Came to the Dollar tree at 8:45 and was told that the store was closing early because the clerks arm was hurting. Although I have the almost amount of sympathy for the clerk, the hours that are advertised are until 9:00 p.m. The security was standing outside the store explaining that people had called out and that was the reason why she was closing the store early. Again although I have sympathy for the clerk, I drove here expecting to be able to purchase some things prior to closing that I would need for tomorrow. There is not another location anywhere in this area. Maybe the reason that Dollar tree is having to close some of their family Dollar stores is because they don't properly stock their stores nor do they train their people about the responsibilities and care of customers. It is customers that keep these places open.If you disregard the customers, you have to close stores. Hence the fact that they are bleeding stores now. There is a roses nearby and that is where I will take my business from this point forward. This is the most recent of a long line of events that have caused me to not want to shop in this store.There are always boxes stacked everywhere which is odd considering there's never anything on the shelves stocked. There is always a line when the store is open although there are cashiers walking around the store at the same time. And now they don't even honor their hours.My advice take your business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would but Google only allows me the ability to give one. So know that this is a zero star review

Right now I wish I could give 0 Stars. The store was a complete mess it looked like a tornado had blown through it. Staff was extremely rude! They would not let us in the store unless we left our purses at the front of the store unattended. The person that I assume was the manager was very rude and spending most of her time in a conversation with a customer about someone that had just been released from prison. If I hadn't been so thirsty I would have walled out but it is a very hot day outside and I needed a few moments to cool down. We didn't bother exploring the store the entrance was scary enough. We purchased two sodas and left. I will never return to this place. At no point did I feel like I was inside an actual store. It was more like a nightmare of the worst flea market or yard sale you have ever visited. The sidewalk in front of the store was disgusting. There is a huge piece of plywood covering one of the doors because there appears to be no glass in the door. The parking lot was nasty and there were 2 intoxicated people sitting in chairs beside the building speaking very loudly. I felt very unsafe and left the premises as soon as was humanly possible!

I placed an order online 10/19/22 suppose to arrive at 1905 Poole Rd Raleigh, NC on 10/29/22. On my phone said shipped I went to store no order mgr said be on next truck this week. I went back 11/1/22 No Order. I call home office to help find my package, still no order told same thing order will be on truck this week. I agreed to come back to store once the order arrived . I got a text message from Dollar Tree pick up order arrived 11/2/32 at store. Went to store mgr couldn’t find my package. I left got halfway back to work she said found it in office. I turn around go back to Dollar Tree mgr in office about 20 minutes I ask cashier can she get my package. Mgr said be out soon. I stood there 5 more minutes already she walked by didn’t have my package she walked floor looking for my package. Now I’m perturb I drove back and you said you have my package . I told cashier tell her I’m calling home office very unprofessional mgr and work ethics. I well never shop there again.

I actually work here so that's a plus with this review. I love the fact we always have a fair share of quality products in stock for any season or every day use. Plus if we don't have it, we are willing to let know you know who may so it won't be an inconvenience to our customers. Plus we now have items that are more than a dollar, but it beat paying $15 to $25 or sometimes $30 for items you can get conveniently at this store for $3 and $5. Overall it's a great place to shop while staying on budget... and even if you don't have a budget you will get what your money is paying for

This is the most well kept, tidy, organized Dollar Tree I have ever been in. The two employees I encountered were marvelous in so many ways, kudos to their awesomeness. Thank you for being nice.

This used to be one of my favorite dollar trees (1.25 tree). Today they had the RUDEST cashier working today to the point where when I saw a worker outside and told him,"I feel bad for you. The cashier in there has the worst attitude. That sucks you have to deal with that." He said,"Yeah, I know. We are going to take care of that though." Once they get rid of her they are definitely a 4 and if they get the bleach back in stock super 5!

I noticed bad reviews for this store when I came on to write this review. I can assure you that this store is great. The manager and employees were exceptionally friendly. The manager even checked to see if an item was in stock before I drove over. Also this was the neatest, best stocked Dollar Store that I have been into in months. It is located 10 miles away from me(the closest is 3 miles), but this will be the store that I go to from now on.

If it weren't for Jhit costumer service I've would've stopped going to this dollar tree. He has the most wonderful costumer service to work in the hood. I appreciate you jhit shout out to him! But besides that staff are half n half and I do not like others communicating skill they are very rude to be working in retail

They need to fire the manager at this store. He is rude and nasty to customers who spend money so that he has a job and he allows his workers to be like that as well. You can leave a million reviews and nothing will happen to change the situation here so you are better off spending your money somewhere where your business is appreciated. Obviously there is no oversight here.

I keep trying to give thus place a chance, but I'm done ever going to this specific store. Half the items there are either stolen empty boxes or broken items. As well as today specifically I noticed a good amount of people maskless, employees with mask under their chin. This place is disgusting. Not to mention be careful being a woman alone since the front of store is loitered by men who think its a hot spot for hitting on women and harassing them. Never coming back, left my cart in middle of aisle and run for it I suggest others do the same.

The past two weeks I have been to this Dollar tree looking for flowers. The store looks like it is going out of business. Nothing has been restocked on the shelves but they have boxes everywhereOn my first visit I asked the store manager when where they getting flowers in and he said he didn't know and that Roses were only for Valentine's day 🤔 I didn't ask about Rose's I asked about flowers. Went today same manager was there and the store looked the same way.. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Stood for 5 minutes to ask him about flowers again but one of the staff and him were talking and seemed to not notice me standing there so I kindly took my money and left.🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️ Don't think I will be headed back there sad too it is close to my house.. Guess I will try the store Roses not the flowers and see how they act with customers.😏

Poor parking. Nearby auri repair shop is permanently parking several cars in the lot, this is very bad indeed.This store used to be one of my favorite because they are usually stocked to full. But my last 3 visits has not been stocked and items where skimpy and not enough cashiers, just one!

Never seen so many people shopping in Dollar Tree. Honestly this is the busiest one I've ever ran up on.... Oh. 1 register was available for quite a while. Lane was entertaining with complaints. Wish I had my phone recording when the 2nd lane opened. People nice

Went in to pick up some items for my nephew's birthday party.. line was long of course for the cashier that was there actually working but there were 2 cashiers not on their cash register.. one was sitting on the counter eating potato chips, having a loud private conversation with a man while the other one was alternating between standing around with her hands in her smock and sitting on the water display. The line got so long the working cashier asked for help and the cashier sitting on the counter eating her chips had the audacity to avert customers to the hands in her smock cashier.. Then she only rang up ONE customer and logged out of her register. Told us she wasn't ringing up anyone else.. I just put all my items down and left the store. I don't understand why people think just because you work in a certain neighborhood you should throw your professionalism out the door. If You Know Better, Do Better..

If i could give No stars i would they are very rude asked the manager a simple question when was they getting bleach in stock he acted as if he was annoyed kept walking in front of me while i was looking at cleaning products never once said excuse me very unprofessional everyone that works there act as if they hate there job. Maybe if they wasnt so Rude they could keep there employees to help them put them boxs of product away so you can actually shop around the store without boxs in the way.

Cashier was very rude. I had bought peanuts that I already paid for and went back in to buy one more bag. She rung me up for two. When i explained I already paid for one she stated,"Then why are you standing here?"It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize I just needed her to ring up one. She did end up ringing up one but was so rude. Horrible customer service.

Called to ask if this location was doing balloons during covid-19. The response I got was "you should have checked the website." A simple yes would have been fine, but because the employee was so rude I didn't even go to the store.

I have been callimg for almost a month about a job. One manager tells me toncome back the 10 th of Dec when a new manager start work . I called and he didn't even come to the phone after asking to speak to him he tells another employee to tell me he not hiring all I'm saying they very unprofessional . I did everything I was told to do up till the 10 the app online and all. I coukdnt even get the man to come to the phone .

I shop more here than any place else. The staff is always friendly and they usually keep the stock in good supply. If they do t have it you can ask at the register and its there. Next time you go most times.

The employees at this store use such vulgar language. And there are very strange people that hang around the outside. This store is convenient and close but most times I avoid it and go to the one off Six Forks Rd-much better store.

Super clean every time I shop there, good cashiers, a/c is great, product selection is quirky in a few depts, having said that, the generic brand food and beverages are a rock solid deal, coupons can't come close to how much money and headache you save by shopping here vs 'the blue store' or 'the red store'.

On the 31st of May I ordered From Dollar Tree online website pay for it got confirmation said he would be here not a problem the 9th I received an email stating my package is income pick it up I went there that afternoon on the 9th talk to the manager show them my confirmation email and about 10 minutes later he came back said he didn't see it and went right back to doing whatever he was doing and left it at that I would never ever ever order Dollar Tree again

Cashiers are not very friendly.they'll welcome you to dollar tree , no smile , somewhat of a harsh attitude.I was here in this store earlier and i told my grandbaby to pic out a toy.the cashier came from behind the counter and voictorious told him " dont be messin up my store..." Not knowing I was standing there watching him.this trip Mahalia was not the friendly cashier either...i dont think ill shop at this dollar tree again...how you treat your customers is your job security...
