Management needs to be held accountable. They don’t even honor the prices they post. Yesterday I go there because they have Monster Energy Drinks 3 for $6 or $2.20 each. After checking out something didn’t seem right so I reviewed the receipt. Every one of them rang up $2.40 each with .06 discounted off of each.I questioned it and was informed that “there nothing we can do about it”. “ I would need to contact Monster”.Check your receipts because they will overcharge and not honor the prices they have posted.It’s a shame because they are conveniently located but I will never enter them again. They flat out stole from me and should be held accountable!

Randleman store had a person who was no help. She walked around ignoring anybody in the store. Making everyone use the self checkout. I don't shop places that don't help people. Some people don't know how to use the self checkout

It's a brand new store... only opened a week ago. It's very clean, neat and organized. There are some items that they didn't have in stock yet but they have filled all the spaces with other items that would have otherwise been empty. It's a nice big store and is layed out pretty well. I don't really like how the checkout counters we're set up; they are exactly like Family Dollar and I don't like those either. And as far as I know, the two stores have no connection with each other. I hope they will keep this store as clean and well organized as it is right now. A couple of more things...are they are handicap friendly, they have restrooms that are available to the customers and there are two separate entrance/exit places in the parking lot so it can easily be accessed from either way that one would be driving. (It's a corner location so two different roads.)

This Dollar General is the only one you need. I love the people. Tony,Taylor,and Stephanie are awesome they always make you feel welcome and always helpful. I would recommend this Dollar general over the rest of them.

Everytime I call ahead to make sure that they have a product and show up they never have it. This has now happened twice. I call to make sure I don’t need to stop anywhere else and then show up and they are like oh I guess someone bought all of it. In 20 minutes come on step up the customer service and go check to keep everyone sane!

This Dollar General is nice the shelves are stocked, the floors are not cluttered with boxes, or stock that needs be put away. Things are always clean, and the overall atmosphere is that of cleanliness and order.

Usuaits great going there. Good prices. A older man working there was no jelp when i ask had he seen my spouse. He even lied and said i went in a back st oom where the doors are wide open. Now Im no longer allowed there. I spend at least $500 a month there. Why cant ppl tell the truth. Sadd but true. Walmarr is my go to store now!!!!!

This store is brand new and is typical of the chain however this one is staffed with some friendly folks who work hard to make this store a good one, one of the best I've been to in a very long time.

Haven't been in one since I was kid. Had to make a bathroom stop and man Dollar General has upped the brand game and experience. Nice!
