The Clover Valley chocolate chip cookies tasted MUCH better and MUCH fresher that the major named brand chocolate chip cookie. I ate the whole bag in two days.They bakery workers should be commended!

Out of all the dollar generals this happens to be the worse one placed by my house! Never enough stock, stock always in aisles, lines always move slow. They have been closing at 7:30pm lately for no obvious reason. Store still a mess. Have to do better Dollar General!

Clean and organized. Cashier was casual but not outgoing. No friendly smiles nor greeted with a hello. Appeared very busy and I didn't see anyone else there at the store to help out.

Great store. I stop here often on my way home from work to pick up what we need. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean and stocked. They have a nice selection of seasonal items throughout the year.

Very disappointed when entering the store this morning wasn't acknowledged by neither staffers, I get it was early but when your in customer service you have to push thru that and speak to your customers. I've managed a retail store and you never know the impact you might have on a person's day and always have the goal of making people repeat customers I shop this location very often but often feel like they're just there for a check and are not motivated to go beyond being the best from the orther locations. Maybe it's not a company goal and they're ok with you come or you don't, was just sadden when I left heading to work because it's not that hard. On top of that a previous customer bought one of the staffers a cup of coffee she said I know how it is so hopefully after that she gave better customer service she asked her to pay it forward...so I hope she did. Let's be and do better guys your in a great location and I'm excited you in this area.

Love my dollar general but will not go in. Sat in parking lot at 1pm and saw 9 customers go in without masks after mandated by Govenor. No social distancing and long lines to boot.

I've been to this place twice because of its convenience to my home. These associates and even the manager is rude!!!! Very unhelpful. When you ask a question, they make it seem like you are wrong. I will choose to go further up the road just to ensure I get good customer service!!

It's the closest to me but dont go in thinking "oh I'll just grab one thing and be right out" this has got to be one of the worst as far as the line goes. It's a normal occurence to be in line for 15 minutes before you're close to checking out. It never fails they seem to only ever have 2 employees and one rings the other is "supposedly" unloading the truck but an excuse is an excuse and if you have 20 ppl in line at what point does another employee need to be called in to help?? In the last 30dsys I've had 3 incidents of this extended waiting as if its supposed to be the norm

They never turn the Wi-Fi on what the point in having the DG app to scan our stuff if they keep the Wi-Fi off in the store? It's not like we can use the Wi-Fi for anything other than the app because we can't. And I don't think they are suppose to have its off anyway

Couldn't walk down the isles too many carts. No on one floor unpacking. This is a common at this store. The inside is nasty, dirty and your pushing delivery racks around to get to what you want.

The store is poorly stocked. The shelves are bare. And there's a smell in there now that smells like sewage. This used to be my favorite store but not anymore

Worst Dollar General I have ever been, unorganized and cluttered. Today I couldn't tell if I was in store or a night club they had the music so loud.

Giving this a four because the staff is always acting like they are grouchy or aren't interested in helping the customers. I miss the old staff here. They were always super nice.

Had a Verizon wireless phone that if you purchase the phone of $65 the $40 month plan you got the phone for $29 yet when I checked out it wanted to charge me $65 for the phone $40 For the plan $95 all I said that is false advertisement in somebody needs to get that fixed technically she should have had to sell the phone to me for 69 card and phone but she said she couldn't do it That's false advertisement I'm very disappointed in my Dollar General store

Store manager very rude... Refused to double bag for 2 liter bottles. Stuff all in the aisles. Watched store manager run one person out of lot for asking for change but allow another to stay.

This store really needs to be cleaned up... Safety hazards every where a long with cases of freight just setting on the floor in many aisles... Then you have to find a cashier to ring your merchandise up... Poor customer service...
