I needed to find a home town hardware store, as I had just moved into the area and this was the business that was given. I had to go find wood putty and take a quick look around. I was greeted in a freindly manner and asked if I needed assistance.I told him what I was looking for and what it was for he took me right over to that section. He gave me some advice on which product would be best. Over all this will be a hardware store I will go to as it is close by. Personnel were welcoming, efficient it appears that they have a wide selection of tools and other items you may need.

It is a privilege to shop and support local businesses. I try to make this a practice as often as possible. Cox Home Center is one of my go to places for around the house items and various other needs. They have a great selection, competitive prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommend them.

The best little hardware store around so far they have had almost every thing I was needing the staff are very helpful and if they can't help then they will call someone that can. I have saved myself a lot of time and trouble finding what I needed here and not going to the bigger stores in Asheboro

I brought the ad that came in the mail the day before and they didn't even have a place for the item I was looking for and seemed to need someone else around to help customers. One person as cashier, floor clerk, answering phones, doing it all while a group of fustomers stood waiting around for her to get to them. This was probably my first and only visit here.

They are always so helpful. Prices are a little higher than Lowe's, but you don't have to go to Asheboro either. Plus, they are homegrown..they are from our area. Local is best.

I loved are little hardware store until today. I was excited to build our porch and use them as our main source of supplies. I saw masks required in the store and thought this is great because the Lowe's in Asheboro is a nightmare. As I entered the man asked if he could help us but he was not waring his mask, the people coming in and out where not waring masks not distancing themselves and the lady with purple hair could care less if she had her mask on as she was checking out the customers. It was a very sad experience because whether the virus is real or not I want to feel safe when I shop. I am sorry to say I will not be going there for my supplies. I want to support small business but this just isnt worth the risk.
