Both Hollywood Feed locations I've used have always been so great to visit. The staff seems passionate about animals, helpful, and always quick to offer free treats.My dog had pancreatitis so used the same day delivery. The staff was so kind to include several different bags of free low fat food along with my requested order and a kind note. Mckayleigh (spelling:)) was so kind and had such a kind note. Thanks so much for your help!

Carter is so helpful! I came in for an early pick up, and he was kind enough to fill for me, this store is always well organized with friendly staff. Prices are always much better than the big stores and staff are super knowledgeable. I love finding extra treats here!

I use Pet People’s free same-day delivery for all my pet’s needs and they are just so lovely! It always comes delivered right to my door with a little ribbon and they usually include a bonus. My dog LOVED the doggy froyo that they sent her today! It makes me happy to see her so happy! Every employee/manager at this location has been fabulous and I’ll continue to support them as long as I live in Raleigh.

I took my boys here for a bath. The facility was clean, and they provided all the shampoo, scrub brush, towels, and blow dryer. I used to take one dog into a groomer. It would cost $60 without tip. The self-serve bath at Pet People was MUCH cheaper. I washed both dogs and gave them each a cookie for $30!

Great deals when you buy lots of food here. I used to do chewy but it adds up that every ten bags I get one free! The staff at the front are always so helpful and kind. Pretty fun to just come in and look at the different toys and things you could spoil your pets with.

The staff here go above and beyond to help you and your furry friends! My puppy used to be very reactive and couldn’t really be taken many places, but he absolutely loves pet people! From the self wash station to the very large variety of treats and toys. He definitely had a blast today and we can’t wait to bring him back!! Well worth the 35 minute drive from home!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! You truly can't beat their online delivery service. Home delivery is available 7 days a week, and if ordered before 3PM then it arrives same day for no additional charge. Home deliveries are always packaged well to ensure rain or insects do not ruin the product before you are able to take it in inside. Highly recommended!

Popped in unexpectedly. Spoke to a salesman(wish I had gotten his name). So helpful finding a joint supplement that my picky dog refuses to take. He suggested a powder mixed in his food and it worked!

Self dog wash is the best!! I absolutely love the self wash dog stations they have, so much better then Petco's. I have a 7 MO German Sheppard pup who is a headful trying to wash at home in the tub, and can also be a little bit crazy. I love the individual rooms with closable doors. The dryers are amazing and powerful (they do not provide brushes or combs) so make sure to bring your own! Will differently be going back!

I love PetPeople. They don’t upcharge as much as many other local places and they offer rewards points. With my specific brand of food, Farmina N&D, your thirteenth bag (a $70 bag of food) is free! This location specifically has phenomenal people on staff as well.I get my dogs food and treats every three weeks like clockwork and PetPeople has made it a breeze. The employees are always very helpful and excited to see my girls, Baby and Mama. Baby is very shy, and previously reactive towards strangers, but with plenty of treats (and patience) the staff at this location have won her over!Additionally, one of the staff members will always offer to help me carry my things to my car. I always accept, as it’s much more pleasant to take a walk around the corner with one of the sweet girls working there than to struggle with two dogs and an armful of doggy groceries in a busy shopping center!I felt sick this week and finally took advantage of their same day delivery service and had my dog food at my door in less than six hours (with no delivery fee)! While I thoroughly appreciated this service, I will continue to bring my girls to visit this location because they absolutely love it!

I have ordered delivery from this shop multiple times. I have the PICKIEST chihuahua mix, and they had sent me a sample last week with my order that she LOVED! So today I went in to buy a bag, and learned SO MUCH about picky dogs and how to cater to them from the woman working there. Came out with a bag full of stuff!!! New chews that apparently smelled so good that my big chow/cattle dog mix stuck his head in the bag and stole one (theyre called whimzees), 2 bags of snacks, Halloween cookies, carob candy bars and the cutest candy toys!!! Great prices, super high quality stuff, and very knowledgable employees. Thank you so so much to the woman that helped me this morning, I'm so sorry I didnt get her name. I came home and gave my dogs breakfast and she ate with no issues and played hard with her toys and is now napping soundly! I will be back again and again!
