We were brand new patients and came in within the closing hour after trying to get my daughters prescription filled at Walmart with no luck (on her birthday non the less 😭) . They were very accommodating and tried their hardest to get it done before closing, we just happened to get lucky that it was finished before they had to close. Shout out to the woman, I believe her name was Christine! She was amazing and very kind. I appreciate the dedication, we will be returning patients!

Great service while they were absolutely slammed. Unfortunately there were only 2 pharmacists working so despite working their tales off the phone calls were backing up. (The phone announces it) Those 2 ladies were running as fast as possible and had 3 people for vaccines. Super nice service the whole time I was there and witnessed several friendly interactions.

The white lady behind the counter seems rude and probably a racist. she looked at me with a dumb founded look when I asked her a question and didn’t seem to want to help me but soon as a white person walked in she was quick to help them and was nice to them and very talkative. It’s a shame people are still being treated this way just because of the way they look. I don’t use this pharmacy only reason I went is because of the COVID vaccine. Her customer service attitude sucks and she shouldn’t even be working there with that attitude. So no i would not recommend this place. There are plenty other pharmacies that will actually treat you with respect.

Was 2 minutes late for an interview due to being in a wreck a couple weeks prior and not having a ride. Finally got a ride, got caught in good old raeford traffic. When I walked in I talked to a guy who brought me the hiring manager. He then told me I was late and turned me away. His only words were “interview?” and “you’re late”. Wish I would’ve read some of these reviews before applying. Will not be going there for any reason, might as well go to food lion next door for literally anything.

I have had nothing short of perfect customer service. Miss WENDY in the pharmacy has been so helpful and professional. I am grateful and moved by her dedication to truly help myself and other customers. I couldn't say the last time I have received this level of care and compassion from the pharmacy. I would recommend this CVS pharmacy over any other. Miss Wendy should receive recognition for the exceptional service she provides. I will make this my first choice in pharmacy.

So for some reason they have a problem giving me the right inhaler which my insurance covers. I even told them i have a bad reaction with it! Dont you know they still tried to give me the wrong inhaler? which i know is on file an i seen my dr. When the prescription was called in. My doctor knows so why would she switch it up?! They blame them every time.

Every time i come into the raeford cvs I always feel unwelcome. Today I asked the gentleman at the register if they carried at home covid test and he looked at me and did not respond. I then proceeded to ask him if Walgreens or any other cvs would maybe Cary them, he then threw up us hands with no response as if he could care less. I will not be back and they should definitely do some rehiring.

Male cashier working at 12:40 Wednesday 6/20/22 was extremenly rude to me and the customer that checked out before me. No smile. Very "you are bothering me" attitude. As a travel passing through...he sure gave this little town a bad representation.

Sad. I hope that if you need your medicine that you can get there before the early hours of closing. They close at six now on a Sunday? They close at 8 PM every weekday. The customer service: some are 5 star and sometimes it’s 1 star. There is one lady in there that is extremely rude. Idk her name but the way she spoke down to a man I know was jaw-dropping. The hours are terrible now. The customer service is hit or miss. I don’t like the direction that this place is going I’ll probably go somewhere else.

The only reason I'm giving them a 5 star was for a yoing lady working the register Round 4:30pm yesterday March the 12th. She said she was Fairley and came out to help me find a few things. I wish I had looked at her name tag. Super nice and you could tell she was raised by some good parents. 👍

If I could give a zero I would. Was on hold for over 20minutes still no one answered. Called to inform pharmacy that I received a call for a refill that I did not have. Someone had rx filled under my account bc I have a very common name. This is why I do not go to Raeford cvs. I will drive all the way to another cvs before I go here because they are incompetent. Finally someone got someone from the store part to answer the phone on my third attempt and all he could say was I can transfer you to the pharmacy. 😤

Outstanding customer service. The pharmacy staff have went above and beyond to make sure I have what I need on more than one occasion. Always friendly and gueinly concerned. This is the best cvs I have ever used and will never use another pharmacy

They don't take Synchrony Care Credit. That's a shame! Walgreens does. So I'll be going all the way to Fayetteville just to buy what I need. With care credit, you can buy almost anything in a pharmacy. And look at they're dirty bathroom!

They are unhelpful and dont care. I have been sent on a run around chase for my medications and they just give me a 1800 number to call. Not to mention the store is disgusting.

CVS on cole Ave.worst drug store ever..there is a worker in there name Ashley..very nasty attitude..she does not have any professional courtesy i will from this point on be getting my meds at another pharmacy...i cant believe CVS hired a woman like this to work for them...not only did she accuses me of having a attitude..but hung the phone up on me while i was await to speak to a pharmacist.....she said theres a problem with your meds..i then asked what could the problem be....if me asking this was a hard questions for her to answer.then she need a new job...

Calling is pointless during anytime of the day. It seems like the staff is told to NOT answer the phone. I have tried contacting them three separate times and each time the phone rang for more than 10 minutes before I gave up.
