I have gone 3 times to get the arm hammer laundry detergent that for the grand opening.They were out then. Go today and the store was a mess 3 racks of items to be put away. Needed a cart and they were full of 12 packs of soda because a business was purchasing them all. I was told by the person that they were all theirs, i just left. If you advertised a sale have the item in stock. Lost my business!

I have to use an assistive walking device (rolling walker.) I went in to purchase laundry detergent. Imagine my frustration when all the aisles to the back of the store looked like these pictures. The least cluttered one had trash scattered, creating a slip hazard. I don't think someone in a wheelchair could have even gotten back there.The worst part? These photos were taken on 11 December. I mentioned the issue to staff that evening and received a brief "sorry about that." Tonight (27 December) it was even worse.I understand that Family Dollar runs the leanest staffing that it can. However, when those staff pull every single gondola to the floor in an effort to stock, they create SAFETY HAZARDS.The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff here really do try to be pleasant. They just keep an extremely sloppy store....like most of the locations in the area.Family Dollar, loosen the purse strings a bit and give your folks a chance to be successful. Allocate them enough hours to be able to hire a couple more part-timers to help stock on truck days! Thank you.

Best friend worked at a family dollar like this. Is a nice job. But you only get to work 2 to three days a week and only get paid $100.00 dollars for every two weeks. Not worth working as a cashier and not getting paid enough there as a job.

I went to family dollar n raeford nc on fayetteville rd. I will never go there again. That lady at the register was loud as h___. U hear her talking about the morning people. How they don't do there job. Putting thing n wrong places. We had some items mark down she act like we change the price. It scanning this so it not on sales,people mark thing down all the time. What I had was not expensive. Just two cheap plug in. 1.65 on sale. The only person working was a little white boy and the other man standing outside talking back and forth n the store. Who that lady is she needs training on how to talk and how to act in front of customers. If I had time I would write alot more about her loud mouth. Never going there againThank God we have another family dollar on main street. Don't put her there

Family Dollar is a good place to pick up some items not found other places. I found all I needed. Would recommend it to anyone. Will go back.

The manager was very friendly and helpful however this store did NOT have the products I went in there. Staff 100 quality product 65....hopefully the selection of products can increase. 🤷🏿‍♀️

Went there and Christina the actual manager over charged me by scanning some stuff twice and had I not checked my receipt I would've never knew. When I took it back she didn't acknowledge her mistake nor was she apologetic. Just plain rude.

The manager is very unfriendly and the store is ALWAYS nasty. The windows are uninviting to customers, due to items that have fallen off of shelves in front of the windows onto the floor.I was in Family Dollar today ( August 25, 2020 ) at approximately 2:22 and I don’t intend to return
