Amazing!! I highly recommend it! I took my disobedient one year old Golden Doodle, Lucy for the 2 week training & cannot believe the difference. She came home a different dog. I can take her anywhere now. She listens and obeys. She isn't pulling me around on the leash or jumping on everyone anymore. I took her to Tractor Supply for a test because the last time we went she had embarrassed me so much by pulling & dragging me inside the store. I was shocked. She was perfect. I'm so glad that I sent her. Every penny I spent was well worth it. I will also use Kranenburg for future boarding needs. These people care about your fur baby. Just like they belong to them. They will always be a part of Lucy's life.

We love Kranenburg Canine Training Center. Our three high energy not people friendly dogs respond so well to the training given to them. I always tell all of my friends to take their dogs here for even just a basic obedience course because Gunnar and Pete truly care about each dog and providing them with the tools for success.

We took our sons malinois and our terrier for a two week training course. I honestly thought our terrier was beyond help, but Kranenburg, Canine Training Center, transformed both dogs beyond our wildest dreams. I had honestly thought we would get a phone call, telling us Rocky was beyond help. Pete and his staff are incredible at what they do. Trini(malinois) and Rocky (terrier) actually sit, stay and come, and no longer jump on furniture and wreak havoc throughout the house. I can’t say enough about KCTC, professional, in every sense, and excellent at what they do. Thank you , Pete.

I just recently had my German Shepherd trained at Kranenburg Kennels and am so happy with the results. They are very knowledgeable and did a great job training my puppy! She is like a different dog when walking on a leash. The hardest part is me carrying out the techniques she was taught at home, in my opinion but they show you the main things you need to know before you leave their facility. I would recommend them to anyone if your dog needs training at an affordable price!!

Very well coordinated training with a great group of trainers. I brought my mastiff girl for the 2 week course and I was pleased with our results. You can tell that these folks genuinely care about what they do. I recommend them to everyone I can!

Please take your dogs here. Before coming here, I was completely defeated. They made a huge difference with my dogs. I have 2 German shepherds, both 7 years old. My boy dog was so aggressive that I couldn't take him anywhere. He would lunge and bark at people and pets. Now we go on walks, hes even doing great with his vet appointments, which were the absolute worst. Hes no longer lunging at anyone. I now have the confidence to take him places and the understanding of how to redirect him when we are out and about. These people know what they're doing and really care about helping improve your pets behavior and quality of life. Absolutely worth it!

Our beagle and chocolate lab attended one of the more intensive classes. I was amazed at how well they did. We went from not being able to walk our pups without it being a constant tug fest to us being in charge. We also suffered major dog and food aggression with our beagle. Not only do we have the knowledge to curb this aggression but we’ve been able to welcome 2 new dogs to our pack. I won’t say this was a fix all and it shouldn’t be! Pete and his family gave my family the tools to work with our dogs so we can all enjoy excursions without the anxiety of how our dogs will react. Their expertise has made all our lives more enjoyable as my children also were able to come and learn how to handle unwanted behaviors. I can’t give high enough praise and am so thankful we found Kranenburg!

We took my crazy leash pulling, food aggressive pups to their 2 week course. I am AMAZED they arent dragging me down the street anymore. They put as much effort into training your dog as they do training you to keep it up at home! Lol We had a great experience & look forward to their follow up visits.

This is a GREAT place - they made me feel comfortable when dropping my dog off for training. They were professional and personable. They offer SEVERAL LEVELS of training, refresher programs when needed, boarding and yup - train both dog and owner.I would use them again and highly RECOMMEND them to anyone regardless of the problem. I adopted a pound pooch so there were a variety of issues which they addressed.THE COST IS A BARGAIN considering the care and knowledge they have put into their program. It is a family based business which obviously grew out of love and respect for animals.

This dog training program changed our lives. We have a six year old and two year old, and a 1 year old trained German shepherd now. Before we dropped him off, he knew simple commands but he would nip, jump, bark nonstop, and drag you down the street on a leash. Our shepherd would chase our kids around, take their toys and shoes, nose on the table. Honestly, we were at our wits end and our shepherd was going to need to be rehomed. Kranenburg Canine Training made it possible for us all to live cohesively and safely. I couldn’t recommend this facility with any higher regards. 10/10. Affordable, compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We put our dog in a boarding/training program and it worked wonders for her. At first I was worried it wasn’t going to stick, but Pete walked us through how to be consistent and after getting her on the right track there we have the tools we needed to keep her behaving at home. The price is also incredibly reasonable. We dropped her off so she’d be there while we were on vacation and the price was about the same as if we boarded her somewhere else and she got no training. We are very happy with it all!

I'm floored. So impressed! My 6-month-old Belgian Malinois went to Kranenburg Canine Training Center for a two-week training program. Sweet and smart puppy with a high drive and she lives on a farm with plenty of small animals. I felt like she was always on the ready to get one of the small animals here. She pulled on the leash and would drag me. I picked her up today from Kranenburg Canine Training Center. They took their time to introduce me to all of the terminologies, the training my dog received, and the psychology behind the training. Then they brought my dog out and worked with us extensively. I was speechless at the change in my animal. She was attentive to the handler, wagging her tail, eager to please. After her graduation, we went to a park and walked the whole trail. My dog was so well behaved! Walking perfectly on lead. We then went to Tractor Supply and my dog was VERY well behaved, despite plenty of things that prior to the training she would have jumped at or barked at. It was a RELAXING experience! I'm so appreciative that my dog and I have had the experience of working with these wonderful people. I am super excited for future training and highly recommend Kranenburg Canine Training Center for your canines. Just awesome.

I was skeptical about how good the two-week boot camp would be (and if it would be worth the money) because we’d tried another trainer before. But our two German Shepherd puppies came back very knowledgeable and manageable. Four months later we had a follow-up session at our house regarding some questions we had and other skills we wanted to work on and were given specific instruction on how to practice and build up the dogs’ confidence. Highly recommend!

I HIGHLY recommend Kranenburg kennels. I recently brought my two dogs here for the two week training and the outcome was outstanding. One of our dogs is 10 years old and out of control. We have seen a huge change in him now that we are home. He doesn’t pull on the leash, he doesn’t jump on us and he doesn’t push us out the way to get out the door first anymore. When we arrived everyone was so friendly. Gunnar did our graduation training with us and was outstanding! He is very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us the tools to take home to continue to work with our dogs. They really do care about your pets and I felt comfortable with leaving them in their care. Thanks again for the outstanding training!

I did an initial puppy visit with Pete because my 16 week old puppy at the time was horrible at leash walking and I didn’t want to start training her the wrong way. Within 10 minutes she was a new puppy. I have a wheaten/poodle mix and she is very stubborn. Decided to do a week long training at their location and Hazel is a new dog. She will be a year in May and it has been a game changer with her. I love that she is a family member with them for life, that I get a follow up visit and I can board her there. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been working with KCT for almost a year now. It’s been a journey. My dog and I have worked really hard to tackle severe reactivity and anxiety issues . The dog I have now is not even close to the dog who jumped out of a 5 inch opening of the car window at Chipotle (her first day with me). We did the three week intensive course and My dog has stayed here for kenneling numerous times since then. I’ve received feedback every time she has been kenneled that has helped further improve my relationship with my dog. Their facility is over 2 hrs from me but their prices are unbeatable and I trust them more than anyone with my dog. I have more work to do and consistency will be very important as work gets busy but as long as you put work in, the trainers will help you be a better handler. Seeing progress between you and your pup is one of the best things about having a pet. KCT will get you there

Took our German Shepard here for their two week course. The results were amazing. They took the time to listen to our needs and concerns and we were not disappointed. Now we can take him on walks without being dragged around and feel confident around other people and dogs. Our dog was well cared for and they spent time working with my wife and myself to teach us how to continue working with our dog. They have lots of different training options and their prices can't be beat.

I could write a chapter in a book about how amazing Kranenburg Canine Training Center is! I took our then 5 month old Boxer for two weeks of training in May of 2018. The level of professionalism, their assessment of Charlie, their ability to work and train, determining what he needed was incredible! Pete and Gunnar are the very best! I keep recommending them to my friends and everyone I meet who loves their dog like I love Charlie. Their genuine passion for training and, as importantly, their sincere desire to help build a happy, healthy, loving and safe relationship for owner and his/her dog is unsurpassed by any other training facility! Pete came out to our home yesterday for a follow up visit with Charlie, again assessing his progress which he felt was very good, helping me slightly adjust some of the things I was doing and teaching/showing both Charlie and me how to keep growing and gaining confidence! His passion for his work is contagious. It is truly genuine and I am extremely grateful. Kranenburg is truly a quality place for dog training and guiding/shaping your beloved dog. I trust them completely!

I took my puppy for training yesterday and I am amazed at the immediate results. He is walking along side me like he's been doing this his whole life. I had to lead him to a tree to allow him to mark. My older dogs who did not go to the training however responded very well to the verbal commands. It seems dogs like the word NICE. So I would say this was a very NICE experience with Kranenburg Canine Training Center.

We sent our dog Elsa for the week long training and had an amazing experience. It was night and day with her training—she used to pull and was overall a little too energetic, but we were taught how to properly harness her energy and to focus on her behavior rather than obedience. Pete Kranenburg is AMAZING at what he does. He explains everything so you can understand and continue training on your own. I had a food aggressive, fence running/biting, unruly GSD. Within 20 minutes he pin pointed the issues and showed us how to fix them. It’s been two days and she is a whole new dog. She is more balanced and happier! Because of that, we are able to do more with her and provide her a more fulfilling life! Cannot recommend him ENOUGH!

I sent my dog in for the 2 week program. She was fairly well trained already, but she had developed a lot of anxiety over the years. They helped her to be able to relax in a crate (she had broken several crates and recently broke a tooth on her crate) and greet other dogs in a acceptable manner (she couldn't even be walked on the same road as another dog without lunging or growling at the other dog), as well as worked on her leash manners and general focus training (sit and wait, heel, ect). I am so excited to take her out in public more and to work on training her to do more tricks with the methodology they instilled in her and taught me.

Great place to teach stubborn dogs. And give people a wake up call that it's not always the dog. My wife learned they she was contributing to the same bad behavior she wanted gone.Needless to say the dogs are great the follow on and trainings after have not used but they are there. Getting ready to send the puppy there soon. Highly recommended.

This trainer is amazing. I took my German shepherd puppy to him for board and train. The progress she made in this one week was amazing. she made tremendous progress on some of her negative behaviors and I can now spend time with her without her jumping on me constantly. Thank you. Brought dog in for training for two week session and brought her back home. Aggression displayed to other dog with her attacking him. Pete and Gunner came out two days later for a follow up. Two months later the dogs are still not able to be loose with each other. Pete stands by his name and training and offered to work with them both to correct the problems.

The whole crew at KCTC were consummate professionals. I dropped off both of my dogs with KCTC and picked them up two weeks later. KCTC treated my dogs like they were there own. The training was excellent and the facility is conviently located. I can't say enough good things about the people and training at the KCTC.

These guys are awsome!! My dog went through the 14 day class and is now a completely different dog. He listens to me and no longer acts wild. Best board and training I would recommend to everyone.
