. You can tell some by looking but the General and Teriyaki are hard to tell apart and I have gotten the wrong ones a couple of times now.

We go there for the convenience of being nearby, but lately they have gotten to where many items aren't available, and the addition of self pay registers seem completely out of place. We personally will never use them. Lot of the prices have gone up to where we've cut back buying much now. e.g. ...... Simple things like Neese's regular sausage they never have, and when they do, it's over $5 a pound. Small store less than 1/2 mile away has same item for $3.80 a pound. And the list goes on. So, pick and choose carefully.

Hey tried to let an employee know the lotto machine is broken, card was giving can't connect to host. I wasn't going to wait for it to be fixed was just an FYI, but their reply was "I can't do anything about that." Figured an employee should know so they could report it to the correct person, but since that lady didn't care, hope this gets to the right person to know there is an issue with it. Thanks!

Prices deceiving, they mark up regular price and then act like your getting a deal when it's "on sale". Seen it today with the Tyson bagged chicken. Regular price 11.99 on sale price 7.99. it's never been 11.99 in the two years I been shopping here. They also mark up prices right before holidays

I love food lion but yesterday was very annoying. To many guys stocking on every isle plus the store was busy so that made it twice as hard to shop.Plus the guys stocking wouldn't move for a minute so you could get to whatever you needed. I know they have to stock but I about trip over boxes on the floor twice.I still managed to spend over $200 so I guess I found enough. I will continue to shop there because they are the nicest grocery store around.

Great store to shop at!! The employees are just great! If you need help finding anything they are always helpful. This grocery store is always clean! The bakery is delicious!!! The register lines move very rapidly. The only downfall is some young girls at the registers look like robots and unhappy with seeing their customers-sometimes they don't say hello or nothing at all. Really reminds me of walmart cashier's and I hate going to that place. The door greeter is very friendly and offer you sanitizer/masks as well. Food lion really cares about customers. Definitely recommend this place overall.

They act as though.the pandemic is over I think this is due to Randolph County moves with blinders on. This store is the closet to my my home but I have been driving to stores that keep there wipes full at front to wipe off buggy handle. No one is wearing mask. The cashiers are friendly. Just wish policy for keeping customers safe was above and beyond the desire of residents to ignore that we are far from out of the woods no matter. Elderly lives matter.

My favorite store to shop. It is always clean and neat. The shelves are full, the meat and produce fresh and well stocked. The employees are friendly, helpful, and always willing to offer a helping hand. Great to have such a wonderful store here in Randleman.
