Dee was great in helping us pick out a quality LVP flooring for our new place at the beach. She made sure she had everything needed for our living, dining and hallway area. Dee and her team at Floors to Go in Raeford has been my go to for all my flooring needs for about 9 years now. Great products offered at good prices. Recently bought a new home and jumped on renovating it immediately. After completing the upstairs flooring I decided to have Dee and her team do the downstairs do to time constraints. Highly impressed with the talent and quality of the job that was done and it only took crew 2.5 days. That included demo of old wood floors of the slab and surface prep. Good price and no regrets paying for that downstairs job and they did an excellent job. Dee and her team came through for me as they always have. Highly recommend!

We had a very great experience with Ms. Dee and her staff at Floors To Go. She immediately came out to measure soon as I called about our flooring needs. This was for my mom that is home bound and has a walker that was having difficulty with carpet. Ms.Dee even made another trip to take samples for my mom to look at! We agreed on a very affordable price to go from carpet to wood flooring. Items were ordered and installed within a week. The installers were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. When you need new floors done right for a good price, contact Floors to Go! I was able to get an estimate the day I contacted them and had new floors only a few days later! The floors look great! I just had our carpet done on our stairs and if I could rate this higher that 5 stars I absolutely would!! Eddy and his crew blew this out of the water for us. We wanted our home to feel more cozy and this beautiful carpet has done just that for us! I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their home. If you are someone looking to get your floors done but feel overwhelmed by all the choices and products to choose from… go see floors to go and talk to Kay. My husband and I saved to have our house done for about 7 years. We wanted to have the floors done right and to last for a very long time. We went to many places and didn’t feel valued. At first I was hesitant to go here because from the outside it looked like maybe it was going to be an warehouse. Much to my surprise when I opened the door, I was instantly greeted by Kay and saw that it was a showroom. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had. She scheduled me for measuring that day and actually had an opening to measure that very same day. We chose Luxury Vinyl Planks by Mohawk in the color fossil gray to match our furniture and beach theme throughout the house. The install took two days and the guys did an amazing job. We were able to have brand new flooring done right before Thanksgiving. It was such a treat and my husband and I are so thankful for Kay and the team at Floors to go.Their small business etiquette and prices beat every other business we were considering. Do yourself a favor and just call them or go visit Kay, she will surely help you find your perfect floor and work with your budget.

I had my floors done from carpet to hardwood. They did a great job. The reason why I give a one star is their customer service for getting back to me to schedule some more work. Months ago someone was supposed to get back to me. I even went to the store to set up and appointment to get my stairs done and no one has called to set up an appointment. This is very disappointing. Saying no we can't help you is better then leading a customer on.

If I could give more than 5 stars - I would!!! From start to finish, the whole process was painless, fast and reliable! The exceptional service we got from Floors to Go began with the wide selection of flooring options; we ultimately chose luxury vinyl plank flooring. The customer service was bar none.From removing the old carpet, laying the new luxury vinyl plank flooring, and cleaning up, the installers were exceptional. They worked intently all day long and finished the job one day which was sooner than scheduled. They barely stopped for lunch. They were so considerate and careful and left the house so impeccable.What a superior and quality service! Dee and the entire install staff at Floors To Go did an amazing job from start to finish.We were referred Dee by a painter and she did not disappoint. We have two children and dog, I asked Dee to recommend floors based on that. I wanted light colored floors and I needed to replace the carpet upstairs. I also mentioned I wanted both to be easy to maintain and matched my walls!She assisted me by recommending what worked best for our budget and my specifications.The team that came to do the install were professional and fast. They even finished earlier than originally planned.The only issue I had is the number of cut they left on my baseboards.Thank you so much!

I waited a long time to decide if I should leave a review but I am fed up. I spent nearly 7K to have luxury vinyl installed in one bedroom and the hall and carpet everywhere else. The subcontractors they used were terrible, and have had to come out 4 times to fix the transitions which keep falling off. Once again, I'm waiting to have them fixed but the communication is terrible. Kina was the only good employee and I don't know of she still works there but the other employees don't respond to emails or calls in a timely manner. They say they'll call you back and don't. They hurriedly do the job and move on. While the materials are great, the installation is shoddy work. So fed up.

Floors To Go is always our go-to when it comes to flooring. Their prices are always better than competing companies, the staff is easy to talk to, and the owner is amazing when we need recommendations on which type of flooring to use. From little bathrooms to large open rooms, they have done great work.
