What a friendly and helpful business. We had and issue with my neighbor's Blue Bird house and my feeder. I felt the manager was helpful and knowledgeable. He even looked at pictures of the situation and discussed actions. Highly recommend.

Always friendly staff willing to help every time I walk in the door! I've tried buying other brands of bird seed but I'm always disappointed in the lower quality - you definitely get what you pay for. LOVE the discounts I receive as a member and appreciate the variety of the items they stock in the store.

I just wanted to say thank you to Juan and Trinna, and also say what a great store this is! I recently had to have three birdfeeders repaired. I took them in and they fixed two, and ended up replacing another. They could not have been nicer, or more helpful. Anytime I need birding advice I call them, and they always try to help. I highly recommend them. Good customer service is still out there! At least at this store!

Me and daughter just went in to look around and they axted totally rude didnt say hello when we spoke and didnt say goodbye have a nice day when spoke to by us otw out.Totally rude and not customer friendlyI had went in to look for gardening items while I waited for someone.In these times business owners need to be great to the ones who are still trying to come in their stores do many stores are closing but this may be why

Very knowledgeable bird loving people. They have always have such a diverse selection. Can be a little pricey on some items but it's the only place I will buy the small live meal worms for the bluebirds.

This is the worst lack of customer satisfaction at the highest price ever. I was sold a bad of no mess birdseed that is a joke. They offer no refund or exchange. Do NOT trust them.

Staff were not very helpful. Didn’t even greet me when I came in or ask what I needed. There were two ladies working and they stood there talking to each other and then one proceeded to help another customer instead of me. In the end, they didn’t have the feeder pole I was looking for and offered no recommendations for where to find one.

Employee was not helpful at all. Said he never heard of Gouldian finch...showed him picture on my phone...wasn't in his book so that was that. Didn't bother to look up on his computer. Just kept saying he never heard of it. I found out that Walmart had a poster of one!

We saw the Raptors today and loved the place. We also picked up a butterfly feeder. Everyone was so nice and informative. Certinaly will be back.

I felt this store was way to expensive, good quality items just priced too high compared to what one can find on the internet, sales person did not offer any Christmas type sale....paid full retail, no warm fuzzy feeling leaving this store...decided to shop locally, and that's what I get...
