Best grooming business I've ever seen or been to. They have the best prices ever! They don't keep your pet all day like some places do! Not only do they have pet supplies for sale, they have a variety of things you can buy for cheap. You could get gifts for people or even get something for yourself! I love the winter hats they have, I got myself one for only $5. Definitely an awesome place for you and your pet!!!

I don’t usually write negative reviews but this deserves attention. I used this business for quite sometime. Over a year ago and maybe even longer I picked my dog up and when we got home she had blood in her feathering. Her chin was raw as well. We thought it would heal but it became an unimaginable nightmare. We took her to the vet and they told us it was razor burn from the beginning. It would get better then worse. It has gone on forever. We have spent over $1500 to finally and hopefully have it cured. The vet did a culture on it and had to put her on yet another antibiotics for a very resistant bacterial strain that is spread between dogs when the clippers aren’t clean. When I told her about it she said they had a new groomer and “she told her to slow down”. She offered no restitution. I struggled with it for awhile but this should have never happened.

We took our lab today for multiple services. Staff and prices are very good. Our boy was happy arriving and leaving. I would recommend them for sure!

Fantastic service! I had a pet emergency, overnight flea epidemic and when we realized what was going on, we were able to get squeezed in the same day. Very friendly staff, great environment for the dogs, my dog was very comfortable with the grooming staff on the first visit. They took very good care of my girl and took care of the flea problem without issue. My dog was not too happy to be washed with water and to have her claws filed, they did their best to work with her and get her comfortable... I appreciated that a lot, they didn't ignore her cautious Behavior but actually took the time to work with her to help her overcome her anxiousness. They even recommended a good place to get medication, a good veterinarian along with a good dog trainer if we needed one. I was grateful for the information since I've only had my dog for two and a half weeks, very friendly and my dog and myself were invited to come down to the shop simply to socialize a bit. Wonderful people, will gladly come back again!

Purchased what was supposed to be pure bred shih tzu. Dog was rather large so I had it tested by DNA. It is a shih tzu mix.Seller does not want to make things right. Don't buy from a puppy mill buy from someone reputable

Everytime I've taken my furbaby it's been a great experience. Once we had a unique incident where my dog had gotten in a bad fight with our new rescue pup. I was panicked and brokenhearted and scared. My dog had abrasions and desperately needed a grooming. They were so kind to me and him. Groomed him, understood and gave me resources to help the situation. It meant the world to me! I will always recommend them. Great prices, great staff, great work!

I was referred to A Petz World by a friend who takes her foster dogs there. My 5 year old shi-poo has never been professionally groomed. We have always done it ourselves. From the first time I brought her, she has felt welcomed and has never cowered or been anxious.Actually , I was highly impressed when I brought her in the second time she went straight to the groomer wagging her tail and excited to see her. I highly recommend them.

My dog has a open wound cut from her only grooming ever from A Petz World. The groomer didn't even tell me she cut her she when called to say Leia was finished. Im now having to take her to the vet to have it looked at. Please don't use this groomer. Theres a reason why they're a cash only business.

They are very nice perfectional and did a great job on my dog and have great dog beds and covers I bought 2 beds and 2 covers all for $ 35.00 my dog loves them there very busy though so don't wait for last minute to book a appointment

I've taken numerous dogs here. Rescues, scared to death and our dogs here and they take their time with them and they come out smelling and looking like brand new dogs ! They are the cheapest around yet do fabulous work.

Very disappointed had a appointment at 1130 at 1 o,clock they still didn't start on her they said they got behind the reason for that cause I had a appointment and they took all walk ins before our dog then the girl up front got rude when we took our dog and left all I can say NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS you take your appointments first that's why people make appointments
