My wife was frantically searching for The Primal Freeze Dried Nuggets for our Yorkie. She called and was able to find them and feel relief to have our dogs favorite food. Anthony assisted her and was so polite and kind she kept going on about it! He made her whole day. Promote him!! Thank you for the kindness and helpfulness! The staff in the store off Falls Neuse is extremely helpful and sweet.

By far the best pet store in the area. I stop by sometimes multiple times a week either to use the amazing bath stations or for various Dog Training supplies. The biggest thing that stands out to me is the incredible customer service. Not only is everybody who works there extraordinarily friendly but they are all also very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions you have. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area

Always a friendly greeting at the door offering help and direction. All employees are very knowledgeable on their products and take pride in their company. They succeed at customizing their products to suit the needs of your pet! I love shopping there with or without my dog!

The staff are always so helpful, kind and greet you as soon as you walk in. I’ve bought harnesses and treats here for my pup. I have also used their dog self wash rooms. It’s not that close to me but I make the extra drive because of the service and offerings.

First time in here. It is a nice specialty store with natural food for your pet. Even though the majority of items are for dogs & cats, they still have items for small-cage animals. The store was very ‘green’, clean, and organized. Some items are expensive though- I can buy Tidy Cats cat litter for about $3 less at Target. They also offer a rewards program. The cashier was very kind and seemed knowledgeable- I was given free treats for my cat, so thank you!

Wish I knew her name to give her kudos, but my sales associate personally guided me through the store finding exactly my request. I was looking for items without chicken or beef and I was IMPRESSED with how well she knew that it wouldn’t be listed anywhere on the ingredient lists for the items she pointed out. I’ve tried online stores and it’s miserable with how much time I have to consume clucking in each item to read the entire ingredient list because theirs no way to search for foods that DON’T contain those words. Furthermore, I was greeted by everyone else within the store too and right away! Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I’ll be back for all my quality food source needs for my pup!

The best best BEST shop for any animal needs (as well as extras). Anika is always a fantastic help and I wish I’d written a review every time she assisted me but google may block me for that lol. Anika is so knowledgeable about everything in the shop that I know any questions I have will be answered. She’s a friendly and bubbly spirit and truly cares about our animals at home! Have been and will be shopping here proudly for many years

They’re always so friendly and helpful when I come to shop here for my pup. They went and picked out a big bag of food for me after telling them what I needed, talked to me about the deals going on, and helped me bring my stuff out to my car for me since I had my dog with me. I was already a huge fan of PetPeople! Previously shopped at Phydeaux; however, PetPeople is more conveniently located, the staff is always friendly and very accommodating, and their frequent buyer card is a wonderful $$ saver! To top it off, my pup just received a personalized birthday card from the staff after I'd visited the store a week prior to get her a special birthday treat! Thank you, PetPeople!! You've definitely earned my loyalty!

If I could give this store 1000 stars I would! This place has been not only a great place to shop for all my Pup’s needs but a fantastic place to work on my dogs training! Fantastic and friendly staff have always been patient with my sometimes timid gal and now she can’t wait to get to see them and it’s her favorite place to go! Great selection of products and frozen raw/freeze dried raw, isles of treat and chew options, plus toy and enrichment items galore! Can’t say enough about them and I 100% recommend this place!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Pet People in Raleigh, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter. I purchased a pack of 5 self-wash baths for my dog, expecting convenience and value. However, the incompetence and lack of empathy displayed by the staff, particularly the manager, have left me utterly dissatisfied.On my first visit, they provided me with a card containing all the necessary information for utilizing the self-wash service. Unfortunately, during the process of moving between baths, I misplaced the card. I immediately contacted Pet People to explain my situation and seek a resolution. To my dismay, the manager callously brushed me off, claiming there was nothing they could do to assist me.Now, not only have I lost the money I spent on the five baths, but I am also left without any recourse or support from the store. It is beyond frustrating to be treated so callously after encountering an unfortunate circumstance. Pet People's disregard for customer satisfaction is disheartening, and I will not be returning to their establishment in the future.I expected a much more professional and compassionate response from the manager, given the circumstances. Their refusal to accommodate or find a solution to my problem showcases a lack of customer service and highlights their clear focus on profit over customer satisfaction.Pet People in Raleigh has certainly lost my trust and business. I strongly discourage anyone from wasting their hard-earned money at this establishment as they not only fail to deliver on their promises but also demonstrate a total disregard for their customers' concerns. Look elsewhere for a pet grooming or self-wash service that genuinely values its customers.

Every time I go into the location on falls of neuse road in Raleigh, the people who work there always greet me and ask if I need help with anything. They seem pretty knowledgeable about the foods that they have in stock, and they are very friendly and helpful. The food on the shelves and in the freezers are well organized and the store is clean. Everything is usually within date. If it's going to expire soon, they discount it. It's my favorite place to shop for raw food for my pets!
