This is a first-class gourmet grocery store featuring a delicious choice of fresh, organic foods. There are options for ready prepared convenience meals or most all basic essentials to cook yourself at home. They have a stunning floral department with on-staff professional florists. Their meat department features delicious red meats, fish, and chicken and always a friendly and helpful butcher to assist you. In the deli department, their cheeses and desserts are exceptional. They also offer a large selection of freshly prepared entrees, salads, sides by the 1/4+ pound. An excellent selection of wines are available along with several aisles of healthy snacks. It’s not cheap, but you undoubtedly get the highest quality here.

Great location. Excellent produce, meats, and prepared foods.There’s an Amazon return counter which is even more helpful.The hot bar is great, get that and a glass of wine from the back corner and enjoy it up front.Self checkout moves fast.The meat counter and the seafood counters have plenty of great options.Keep an eye out for the pupusas if you can find them.

Very clean and well-organized store. Prices are obviously better elsewhere for certain products, but it's hard to beat the Whole Foods selection of fresh, gourmet options especially if you're going in for a quick bite or shopping trip. It's a bonus that they have seating as well.

The bakery made us 2 cakes for our year end Chess Club party. They did a VERY good job (given we were particular about avoiding fondant and they had to stick with buttercream). Their work rivaled some of the custom bakers in the area and at a comparatively lower cost. And as always, Whole Foods cake tastes yum 😊🍰

Declining quality and higher prices. The hot / cold bar is often full of old food thats been sitting. The sandwiches arent good anymore and you cant even get normal bread. The pizza isn't good anymore. This place is falling apart and needs a workup. The downtown whole foods locations are way better. They do have a good selection of organic groceries but the prepared foods are going way downhill.

This is one of my favorite WF in Raleigh. It’s smaller than a lot of the others so the selection is a little limited at times. The deli and hot food bars are great with lots of variety for Amy type of diet. I’ve stopped by for breakfast and they even have vegan options for “sausages” and “eggs”! The coffee bar is my only complaint. It’s not uncommon for me to stand there and have to look for an employee to get any service. Not enough for a star deduction, though. The outside seating is what makes it my favorite. Lots of tables, some in sunshine and some under cover. I like to have options.

Crazy busy place and rarely can you find parking during normal business hours. Parking lot shares spaces with many of the businesses nearby including Panera. Especially around the holidays you need to find times outside the normal visiting times to find good parking and the place just not being crazy busy. It does have an Amazon drop off which is nice but really hard to get to right now.

Hot Bar food is free if consumed before leaving. This also applies to the produce department. My kid enjoys going to the store here.

Reminds me of a hippie style natural food market called Pilgrim's in Idaho. Huge selection of health focused foods, not a ton of processed stuff. Excellent selection of fresh food and ready made stuff, but higher prices than other grocery stores. Great environment though and will definitely be back again and again.

I had to get flowers and decided to go to Whole Foods. I had the best experience with HuNay. She took time to wrap the flowers and put beautiful ribbons on the long stem roses. She was kind, professional and an absolute pleasure. I will be back. Whole Foods got an exceptional employee when they hired HuNay. Thank you for all your help.

Love this grocery store. Whole Foods does an amazing job at only serving the freshest foods that are sustainably sourced and more often than not organic. This grocery store is not for everyone as they are priced much higher than your Food Lions or Bi-Los. However you can’t get fresher and more thoughtful food anywhere else. Spend the couple extra dollars and help support a bigger cause. The deli alone is worth the trip even if you buy nothing else… you won’t be able to escape without picking up someone thing amazing!

I was simply cutting through the parking lot and decided to stop in. My daughter lives close by and I picked up some otc meds because she had the flu. This Whole Foods is nice and tidy as I’ve grown accustomed to. All of the EV friendly parking and Tesla charging stations were unexpected. That’s good business. When I returned to my car Siri and I got on the same page and I made it to the apartment complex.

Well, this is my first time to this Whole Foods, and what an experience, why would I say this because after I picked out my items and went to self checkout and the employee stated that I wasn't able to use my gift card there and instructed me to go the customer counter Shantel was the young lady that assisted me in the process of my items. After she asked me if I had prime, that is when I noticed I didn't have my cellphone so she stop what she was doing to help look for it and she was able to locate my phone.I just had to express my deep gratitude to her manager that Shantel was and is a valuable assets to Whole Food.

Excellent staff.Most produce is excellent, except for the Cuties brand bagged mandarin oranges.Most prices here are high. They especially like their dairy and cheese items which --although they are essentially comparable with dairy products at Food Lion and Harris Teeter-- they price dairy items $1-$2 higher at Whole Foods, presumably so they can keep these items for THEMSELVES!Priced for Hot and Cold Buffet items (entrées, sides, soups, and salads) are as high as if you went to a restaurant. Most of these items are fresh and tasty, but the last time I went, everything was much SALTIER than usual. Pick carefully because some items get dry and stringy under the heat lamps.Nice indoor and outdoor cafe areas.* Make sure you have the Amazon Prime app on your phone, so you can get your Prime discount at the register on selected items, because just putting in your phone number or your member ID number at the register doesn't seem to work like it used to.

I really wish they’d switch up the buffet & salad selection (if you watch people on TikTok in other cities getting food from their Whole Foods, you understand) but at this one it’s the same selection every single day……… boring!!Update: now your choices are only ciabatta, wraps or a very grainy whole wheat type of bread…… sprouts or Publix it is for sandwiches…..cheaper too!!The prepared food (made to order sandwiches) closes at 3pm!! Just a heads up so you don’t waste your time driving there!!!

Great staff, good selection, always clean. Best butcher department ever, such a helpful group. The fish is the freshest selection I've found in Raleigh. Parking is insane at lunch. Not a fan of picking up groceries, they don't ask about substitutes, they just pick what they think is a close match. I haven't been pleased with their selections. All in all, it's a great place to grocery shop.

today I was at the store. It's August 23 8 PM and I checked out from cashier number five. I was completely being polite to her but she kept her attitude towards me. I ask maybe five times how to pay with my Amazon prime credit card when I don't have it with me, but she kept on ignoring the question and I felt like because I had an accent she was being racist. I asked for manager nobody was around so I'm hoping that I will be called by the manager for an explanation. This is the worst experience I've had in any Whole Foods store.

Everytime I come here it's worse. I don't blame the employees but rather the organizing management. One of my favorite things was getting the only vegan sandwich at the sandwich station. They curtailed the hours to when I'm never there citing lack of staff... maybe pay people more? Then I finally am at the store during those select hours but now they make you fill out a custom form even if you just want different bread. And on top of that they just don't have the bread (regular sandwich bread) Anymore. Just shut the stand down if it's that much of a hassle. Clearly the employees hate it and management thinks it needed to be tweaked.Other than that as one of the only major chains that carry new or consistent vegan items they always seem to be out of everything I buy. I guess this just isn't the store for me anymore.

Generally speaking the products are high quality though in my opinion very overpriced. My wife loves the hot bar and cookie bar.
