Smells dirty/all the food including the snacks taste old n stale I’ve never eaten the meat it all looks unclean&unfresh n unregulated like Harris teeter or food lion but it is the towns only store so I get it. Wish there was a better option for the locals but it’s NOT. They are some what friendly a little bit (A little literally)they all got them stares n looks which makes the experience JUST AS WORST THAN ALL THE MOLDED BAKERY FOODS N OTHER PRODUCTS

The last couple times that I have showed up to also make me a salad to take home a salad the salad was in bad shape look old onions for very wet soggy looking green peppers look like they have been frozen and thawed out mushy looking cucumbers green and look like that also being frozen too high for 7. 99 a pound,need to keep it fresh, was very nice when they front start out,but going down bad 👎

Easily the cleanest Carlie C’s I’ve ever been in. Bathrooms, floors, everything. Some things were clearly older and scuffed, but they were all clean and tidy - it’s clearly well maintained, not just new. Unfortunately this is something that’s harder to come by these days.

Went to grab a few things before they closed, said hello how’s it going to the older woman at self checkout witch she just ignored and started talking to a younger coworker about people doing coke in the bathroom! Not very professional. But the store it self is great!

I won't go here to food shop I stop in for money orders the people who work here some are very nice BUT the young man with long hair is rude the prices here are terrible to high .

Rebranded grocery store that was previously a just save. Remodeled produce section is a new feature. Much of the store looks the same as the old store. Prices are a little bit high on some items. Decent selection of meat and frozen items. Staff seemed a bit unfriendly, especially the Cashiers. Meat department employee was very helpful.

This store is super cool, bc they have a salad bar in the store. So, you can go there at lunch, make your salad, pay for it, and take it out to the car with you just as if you'd just got it from a lunchtime salad bar at a restaurant. I think that is just way cool.

The salad bar was so well stocked and clean. My salad was absolutely delicious. It was wonderful having so many options to put in it. They also had some Chinese food on the hot wing bar that smelled wonderful though I didn’t get any that day.

The bakery items are wonderful!!! I bought cakes and a pie from Carlie C’s bakery for a special occasion instead of making desserts. They were a huge hit! People were asking where I got them. One couple from out of town even drove from another county to purchase desserts at Carlie C’s for their own special event! Delicious!!!

Fantastic selection, well stocked, clean, and the staff is friendly. They carry a bunch of smaller distribution brands that you won't find elsewhere. The bakery is amazing. If you enjoy chocolate cakes, grab one of the 9 layer cakes.

Good to see a Carlie C's this far west but the offerings are a little different as well as the prepared foods and snack favorites. The frosting on that amazing nine layer chocolate cake had soured!! Do better please. It's a signature purchase at any Carlie C's. Two stars deducted for the differences.

I was tough on the store on my first couple visits. Today was a better experience. They carry Homeland Dairy Milk, Turkey Hill Ice Cream, a nice selection of Bakery items and overall today was a decent visit. Front end cashiers need to step up and not act like they are mad because they have to check you out.

I just stopped in the other day for the first time since the redo of the inside produce section. It looked very nice and cleaned . .I was very impressed at the positive energy of the employees, which In turn affects the energy of the customers!! Thanks to all the hard work and dedication of the Managers for contributing to the success of transitioning these past few months!!Blessings

Although the floor layout is a bit unusual the store is clean, shelves well stocked and organized, staff friendly, and prices on cleaning products I think are lower than most commercial chains.

For years, I have shopped at Food Lion because I thought it was still an NC family owned business. I recently learned it was bought out by a Belgium investment group. many of the perks and benefits being stripped from employees, no more fresh cut meats which tells me 2 things. Employee standards were lowered, and it shows. Quality of meats all around are NOT fresh cut from local farms. However, at Charlie C's ot is a family owned business under the IGA brand, and they cut their own meats!!! I have only popp3d in to buy a few sundries but plan to do a full shopping experience here as early as next week. I have high expectations, and I don't think I will be disappointed.

Overpriced grocery store, even higher than the previous “Just Save” that it replaced. Hate to see prices like that in this area.The Food Lions or the Walmarts in either Asheboro or Siler City seem to have more reasonable prices. There is also an Aldi in Asheboro that’s fairly reasonable.
