Says on your sign you are open until 10pm. Stopped at 6pm and was told by the 2 gentleman employees sitting out front smoking that the store was closed. They turned away multiple cars to have their smoke break together during open business hours. Do better.

This location system always goes down, and I get that, but the phone never works you call it, it rings once and then just a dial tone. I’m just trying to make sure that waiting 24 hrs is enough time for the system to be up before I get there and the system is still down.

Poor , poor customer service.I went in had about a $30 order in my cart , asked to use the restroom ( too much water lol) and they CLAIMED they didn't have one to use....well I couldn't wait so the shame of a lost sale there isn't anything near to even use a restroom and too much time & gas to turn back again just for my inconvenience . .. I'm not familiar with the area either.What corporate stores DO NOT have the luxury of making sure their paying customers are comfortable while shopping. I could have spent more time & more money as I do like to browse to see what other interest I may see in the store.Lost me at that location as a customer. I WILL NOT RETURN!! Not ever!!I will call corporate to see if this is their standards to treat paying customers.

This store is normally good, like the cashiers are normally really nice until today the cashier was disrespectful, the women in front of me was being racist and said “are we togather” um no I said. Then she said I was breathing in her neck when I was literally not even facing her way and the cashier thought that was funny... at first I didn’t really care until she started talking about it to the cashier and the cashier laughed at it. To be honest that was disrespectful and the women kept giving me and my friend unpleasant looks I don’t really care about her but when it comes to workers there I do and I hope I don’t see that cashier again 🤷🏽‍♀️!

I was not happy that the mask rule was not enforced. Even though there is a sign on the door stating that you must wear a mask to shop. There was a woman in the store without her mask and the clerk said nothing to her. We are still in a pandemic and this is unacceptable. I will find somewhere else to shop.

Omg!!!! I just had the best experience today at this family dollar today. I havs shopped at family dollar for years and((( Never))) had the experience that i had today.The store attendant by the name of Alphonso (sorry if i mispelled) went above and beyond and provided great customer service by helping me carry large bulky items to my car. He was also very attentive and a great conservationist. He should be recognized for this and rewarded by the company with some type of bonus or incentive...Because GOOD customer service/help is Hard to find these days.

I hated I had to show the homeboy cashier a lesson in customer service (I was wrong to correct a 55 year old "MAN"). What he failed to realize, he's in customer service, encountering ALL WALKS OF LIFE. SOMEONE and EVERYBODY CAN LEARN. I am a regular customer in this store but today I decided I will not return any more I asked to the workers if I please use the bathroom, I was had emergency and the manager say no no no I’m always there because is close to me always spend at lot of money there. But thanks For you’re bad service I never can back to family Dollar I’m disappointed
