This DG is incredibly messy and the staff are nowhere near the registers when you need them to be. When I walked in, an elderly lady was looking around for someone to come and ring up her purchase, so I tracked someone down in the back and let them know someone was waiting up front. They then proceeded to yell that they would be on their way. I experienced the same thing at checkout myself, and when one of my items (that was sold up front) rung up at the wrong price, the employee them proceeded to rip off the sign that had the price on the item and walked off after handing me my receipt. Very unfriendly staff, messy store, and will try to avoid this DG from now on.

Good place to go to get items when you don't need a trip to the grocery store. The prices are not always better than a grocery store so watch out for that. Lots of items are less expensive. It's usually worth a little extra for the convenience though. Easy in and out. The store is clean and the staff is very helpful. The only problems I had were 1) I couldn't find prices on the items I was there to buy and 2) there was only one register open and several customers were standing in line. The customer who was checking out at the time was having problems getting a debit card to go through so that made it even worse. Eventually another register opened.I would give a higher rating if these issues get addressed.

Store was very clean. Service was 5 stars. But honestly i can get everything at food lion usually cheaper. But love the new extremely clean and love the fact its super neat compared to the old store. Good job. The attending cashier was super nice was greeted coming in and leaving.

Love the new store, very neatly arranged and staff is friendly and helpful. Much larger area than originally, and it makes displaying items easier and the shopping a better experience. Still learning my way around, but its not so chaotic on stocking day like it was at the last store.

Old one was dirty and gross, new one is great but doesn't have enough registers. I had to wait in line with a drink and pack of pull ups for 15 minutes to get checked out one day. Otherwise it's always nice and clean and the workers are polite and sweet.

Usually on the busiest day of the week which is Saturday they are stocking and are still out of stuff and there's buggies in the way. one would think they would have a truck come in earlier in the week to get ready and have that stuff done by Saturday. And why don't they have a night crew do that. They need to stock while people are not there

This store is by far the most dirty, messy & unorganized Dollar General I have ever seen. What a wreck. I was shocked at how filthy the floors were. There was trash & dirt that hasn't been swept in what looked like weeks or months, and it hasn't been mopped in what looks like years! Stickers stuck in the floor that would've been scraped off a long time ago, but you can tell the floors haven't been cleaned at all in a Very LONG Time. Whoever the managers & district managers are should be ashamed. Maybe the regional & district managers forgot about this location a long time ago? That's what it looks like. They obviously have no pride at all. I was in a hurry to run in to buy a couple of bath towels, when I finally found a shelf with bath towels, there were only 3 large ones, so I had to pick a couple. Then on the way to the counter, I saw another shelf that had more towels to choose from. Very unorganized! The cashiers were friendly.All the Dollar Generals that I've seen in the Peidmont & Western NC are immaculate & sparkling clean.

It has great stuff at wonderful prices!!! I just grabbed a box of Mac & cheese for $1.50. And a box of nut bars w/ chocolate and Dr salt $2.50 and a $1.00 bag of pastashios salt and pepper nuts.

Well I was really impressed with the new store to begin with ,but after about 3 months it's looking like what the old store looked like ,,,junk and box's and carts and more junk sitting in most of all the aisles ,,you can't go down one aisle without having to turn around ,i guess it's the same poor management that was at the old store, it's a shame, Go up to the one near level cross and see the difference, great management up there.

There was only one girl working and putting up stock she directed me to the section I needed​ and I got it and was on my way. She was nice and fast when it come time to check me out.

A cluttered mess. New store but zero improvement. Waited 10 minutes behind a lady couponing and no other line opened. Other employee pushing around crate just ignored the situation. Just bad.

Tina and the young man who work there keep shelf full bathroom all way clean friendly to people all tho they my thought are they need more help they are on the run all the and are happy to help you find what you are looking for they stay on top of thing.

love this store. I live in trinity and will drive to randleman dollar general if need be it because i refuse to go back to the the one on hwy 62. in Trinity.

Love the store and the blonde that works here however at evening hours they take the phone off the hook because I've done nothing but call for hours and you can't reach them when you have left what you bought bad service in the evening

It's handy...just like most dollar generals you have to move around the carts to get what you need off of the shelves.

I was so looking forward to having a new DG to replace the old one this year but the new one is dark, messy and, slow. The old decreput one was better I'm sad to say!

I've never in my life seen just a nasty store, empty boxes all in the ales, juck everywhere, chewing gum on all the floors, stickers stuck to the floors, I couldn't find nothing for all the mess.i whet to the back of the store and just about never found my way back to the front door. Pitiful.

Some good prices. I could not get the cupon/additional saver to work. I saved the coupons to my phone but the machine would not acknowledge them
