The best meat prices in town! I go here for fresh meat that can be cut to order if it's an IGA product. I also get some of the best customer service around.😊I bridge the Boomer/Gen X gap. Most of the cashiers appear to be part of the generation that's considered "entitled and don't want to work" by many. How untrue here!! They're pleasant, helpful, over to carry my bags when they don't fit on my rollator, and greet me with big smiles when I first come in. They even forgive me when I say, "I apologize if I look/sound grumpy. I'm having a bad day."If you want quality meat with even greater quality people, shop here!

10/18/23- 12:00-12:40pm- Came here on my lunch break- went to the bakery, all I wanted was a bologna sandwhich, The older woman with glasses claimed she had to get her line down, after already allowing 10 people to go ahead of me, still ended up waiting, allowing 10 more people to go ahead of me, no acknowledgement or mention of my food- even the customers wondered what was taking so long…. Ended up wasting a break and going back to work with no food. The store in RAEFORD, NC

Some of the meats looked brown and I've seen this at 3 of their locations. Some of the vegetables are also molded, doesn't look fresh. Lunch meat which is packaged you can find fòods that other stores don't carry.Just pay attention to what you're buying from them make sure the food is good.

I recently visited the fresh food Iga in Raeford. The deli was closed bt left over chicken was made into place for carry out. The staff put out chicken for consumption that actually was molded. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I reported the food to the assistant manager and he did not remove the food from the shelf. His comment was absolutely appalling, which was, I’m the assistant manager”. I will never purchase anything from that store again. This is unacceptable business for the consumers in Raeford.

Now let's talk about the fact that they sell my favorite drink that I couldn't find anywhere except NYC where I am from so thank you 😁 and I believe they have some of the best fried chicken around point blank period! People are allowed to enter without face covering. These people often don't use social distancing and enter the exit door. I observed several staff working without face covering. One employee was asked by my friend "where is your mask"? His remarks was "I don't have one." The prices and food quality are good. I'm not happy with places that don't require staff to cover their face.

"Fresh foods?" No. I wanted to like this place, but was sorely disappointed. The selection is very, very basic, prices higher or same price as Food Lion, and food like the generic cheese is previously frozen and improperly packaged. Ground beef went bad in 2 days, almost all potatoes were green. Do not recommend

I shopped @ IGA for the first time since the name changed. The meat looked really good, the store was clean and the cashier was very respectful and the bagger Anthony was a respectful funny lil' character. Anthony was helpful and he knew exactly where the item was I was searching for. Keep it up young Men👍

The produce section is expensive. Customer service is great.Low turnover of staff which means I get to see the same friendly faces rather than new ones every time.

god forbid you leave your phone behind. cashier will lie to your face and tell you she hasn’t seen it. only got it back since my husband was able to locate it on his phone and could hear it behind her register. still had the nerve to act dumb like she didn’t know what he was talking about when he told her to give him the phone.

If you want a great spot for southern food, these guys nail it. Different foods for everyday of the week. For example fried chicken is everyday, fried porkchops on wednesdays, and fish plates on fridays. Open seven days a week. Store is always quiet and cashiers friendly and courteous. Great deals in meat market, with IGA deals everywhere.
