Renee is the best trainer I’ve ever met, so good and in sync with the dogs. She spent one minute training something that I’ve been trying and failing for month, just astonishingly amazing.Love her style of teaching and I would most definitely buy more lessons just to listen to her.

The reason I’m putting this review is because, the lady helping with the fish was really rude.She was a tall lady with blonde hair, looked like she was in her 30s. We went to ask about purchasing fish because we recently got a new tank, I understand there’s questions asked depending on what fish you want and what tank you have, but she was just rude the whole time asking very aggressively just didn’t seem like she wanted to sell us anything. In the end we just left because the attitude was not it. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but we just went to a pet go and they were kind and helped us there so we just got the fish there instead. Not good customer service.

Renee is the best trainer! We have taken our dog there since he was a puppy for different classes. Renee is knowledgeable, flexible, and makes all experiences good learning experiences. She doesn't just teach out of a book. She wants her dogs and their owners to be prepared for real life situations. I can't recommend her enough!

I took my dog here and they gave my dog the worst haircut. They also cut the hair on her ears when I told them precisely not to cut her hair off on her ears or tail and they did so anyway. The manger was extremely rude. I would not recommend.

Excellent Petsmart to buy supplies for your pets. I have been to other locations and this is by far the cleanest and best smelling around the rtp area. It’s so hard not to adopt a cat or any of the other cute critters! I would recommend this location!

I signed up for the Beginner training class with my newly adopted dog Murray. Murray has been a bit of a challenge to train, but luckily I found myself in Trainer Kathleen’s class. She is truly an exceptional professional trainer. She went above and beyond tailoring training tips to best fit Murray. Kathleen is very helpful, and it is evident she truly cared about the building Murray’s confidence level. I cannot recommend her enough if you’re looking for a trainer! She does private lessons, as well as classes.

Great place for pet supplies, grooming, training, etc. I recently got a wonderful new addition to my family and brought her here to pick toys, a new crate, and so many more accessories! They have what appears to be a very large sale going on which is great! They had everything I needed and then some. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with this location at Brier Creek and will return for me puppy supplies.

My dog got groomed (by Megan M) and came back with clip marks in his ears and the front of his face. The front of his face was red for the past few days and scabbing, and this is a picture of when it got a little better. The groomer must have known that our dog was hurt, but did not inform us. We got the call to pick our dog up at 3:27 and arrived at 3:50, but the groomer already left 20 minutes ago. We did not get any call from the groomer about what happened during the appointment and we got no apology or explanation. If our dog was misbehaving and difficult, I understand if it was an accident. But, the other workers said our dog was behaved. The groomer should get more training and education on how to groom dogs.

I took my dog to the groomer for a spa day and walked the store looking for gifts. The store is always clean, which is surprising with how busy they are all the time. When we got to the register, there was only one open and there was a long line. I had memories of the big box store, so I took a breath and pulled out some patience. The person at the register spoke pleasantly to all the customers and although he did not rush he was extremely efficient and the line moved quickly. The groomers were also nice and very patient with my dog.

I came in yesterday to receive Information on ear cleaners for cats. The employee was very professional and was able to help me get the product i needed. He was very generous and told me about the return policy as well. I appreciate PetSmart for helping me and I will be returning as a customer to spend more money! Usually I door dash here, but I decided to come in and shop. I recommend them because they also have Banfield. My cat has been a long term member and has gotten his shots and even neutering from there! Definitely recommend 100% yep yep!!

Kudos to big guy in the front. Somebody took off the tags off this harness that was on clearance. He still gave me the discount. Give this guy a raise. Very nice and pleasant store. Because of this I will continue shopping here for my dogs. It's also nicer to see the product before you buy.

I needed to get my 14 year old Havanese's nails trimmed. Heather greeted us, looked at his nails, gave me a brief overview about how the quick grows and how she planned to go about the trim and grind, then placed the store leash carefully around his neck and one of his front legs so as not to put pressure on his tiny neck. She was absolutely terrific. Best care we've ever received at the store. She's exactly what you hope for when you bring your pet in. The other young woman working with her today (May 28th 3:00 pm) was also lovely. (Store Management, please note. These two are KEEPERS! 🙂)

I chose to take my 1 year old lab mix to this location off of the basis of positive reviews for trainer Renee. Let me just say I was NOT disappointed with the training we received. After graduating from the beginner’s class, I enrolled my dog into her intermediate level because she was just that great. She is so personable, kind, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. My dog loves Ms. Renee and she definitely loves my dog as well. I felt comfortable with her because she created a space for 1st time dog owners to feel that way. She teaches not only the dogs, but the owners too of explaining what dog body language/interactions with other dogs means and helpful tips for any problem areas with your dog. You won’t regret taking classes with Renee. If you can please book each level with her! It’s so worth it. This store is also nice. Each time we’ve come in for training, I may have to pick up some things for my dog and all of the associates are kind and willing to help you with all of your animal needs!

I came for weight loss food for my spayed feline she gained an obscene amount of weight after the surgery, so I went searching for a particular brand of food iams healthy metabolism but they didn't have it so I got what was available. While I was on my way to checkout I seen a ton of Disney cat toys that were very tempting but I ended up sticking with the cat food. I would like to know if you carry that particular food and you were maybe out of stock that day??

They always have what I need in stock or I get it shipped to me. Most of their prices are very similar to Chewy's (toys, collars, etc only differ by a penny or two) and the food prices differ by ~$1.50 if you do a subscription. The store was clean, no messes left by furry guests.

This is the worst place to come to for the groomers! If I could give negative stars I absolutely would based from customer service interaction alone.So the story goes: I called last week to schedule an appointment to have my dog's nails trimmed for today Friday. She goes to daycare on Fridays and I live an hour away but I work in Raleigh so this was super convenient for me to bring her over after I picked her up from daycare on a Friday. The time-frame was booked last week for today at 7pm no problem.They called me and asked me to either move my appointment or cancel my appointment. They are apparently closing early and didn't want to stay open for just one appointment so late in the day - this is what the gentleman on the phone today told me. Of course I became upset as this team needs more training on customer service and what it means to be there for the animals. People who work make appointments like this because we cannot leave during the day as they were asking me to do.After I expressed they needed more training and this was unfair for people who work in the daytime, he asked "Do you want to reschedule or not?" RUUUUUDDEEEEE! - so I said "no, absolutely not"With that he replied "have a good day" and then hung up.I WILL NEVER SUBJECT MY DOG TO THESE UNTRAINED HUMANS AGAIN
