Family Dollar was actually cheaper on their hair bows that I had went in to buy Witcher the same thing that normally Dollar General has but not the same price the store was fairly clean this is the one in Ramseur the manager team did speaking is very friendly yeah I really need to work on some of your prices for the women's stuff... these packs were only a dollar a piece the one shall had were $3 big difference and it only had five in the other packs at your store

Popped in the Ramseur store today and the items I needed were in stock. Manager was friendly and helpful.Dashed back in the store for a couple more items. The manager was stocking shelves and didn't notice my return. I told her I was back in the store when I noticed there wasn't any kind of beeping to notify that someone had entered the store. Dollar General this is unacceptable and unsafe, since she was alone in the store for a short time. Please put one of those annoying beeping devices in this store like there are in many stores. At least she'll have a heads-up when someone enters .

Extremely long line and only 1 cashier working. They had plenty of what I was shopping for in stock. 2 customers paid for someone else's things so that made the wait worthwhile. Everyone in line was talking back and forth with each other and smiling and laughing. The cashier was very friendly as well.

The two ladies working up front tried to gas light me by saying Coca-Cola makes Dr Pepper and that’s why THEIR coupon didn’t work!

Staff was nice but checkout card readers are too high. I'm around 5'9" and it was roughly chest height on me. My wife is shorter and she can barely use it at all

For the past 13 years, i have been a regular customer at this location. Usually a hit or miss. They usually have a few things that are priced low but most of the time you can get a lot of the same stuff with a wider selection at Walmart for a few cents cheaper. It could be worth it to someone who is a lot further from a Walmart, or doesn't like Walmart. I am grateful to have a DG close to my home. Over all of these years, every one of the cashiers have been helpful and very kind, even when you can tell they've had a long day. They are always friendly! It has always came in handy for my family if something comes up last minute or for a quick need!

Nothing is ever stocked here. Rude management, the staff is overwhelmed, for sure, and it shows! Go to the dollar general down the road is definitely with that 5 extra minutes you're driving lol.

i went to this store a few months back and i noticed a cashier on the register having a full drawn out conversation about why a guy broke up with her daughter. She continued to have the conversation even as she was ringing my items up. I told her that out of the 13 years ive been in management and retail i have never seen such unprofessionalism in a workplace and i grabbed my things and walked out. After some time to think about rather i should give the store another try i had to stop there so my brother could get some items. The same cashier was at the register talking on a phone and once we approached her register she had a bag of peanuts she was eating on at the register in front of gueats she turned the bag up and continued eating. This woman needs to have more customer service training and she defiantly shouldnt be on your front lines but rather behind the scenes until she can conduct herself in a better manner. I wont be back for the third time this store is dead to me. God Bless!

Wow so unorganized and nothing on shelf. You can’t even walk down the isles. They just remodeled and it’s no better. I’d say it much worse now. Shouldn’t have opened back up til it was all done. No other dollar general in Randolph Co. is like this. I’ll stick to bluemist DG

One of the newer ones in the area, it's on my way to Asheboro, a trip I make weekly to a clinic. Well stocked, friendly staff. Neat and clean. A great place for my rushed stop throughs!

The customer service was horrible when me and my sister got to the check out today the cashier wad on het phone talking and we having to stand thete waiting for her to get off her phone then she started eating tight at the register turn a bag up to her mouth and poured food down her throat and then touched our items with her hands im just in shock i work 5 mins away from this store i will never go in there again ever

I don't have any thing good to say sorry, for every product u safe money on u pay somewhere else. Watch what u buy they get u on alot of things people buy. Don't buy any thing from the cooler or the personal hygiene section.

I will never shop again. They ran my debit card twice. Caused a check to almost bounce. Got to the bank just in time. Went back to the store with evidence to get my money back an was given a hard time but I did get my money.
