Extremely disappointed by the fishtanks at this location. I understand if a few fish have ich, that happens. But every single tank here had a ton of algae growing. That only happens with neglect! Please do-not buy any fish or plants from here.

This is hands down the best pet store in the area. Good selection of supplies, but what stands out is the staff. They are wonderful and very helpful. Our house has 3 dogs, 4 cats, 2 ball pythons, a uromastyx and a leopards gecko, and this store can almost always accommodate all of their needs.

This is a interesting little store, I just learned it was here. Location was pretty clean. I absolutely love that they take the time to name some of the fish, was the highlight of my experience.

I’ve been using this location for my pet supply needs since Jan 2021. I have two cats, foster kittens, and sometimes purchase supplies to feed community cats as well as supplies for another friend who fosters kittens. So, I’ve spent a chunk of money at this location and am incredibly disappointed to say I won’t be returning. This weekend a friend and I purchased foster supplies and noticed an emaciated Kenyan sand boa on the sale floor. Staff told us he was under the care of a vet and was being forced fed. After consulting with a 501C reptile rescue, I spoke with Leanne about the boa. She told me he had been seen by a vet at Avian and Exotics several times and was being given the best care possible. She said they would only sell him to someone who is comfortable with force feeding snakes, and that he is not a beginner pet, and has never eaten in his own in the two months that he has been in their care. Leanne decided to have the snake seen again at Avian and Exotic to determine if it was time to surrender to a rescue, but when I went back to check today she told me that they had shipped the snake back to the distributor. I can’t fathom how it could have possibly survived being returned back to the distributor in the condition it was in and how anyone could feel that was the most ethical thing to do. At this point it was pretty clear there was nothing else I could do for the snake, but tried to speak with her to gain a better understanding of their practices so that I could feel good about continuing to spend my money at the store. She gave me conflicting information, and claimed that the snake was actually never for sale, that they don’t trust rescues they haven’t worked with before (although the rescue in question has worked with other PSP locations), and have never had an animal not get better after treatment. If I had not caused a stink, that snake would still be on the sale floor. Who knows what the real story is, but I was really disappointed that my efforts to advocate for an animal that was suffering and on the verge of death were met with such resistance and dishonesty. Leanne told me that the franchise owners, Rick and Gloria Sands, would not be interested in discussing this issue with me. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and spreading the word amongst my animal-loving community. Please do better, and honestly this manager needs better training in how to retain/talk to customers. This is appalling.

When I first began buying my dog food here, Pet Supplies Plus sent me 15-20% off coupons on a regular basis. But, now that I'm a regular customer, I don't receive them anymore.Their prices are competitive, but I often end up not being able to find my dogs' usual food because the shelves aren't well-stocked.The staff is very helpful & friendly; they always offer to carry the heavy dog food bags to my car!

I love stopping by the use the self serve dog wash. The staff has always been friendly, and the wash stations always clean! I find good clearance deals on treats/toys before I leave as well. You also can’t beat the price. As part of a Black Friday promotion, I bought a new dog wash card (5 uses) for only $20!

My go-to place for my pup. While I go to various places, I find Pet Supplies Plus to be the best. They have great prices on food and snacks. They give your pet a free toy up to $5 value for their birthday. Veronica, when there is always helping and friendly. They have a self service wash and it’s the cheapest around. $10 a wash where other pet shops are $14 and $15. They have self wash specials as well. Sometimes $25 for 5 washes. Right now it’s $35 for 5 washes. We love this place.

A great store for food and supplies. They have excellent service and it looks like they take good care of their animals. The animals they sell here are small animals, such as rodents, reptiles, and fish. The prices here are great, even for the animals.

We use the pet wash facility regularly. The setup makes bathing a 50 lb dog easy - with no mess at home! Friendly, helpful staff check in to answer any questions or provide assistance if needed.

Awesome selection of dog food,, even the organic one I usually buy in bulk on Amazon. I was going to have to wait a few weeks to get 12 of the same flavor .. but at PET SUPPLIES PLUS,,, was able to buy single cans, of two different flavors,,, for less,,,, and get it the very same day I ordered it. NOW WHAT CAN BE BETTER THAN THAT !!!!!

There are two young men that are ALWAYS very welcoming when I come in. They helped me pick a higher quality dog food for my new pupper and were very friendly. Because of their excellent customer service I have started frequenting this store whenever I need something or want to try something new. There is also a bulletin board in the back with all kinds of pet-related info, such as an upcoming Halloween petfest.

I called in to confirm availability of a freeze dried duck flavor dog food. The sales person, LANGLEY who answered the phone also helped me. She was courteous and knowledgeable and I’m happy they had what I needed . This will be my go to store. I can order this online but I really appreciated the personable sales person and prefer to support local businesses. This decision is 💯 due to Langley!

Every time I visit Pet Supplies Plus at this location, I'm very happy. This visit was no exception. A radiant woman named Key helped me! She is truly radiant inside and out! She helped me find what I needed, she was adorable and hilarious with my children, she has a fantastic sense of humor, and just really made it feel special to be there, getting something for our cat, and spending time with her! Thank you Key! Thank you Pretty Supplies Plus for always being well stocked, clean, well staffed, and super helpful! When we first got our cat 11 years ago, I was trying all the places from the giant competitors to the tiny boutique pet stores in the area, but often felt let down by all of those stores, their selection, and their staff. When we discovered PSP 10 years ago, we never looked back. A decade and going, from your house brand cat food that is the only thing my cat actually likes, to our experiences there. Thank you!
