Newfs can be challenging to groom, so I put a lot of effort into finding a place with experience with them. Tango gets taken great care of here :) He was back again today, and I even brought my sister's dogs in. They all look so clean and beautiful! I also appreciate how much the employees seem to genuinely love dogs. They were quite busy today, but still kind, sweet, and able to give us full reports on each dog. Highly recommend! I won't go anywhere else.

Highly recommend. We recently had our mobile groomer retire and had to find a new groomer. This place takes amazing care of our 2 GSD fur babies and do a wonderful job dealing with their high maintenance butts. Friendly and loving staff, great prices for their amazing service, and also a military friendly company which is always a plus. We found our new groomer for the long term!

I wanted to say that woofinwaggle has done a fabulous job with grooming my dog, and Joey, in particular is fantastic to work with! People stop me every time I am walking my dog and comment on how cute she looks, and that didn’t happen before Joey started grooming her. People think she’s a puppy and she’s 9 years old! And she just loves going to Woofinwaggle and is so happy when I pick her up. She used to be scared and shake like a leaf when I dropped her off at the previous groomer, and all that anxiety is gone now. Everyone there is so friendly and it shows in how the dogs respond. I highly recommend Woofinwaggle and Joey in particular, he does a fabulous job! Your dog and you will be so happy!Cheers!

We came here in on a recommendation from a friend after having a bad experience at a previous place. Carol the owner was amazing at explaining everything and making me feel at ease. Our groomer, Nicole, had her work cut out for her with my two dogs! She did an amazing job! I couldn’t be happier! I have already recommended this place to three people! We have already rebooked for our next appt!

Carol and her team are amazing. I rescued a very neglected and afraid doodle and brought him to Carol for his first real groom and she was so patient, kind, and sweet to him. He is a challenging case and she paid such good attention to his needs and I’m so grateful. I am SO HAPPY to found this groomer!

I brought my fluffy golden retriever/pyrenees mix that was rescued from a hoarding situation to Woofinwaggle as she desperately needed a trim up. They absolutely blew my mind when their care, thoughtfulness and kindness towards Nellie (& a worried dog mom). It wasn’t a smooth process but they got her taken care of. My jaw dropped when they brought her out. I cannot recommend them enough!

I've been coming here for about a year. They always do a great job with my dog. He can be tough to deal with when his nails are being clipped, but they work with us to make it as easy as possible.At the end of the experience, you get some homemade treats for your dog. It's a really nice touch and just one way they go above and beyond.

My pup and I had an amazing experience at Woofinwaggle. My girl is very timid and she got along well with her groomer, Rae, who made her look beautiful. Rae did an excellent job, too, managing all of the mattes my poor pup had. She shortened down her coat giving her a more manageable one for the summer. Thank you!

In my opinion, there is no other salon in the Triangle & beyond that compares with Woofinwaggle’s stellar customer service & authentic attention to quality of care. I rescued a Great Pyrenees (145 lb) who was beaten & chained. He suffers from acute anxiety. Carol & her staff have mastered the method required to put Obi at ease. Carol & Shaun’s (a most compassionate groomer) generosity of spirit allows Obi to receive all of the many benefits of the salon without distress. The salon is immaculate, sanitary & stocked with goodies if I’ve forgotten mine. Should you consider a visit to Woofinwaggle, I guarantee the experience will be identical to or better than my own. The cost for services are beyond reasonable. If you have rescued a dear one who requires “white glove” treatment, please do consider scheduling time with Carol & her staff. You will be very pleased.

Very disappointed in this place, not because of the grooming service but because of their customer service skills. I took my dog here multiple times, they were always so kind and took really good care of him. Back in July I had an appointment schedule but due to AC issues they had temporarily close their shop and cancel my appointment. They reached out to me saying they would call to reschedule when they fixed the issue. Since July, I have called, emailed, and left countless voicemails about this issue and trying get my dog an appointment but I have heard nothing from them. Normally I would've just given up but my dog was so comfortable here that, I felt it was worth fighting. The fact that I have tried reaching out multiple times is insane, before this issue I had no problem reaching out to them and they would have normally responded to emails within 1-2 days. It is extremely disrespectful that they have acted this way towards me, when we have never had a issue of any kind with them before and talked so highly of them.

It was too late to get Finn groomed before the beach, so we settled for a mini-groom. We’re new to the area and didn’t know if it was worth the money. It was. They groomed his face and head, cleaned up his paws, washed and fluffed him....and this is how he looked after his 3rd day on the beach and ocean. My sil kept saying - “I can’t believe how good he smells.”

This is easily my favorite stop on the wine walk. They usually have good wine and popcorn. It can get busy, but staff are generally friendly and outgoing, especially when the owner and her doodle are there. My dogs have loved every toy and treat that we've bought at the store over the years. They have some nice things for owners too. I loved the angel dog art I bought after losing one of our babies. I haven't had the chance to book a grooming appointment there yet, but the dogs generally look happy, well taken care of, stylish and leave smelling good.

This was my first visit with my new puppy and it was Fabulous! The entire staff was amazing with Connoli. They were professional , gentle and made sure her first visit was a positive one ! A big thank you to Carol and her team. My dog is very very very anxious, even with medication, when it comes to getting groomed. In attempt to switch it up and see if it helped, we tried Woofinwaggle today. While she was just as anxious and was not the easiest customer, they treated her with such care. She looks beautiful and I know she was in great hands. Thank you so much for loving her like we do!

OMG!!! This place is so super fabulous! Carol and her staff are just simply the best! We had our boy Brutus Beefcake's 10th Barkday pawty there and Carol did an amazing job taking care of everything for us. From puppy paint activities to fun agility courses, all the pups and their pawrents had sooo much fun! Can't say enough good things about this place because she really did go above & beyond our expectations. If you are looking for a place to have your pup's bday pawty, look no further! We plan to have more pawties there in the future!

Visiting from out of town and was happy that I was able to book a last minute grooming appointment for my furbaby! Was pleased with the service and makeover my dog received; however I was very dissatisfied with the customer service of the manager/owner. When I walked into the establishment, unfortunately I was not greeted by the woman who was seated at the front desk as she continued her conversation with people who were also seated in the desk area. Once I introduced myself, the woman acknowledged my presence and checked me in. I was informed that I should return within the next hour since he was the last client of the day. Upon my return, the groomers had done a wonderful job of washing, blow drying, nail trimming and teeth brushing and said that he would be ready to go once the manager came to trim him. The manager continued to have her previous conversation for at least 15 minutes before going to complete the trimming service. He became restless while he waited and was not able to get the best trim on his face. As a first time customer, I was deeply saddened by this behavior and hope that others will not experience the same treatment.

I gave my dog one of the self serve baths. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The shampoos smell nice and the leave in conditioner they gave me for my dog smells heavenly. They also have specialty and gourmet treats like little pb cups and donuts that are so cute!

We used Woofinwaggle for our 1 year old Golden Retriever and 7 year old Chocolate Lab and could not be more pleased with how wonderful they were. They are very reasonably priced, were very responsive to email when I had questions, and did a fantastic job deshedding and grooming both of our pups. I was very pleased with how quickly I was able to get them in, as our current groomer has a wait of time of 2 months. I will definitely be switching to them!!
