It was a total mess. They were pulling ALL the meats off the floor saying that they were exchanging those items to put in different items. Next excuse was they didn't have Lactaid milk or anything that was refrigerated. The lady that was working that area always say "no speak English". Why wasn't this swap of food done after the store closed?!?

The store seems well stocked enough. The produce looked good as did the meat market. Overall, the store was clean and check out moved smoothly. Only get used to the more entitled people parking in the fire lane in front of the store because they're too good to park with the rest of us.

This food lion never have staff on Sundays, the customer service desk always closed on Sunday so no customer service is given.

First, the Supervisor lady with a big mouth, loud voice, pigeon-toed walk, and black glasses is very rude when she talks, someone needs to correct her on how she handles customers. Like don't be funny with one customer and want to change your tone when another customer walks in..its giving very much "privilege" like calm down lady.. you're a supervisor for "Food Lion" nothing special.Second off, it's not our fault you all don't have good judgment on the people YOU hire when it comes to dependability. The customer service section is a highly demanded section for customers. You can at least make sure that section is covered. ESPECIALLY when you have staff STANDING in the front of the store with a Manager just walking around looking lost with nothing to do. Who wants to come back at 11 am after getting to a store expecting services to be rendered? Then being told RUDELY that no one can assist.Third off, just poor customer service and understanding all around. The people at the Deli and in the back unloading are WAY nicer than the management. I wish I knew the supervisor and manager's names so I can call them out...I'll get that information next time! DO BETTER WORKERS! We are the ones supplying the money and service for your JOB!Update: the lady manager name is Liz! She seems really nice at first but gives you attitude when you voice your opinion and give her the same over talking voice she gives you! Yea I’m the right one Liz…it’s all about tone.FIX IT!

The people are very friendly. I'm a regular here and got to know almost all the cashier's by face. Recently there are new cashier's and I don't recognize anyone . However they are very nice. The only issue I have is the parking lot. People.. customers drive very crazy. For safety reasons some should be done about it. Overall great place to shop.

I usually just run into this Food Lion for a couple items if it's the closest location to where I'm at. They have a decent selection and the cashiers are friendly. Almost never has long lines.My biggest complaint with this location is the parking lot. People drive crazy, like others have mentioned. Every time I'm here, someone approaches me for money, donations for their "ministry," food handouts, or to use my cellphone... It gets annoying to deal with solicitations getting in and out of my car and just trying to run a quick errand with my kids.

Appreciate you FOOD LION! Where else can I find what we need to sustain us? You got us through the pandemic, we were hungry and tired of everything but we needed to stay strong. I love my product gal and my meet man , I love my delly deli, and my peeps who stock every day everything and my checkers who rock us through. My store has it's highs and lots but they try to keep it real! They have my latino favorite ingredients, all the bevis, relief from.what ails ya, and every munch to mangia ... where the term "food desert" is way too real, this store is an oasis. The LION may not be as posh as the Teeter, Publix or the Weg, but it's our king where good people work and shop.

Store manager would not let me buy starbucks or door dash giftcards for my employees with a credit card. Debit card only policy. This is not a Food Lion policy but a made up store policy.

Been to a few Food Lions since moving to NC and although I don't expect a spotless store you certainly don't expect a dead fly in the meat. Won't be coming back here.

This is my favorite Food Lion! The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only issue is they need to do a better job at staying stocked.

This location is a perfect little shopping center. The shopping center is always busy, however the parking in front of the Food Lion is almost always available. The service inside is quick. The store is well stocked and clean, with minimal clearance. The staff is excellent. Brittany H. Is absolutely delightful and quick to lend a hand to staff. This is my favorite location.

The people who work there work hard at their jobs. That place is always clean and well stocked. The cashiers are always friendly. I've never had anything short of a great experience there on a normal trip there.However, they have very little produce and the produce they do have is not usually of very good quality and is sometimes starting to wilt badly. I have a 20lb pet bunny and half of the time I go there the produce is starting to get bad enough that she won't even eat it. I don't even try anymore.Everything else is great, though. I can't give a 5 star review due the terrible produce, but if they had a good produce section they'd have all 5 stars. If you aren't looking for produce, this is a good place to go.

I've had a good experience at this food lion each time, as far as customer service and ease of shopping altogether. They're fairly stocked, but I've seen food lions with more on the shelves. Within a small shopping center with a bus stop, public library, liquor store, a Raleigh PD office, quick bite restaurants, and more.

Cashiers are very nice at this location especially the cashier by the name of Cori (sorry if I misspelled) she provides great customer service with her sweet genuine smile and actually took the time to explain something on my receipt to me...She is a true example of what Great customer service looks like. I recently went to this Food Lion and first of all, the remodel looks great and more importantly, the customer service was excellent. As I was in line, an employee came to help me load my items onto the counter, the cashier and bagger were very friendly, all of my groceries were sorted correctly into cold bags and room temp bags, and I was even offered help to my car! Definitely impressed. :) Thanks!

Horrible, everything is too high, customer service staff seems to only be there just to get a check, when you go to the checkout no one's at the register because they busy walking around with they head in they phones talking to everybody else but the customer. But hey this is America today so....🤷♂️

Worst experience this morning. If I didn’t make a big scene out of it was because my daughter was present. When are we supposed to shop? Midnight when people aren’t stocking up!? Us as customers, people that stock should prioritize customers. They act like we’re in their way. Let’s not forget I said politely to a lady that works there excuse me while she was stocking up cheese or something. Both sides of the isles were blocked by the employees. Instead of the lady moving since I had my daughter in the bulky carts. No! She decides to stay where she was at not move or close her refrigerator door. My daughter ended up getting her arm hurt by the door. I might not make any sense right now because I’m furious that just for me to get milk for my daughter I had to go through something she could have avoided. This is why I’m asking? When are we supposed to shop so we’re not in their way!? Please get it together.

Horrible Customer Service. I normally try to shop here early in the day because the morning staff is very friendly and helpful. The cashier tonight was very unprofessional and rude. She didn’t want to start scanning my items until the young man agreed to come and assist, she literally stood there and waited for him to finish doing what he was doing before she started scanning. While standing, she never greeted me with a “Hello, How are you” or even asked if I found everything I needed. Then she chose to argue back and forth with me because she scanned one of my items twice. It’s important for associates to understand how important it is to deliver an amazing customer experience to each customer. I started to cancel my transaction and take my money somewhere else!
