Finally! A pet store in Raeford! They have most everything you could need for most pets. Groom salon is wonderfully staffed and reasonably priced. Even offering $12 walk in nail trims! All kind of animals up for adoption AND they take 10% off your purchase if you donate through them to the animal shelter/rescue they’ve partnered with. Customer service was phenomenal I was greeted at the door and had a real conversation with the team member. They helped me find exactly what I needed for my dog and gave me useful tips on the products we picked. My dogs love coming with me for the free treat samples and attention the staff gives them! I love that they have a buy 10 get 1 free on the dog/cat food bags. We love it here and you will, too!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Jackie in the grooming salon was just amazing — she exceeded all of our expectations with our goldendoodle’s spa day! I appreciated that she took the time to get on his level, meet us, ask me my cut preferences, and provide suggestions while setting expectations. Scheduling his appointment was easy and we were grateful for an opening that week. Thank you again for taking such great care of Bill! We cannot recommend Petsense’s grooming salon enough and are already looking forward to taking him back!

The staff are not friendly and act like they are doing you a favor. With their rolling eyes and attitude. To many other pet stores, I don't need this drama.

Very warm welcome! Positive loving environment. The manager even let me hold one of the bunnies they had. If I could shop here everyday I would. Everything is a bit pricey but I always go by the saying QUALITY over QUANTITY and that’s what I want for my animals. Answered EVERY single question I had. Everybody has excellent costumer service skills. Thanks Emily for ringing me up & signing me up for the rewards program. 100/10 recommend this store. I will be back soon!!!

I really like this store and I bring my doodle here for grooming. They do a good job, but it just takes unnecessarily long. It’s just kind of hard to make plans for your day if it takes 5+ hours. My dog was dropped off around 9:30 AM and was not ready until 7:00 PM. I’m not sure why it took so long.

Great store that has a much wider selection of pet foods and pet toys vs. the main tractor supply store.The staff is pretty helpful and talkative and will help you find what you're needing or looking for.

This store was clean and they have most of the essentials you need for your pets. A little pricey but good discount coupons and military discount of 10%. They also have some exotic animals and fish as well as cats for adoption. I was not offered the rewards program though.

Very clean store but employees were cursing and talking bad about who I presume is another coworker that wasn't there. Customers were in the store and it was loud enough that I could hear it. It's great that there is a pet store nearby but management needs to look into these issues.

I’m not sure about this new store. The prices are high compared to their neighbor Walmart and while there was one somewhat friendly worker upon my arrival, the other workers were “iffy.” Seems they cater to customers that they “presume” can afford their prices. Hopefully, I’m wrong… but time will tell.
