Wonderful donation center and thrift store. I am friends with Laura, the manager of the store if I’m not mistaken. She’s a wonderful human being, as is everyone who works there. Any proceeds go toward helping little kitties find homes, amongst other animal care necessities. And yes, they have kitties in cages so that you can interact with them and, you never know, maybe even take one home ;) It’s also one heck of a great thrift store, with a huge variety of things to browse and select from. If you want your donation to actually make an impact, skip Goodwill and go to Cause For Paws instead. Trust me, you will not regret it! 10/10

I will support almost any organization that helps animals, and I'm so happy I found this place! I went in to donate a few clothing items I no longer wanted and was able to briefly visit with a few kitties that are up for adoption. If you have items you no longer want or need please consider donating them here. Only 4 stars because I was underwhelmed by the vibe of the employees. I am chalking that up to me arriving as they were opening and taking care of the kitties, cleaning their cages. I will definitely give them another shot.

I really enjoyed shopping at this thrift store today because it had a wide variety of different items. The clothes, furniture, and shoes were very nice and in great condition. I absolutely love the wall pictures. I also like how the store has brand name items. I saw a North Face coat that was very nice but not in my size. I will definitely shop here again.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I love this place! The prices are very fair and match what a thrift store should be. I’m glad they haven’t changed. Please don’t 😅Also, if anyone is knowledgeable on FIV+ kitties and wants a sweet boy to take home then Knight is your guy. He’s been at this location for quite some time, he’s 12 years old and he really deserves a loving and caring home to live out the rest of his senior life. I really wish I could take him but I already have a cat and I can’t risk it.If you’re handling him, please remember to wash your hands after or use hand sanitizer before interacting with other cats at this location. FIV is mostly spread through bite marks, it cannot be spread through sharing food or water and he can live with other kitties it’s just risky.

I really enjoyed visiting this thrift stores- they have cats inside! Good selection of clothing items, shoes, some electronics, and a lot of books (fiction and nonfiction). Most weekends they have some sort of promotion or deals going on. The prices are also decent for a thrift store. Parking available, but at times the lot is full.

First, the clothes are all over the place. Secondly, the store smells horrible thirdly. The customer service there is extremely terrible when I went to pay I had a child Jersey, he proceeded to tell me no it was too big and the tag didn’t matter because the jersey was fake and he was going to charge me for an adult size. I proceeded to show him the tag Showing them that it said child and I had got it in the boys section. He proceeds to tell me no people put stuff back in the wrong spots when his manager came out and said no, it’s too big to be a child and wanted to look up the tag, but their worker was proceeding to get angry with me and loud and I was just trying to have her hear my side of the story and I wasn’t even speaking loud, then she kicked us out over a dollar item

This store is bright, organized and well maintained. They have a lot of inventory and a lot of kitties right now! I can’t bring any more fur babies home but I love shopping here to help them! I love their sale days and the workers are always polite, very busy, but courteous! I love that there is a raffle even though I forget to call back every time, the idea of it makes shopping here fun and adds to the experience. We put some stretchy covers on what we bought and viola!

This place is expensive and most of the items are kinda dirty. I only stop here because there are 2 other thrift shops in the same shopping center.Side note: please have your cashier wear a real shirt. Due to elevated register area my eyes were engraved with the bare stomach of your cashier. Not a pleasant experience to say the least.

Weekly drawings for a $50 gift card if you spend $25.Every women’s shirt starts at 3.69, with an extra 15 - 30% off daily specials. Last picture is just a few of the great finds I brought home. I got a total of 9 shirts and a desk fan for $37!And for anyone who read the one star review, read that woman’s other reviews before you put any stock into her opinion.

A good selections of clothes, furniture, kitchenware and other various items to include some pet care things. They also had a cat up for adoption. He was really sweet. The place is very well organized and the good look to be in good working order.

Love the store and the kitties, but unfortunately had a horrible experience today. Went in with some clothes to donate and wanted to pet some kitties while we were there. I’ve been here more than once before and been told by the girl at the register that as long as you’re over eighteen, you’re welcome to take out the cats and hold them. I’ve done it before and no one ever had a problem. Today, I got barked at by one of the employees about opening the cage. She could have asked me in a much nicer way/tone to close the cage, and I didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to at all. I apologized and my mom and I just kind of looked at each other incredulously for a minute and then took our clothes and left. Not sure why people feel it’s okay to talk to customers that way. Massively disappointing visit.

Today was my first visit. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. I don't like that the shoes are just placed randomly over the clothes, with no size order. And definitely didn't like the kids clothes just being piled on top of a table. I understand that method for infants, but not bigger kids. I probably would have bought a lot more if I didn't have to dig. Not sure I'd go back but I do love cats and support their mission.

The rudeness of a few of the young staff members is incredible! I went in there ask the question, then wanted to pay while somebody was sneezing all over the cash register. I kindly asked to be checked out on the other side of the register - which would have required the young, tall, long haired and not handicapped person to not even move but simply turn his upper part of his body by a few degrees. Then he proceeded to call me names to his coworker who stood right next to him. I couldn’t believe the laziness and attitude. I don’t think I will be going back there.

First time visiting this location and just like I expected CLEAN with top notch service!! The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable of what items they carried and didn't have. Prices where high but not a deal breaker!!!!

Really enjoyed this location. Large selection of VHS tapes. I mostly look got VHS tapes and other trinkets from the 90/early 2000s.Only found 3 new tapes but their selection was the largest I've seen in the area so far. Staff was extremely friendly!He also had a pretty good selection of furniture items!

I took two linen dresses with jackets that I had dry cleaned and was told to just put them in the outside bins. I said they were ready to be priced and put out to sell. They would get wrinkled. I was told to just put in the bins. I said if they didn't want them I would take elsewhere.a other girl who grudgingly took them to another room in back. I had linen pants to donate. Talbots brand. I will find somewhere else to donate them..

OMG, the manager of this store is so very RUDE. She was yelling at one of the employees directly in front of the customers last week. I just got on here today to post. It is so embarrassing to watch this. This store needs to step it up by having better organization, cleaner environment, and definitely a better management team that appreciates their employees by not yelling at them in front of customers of this store.

I like the idea behind this store but to be honest it’s a little rough. Some of the inventory would be better off in the trash (think dirty old keyboard) and the whole place was a little unorganized. I had this gut feeling I should torch anything permeable before I brought it in my house (needless to say, I came home empty-handed). I won’t be planning a return visit.

It smells bad, and lots of items are over priced. I went for crutches recently and they were 7.99 each for heights under 5'10 and 14.99 each crutch for heights over 6'0. Stopped at goodwill instead got a seated walker for 15.99 and a pair of crutches for 4.99. Furniture here is really beat up and priced too high.

We were looking for affordable, starter furniture for our new house, and were pleasantly surprised. We didn't even need to stay long-found what we were looking for, and then some. The staff was welcoming, and there was a nice atmosphere. This is a lovely little place with a selection of many items, and at kind prices, oh and some adoptable kitties looking for a loving home.

I always find awesome stuff here. Great selection of clothes and some furniture. They have always had super sweet cats available for adoption when I've gone in. All the staff I have interacted with have been really friendly and helpful. Definitely my favorite thrift store in Raleigh!

I visited cause for paws and met Crystal. I love that there was a wide variety of items. I didn’t like the way her manager addressed her in front of customers but Crystal continued to be very bubbly, friendly, and helpful. Hats off to her. She’d be the reason I would come back, great customer service makes all the difference.

Fun unique items the staff is great so friendly and kind. They do a great job organizing the store so you could find specific items quickly if needed. I have purchased clothing, furniture, art and more from here and it never disappoints

They have ALOT of clothes, shoes and purses, furniture and mattresses, housewares, and some adoptable pets. It could be cleaner but it is pretty well organized. If you look closely, you'll find some antiques and collectibles mixed in with everything else.

PLEASE take your business elsewhere. This place is not only extremely overpriced, but they seem to lack care for their animals. My friend recently adopted a kitten from this “rescue.” I was there while she dealt with rude managers for days before they finally let her take the cat home. When she finally got the cat, it came riddled with worms. This is not surprising at all considering they are kept in dirty cages in the middle of a thrift store. I have no idea how this place has managed to remain open. All the employees are horrible to work with and make you feel like such a burden for giving them your money. Please do not support this horrible business.

If you are looking to adopt an animal, please look elsewhere. The staff here is completely unprofessional. They act as though they are doing you a favor by allowing you to adopt one of their animals. They were annoyed when my roommate and I had any questions about adoption. Their communication is unprofessional, and downright rude. On multiple occasions they took an extreme attitude for no reason, making us extremely frustrated. When asking if we can speed up the adoption process because our cat had now been in a CAGE at their location for weeks, the man on the phone responded with, "he's a cat, he will be fine." This is NOT the attitude that I would expect from a location that is supposed to be rescuing cats.In addition to the horrible adoption process, our cat came with worms. The location obviously doesn't clean the crates as much as they should and the animals are poorly cared for. I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down.Overall, horrible experience, I only dealt with these people because I felt as though I needed to save my cat from this horrible place. The goal should be adoption. Please do not entertain these people. Do not help them. Do not donate or purchase ANYTHING. Take your money to someone who cares.

Nice selection of furniture and books (didn't check out the clothing this time. Will next time.) Great prices on books/DVDs/CDs, but from what I saw their furniture is a bit pricey for a thrift store. They also had some adorable kittens and a huge bunny by the register that were up for adoption.
