Go to a different pharmacy. The drive through is never open and they never answer the phone. If you need a prescription refill, call a week ahead to ensure they have it in stock because I’ve often had to wait days later when I went for a refill and they didn’t have it in stock. If your doctor sends prescriptions electronically, good luck. Depending on who you ask to fill your prescription will depend if they know how to fill it. I’ve often been told they don’t have it and need to call my doctor, then ask someone else and it’s no problem. Time to switch to a different pharmacy.

Incredibly awful. Waited on the phone for 45 minutes and walked in while still on hold to three employees with no line or apparent work going on. Another CVS said the system showed this pharmacy was the only CVS pharmacy in the Triangle to have blood clot medicine. When I arrived, they didn’t have it. Had they answered the phone, I wouldn’t have wasted two hours there and back to not get my vital medicine.

This is not our usual pharmacy but a prescription was transferred here because it was back ordered at our regular one. Waited today afternoon in drive thru for OVER AN ENTIRE HOUR (3 pm to 4:05 pm). When I called, the pharmacy tech said the car in front was waiting for their covid test. There were no indications why drive thru was being clogged up for over an hour with covid testing. There should be separate lanes and signs for medication pick up and for covid testing. Totally shoddy.
