I just absolutely love this place! Pete, the bantam rooster, is oh so adorable and such a fun little dude.The owners are lovely. The staff are always more than helpful and so polite.This is my favorite spot to get my groceries, animal supplies, plant supplies, and plants.I highly recommend going!

I absolutely love this place & the feed store attached to it. Everyone is so welcoming & kind! It's definitely always clean as well! The feed side does seasonal things like spring they sell chickens, winter the sell trees and wreaths. They always make sure you have the information you need, and definitely go out of their way to help. The food market has good homemade meat products as well as other meat products. They have candy hy the pound to!! Cool right ? You can find sole neat finds in there like a different variety of beer. They also sell local veggies! Definitely a place go stop in to!

Very fresh, yes, home and old timetable displayed fresh food market. I stop by to get Bucks of Raeford Honey and some special small raw peanuts 🥜 I like. Sometimes, I get other items as well. Great place to buy many of your groceries fresh and not founded elsewhere items.

Was actually at the Main Street Grill. The best chicken rice I have had in a while. Wonderful burgers. But I like the home food market also. The best vegetables in season.

Clean and organized. The fruits/ vegetables always look and feel just picked fresh. The only place I see with fresh catch (fish) packed on ice. I'm very happy about a butcher on the premises. The cut bacon is rationale and one of my favorite along with the fish egg rolls.

I went to the grocery section and they have huge and beautiful tomatoes. We're delicious made tomato sandwich. The strawberry were fresh and plump, I bought a whole flat to freeze. I made a strawberry shortcake that was sinful, best strawberry around

You just don't find these little diamonds anymore. Great feel to the place. Great service. Ladies were very friendly. Good old southern hospitality. Lots to choose from and lots to look at. Good job citizens of Raeford, NC to keep a little place like this thriving.

This store is fantastic. Great selection of local produce, fish, and meats. The guys in the feed store are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the grill makes the best breakfast sandwiches around.

Absolutely love home food and the hometown feel that you don’t receive at these big chain stores. Their fruits, vegetables, and everything are so much fresher and better. They are surely a necessity for our hometown feel in our beautiful downtown RAEFORD. Thank you guys for your willingness to help pick great products and even offer a hand to take items to the car if need be. Certainly nothing like that homey feel.

This is one of my favorite spots to go in Raeford! The workers are incredibly friendly, and I love their meat selection. If they don’t have what you want out front, the butcher will see what he can do!

I previously have loved the store and the employees have always been polite and cheerful. Unfortunately, they recently allowed a backyard breeder to sell their puppies there. This particular breeder sells at least one litter a year, judging by Facebook posts. They're selling puppies (not responsibly, no hip x-rays of parents, etc.) for $500 while our shelter is overwhelmed with puppies. I would have called to discuss, but another concerned citizen called and the owner told her that she was wasting his time and he does more for animals than anyone. I'll just leave this review and take the hundreds that I spend there every month somewhere else. I really wish this community would stop supporting backyard breeders.

The Home Food Market IS downtown. To go downtown Raeford and not stop in, have lunch at the Main St Grill on the corner and take in all that is Raeford is to miss out on the simple, the beautiful and the “home” feeling that is Raeford. You are greeted as soon as you walk in, no matter what side you enter from. There is the feed store side, the market side, the garden / outdoor side and the back entrance all the old timers and locals use. I’ve never had a bad experience shopping there, and always get assistance loading and moving my feed out to the car. The “you’re family” feeling when you go, browse and shop there is unparalleled with any other place you might visit. They have something for everyone, and always with a smile.Their additional services that are offered there are amazing, and the chance to network and connect with other locals looking to share or gain knowledge is unlike any other. Stop in and say hi. You’ll get more than you bargained for, in a good way. And you’ll make it a point to come back. Even just to say hi to Re-Pete!!

Very friendly and they always have everything I need or they can order it. They will actually load everything for you. Very reasonable prices. The friendliest and most helpful business in town. You can't go wrong shopping here.

I love the meats here! The small butcher shop has some of the best steaks I have ever eaten and I'm from Texas! The staff is uber friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. You can call ahead to make sure they have something before you drive there. Not the widest selection but what they do have is QUALITY! Great job y'all and thanks!

I love this store they have the best meats and vegetables. I moved here 4 years ago from NJ. Walked into the store and has been going every since. Im always there on Wednesdays for the fresh fish. You cant go wrong. And everyone is so very nice. If your not shopping here some is wrong. And they have the best price on Dog food i use to order online not anymore .just stop bye one day you wont be disappointed....

We make the 35 minute drive to visit Home Foods all the time. They have hands down the best meat and butcher shop that I have ever visited. They are always friendly and make you feel like you are the only person in the store!
