I love coming to this circle K! They have great gas prices, amazing snack selection, their circle K brand chips are so good! The fountain machine is always fresh! I love being able to get gas and a super cheap but fresh drink when I stop in. Staff is always friendly, Definitely recommend this one!

I don’t know who the cashier is in this place but one she was rude to guy that was in line in front of my husband and she don’t know her sales. If a sale is still up you should honor it or either take it down so customers don’t think the sale is still going on

This gas station regularly has issues with pump side card readers not working - from cards not being able to be inserted (broken reader) to pumps reading "Card swipe not allowed at this time". It's problematic enough that I no longer stop at this Circle K and will go elsewhere. Works fine at other Circle K stations. Staff do not open additional registers when lines are very long (9+ people in line) inside. I'm done with it!

Extremely displeased with the costumer service. Store is dirty, understaffed, mismanaged, and the staff that i encountered was incredibly rude. To begin with, finding anything in the unorganized store is difficult. The lines are always long seemingly because even though they have 2 working register's, only 1 is ever being used. Apparently the staff does not understand the difference between an out of state id card and a out of state driver's license. That point became clear when i attempted to purchase tobacco and was refused service or even the opportunity to explain the difference/ the law about the id/driver's license. On my most recent trip. I purchased items at a total of $17.11. When i handed the cashier a twenty dollar bill, she responded with "i aint got no change" This is no way to respond to a patrons problem. Additionally, there was no sign anywhere warning costumer's about the need for exact change so she expected me to forfit 89¢ in change. This is unacceptable . I will not be returning. Please address this issue circle K owner's because many more honest hard working patrons are probably as upset as i am. Thank you

The only thing decent about this place is usually the prices, mostly just the premium deal on Thursdays. But the pumps are absolute junk. Ninety percent of the time they either don't work, won't give receipts, or have no fuel and the station fails to put notices on the pumps indicating so.

Who made up the stupid rule that you have to give the cashier your money first in order to play lottery? The lottery machines do have a cancel button for certain games. If your money and audit for lottery is not matching, check your employees not the customers. Don't patronize this business just a last minute stop and will never use ANY Circle K's.

Bad customer service, she asked for id and said that id have to be from NC, CT ID issue by the state DMV wasn’t good enough. Because my brother is puertorrican she denied ID

People complaining about the ID check need to realize these people have a job to do. How hard is it to have your ID. These people work really hard keeping the store clean, stocked and ready for customers. Rude people coming in and yelling at clerks and i have seen the clerks smile and be respectful. Always stocked and clean. Remember to treat people who do you service with kindness and they will return it.

As soon as I walked all the workers greeted me and made me feel welcomed! The store was super clean it was fully stocked neat and organized as well. What a great experience and I will definitely stop here again whem Im in town.

This place is not very friendly. I was merely standing at the counter asking what products they had on the shelf behind the counter. I told the cashier i was legally blind and deaf. The apperent manager actually pushed me away from the counter and two other employees came at me as well. All because i was asking questions about products they had for sale. I left without being asked, and later made an attwmpt to contact the store owner or manager to discuss the altercation. The first call the employee hund right up on me when i asked for the store number and who was working at the time. The second call attempt another employee answered and right away started screaming at me.This is not how you treat customers, or customers with disabilities. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and the bbb over thia.

Never had a bad experience here. Staff is very polite. Store is always clean. Can be real busy during rush but you can't really pin that on the staff. My only complaint is that they no longer have the 2 Liters for a dollar. Though that is a corporate decision and not the store's fault. I'd rather go here than Shell any day of the week. Prices are alot lower and it's easier to get in and out.

I’d rather give myself a vasectomy with a dull butter knife than go back here. They refuse to mark the broken pump (second time, different pump), talk down to my family inside, and make up rules as to why he can’t be served. Absolutely ignorant all the way around.

I give this store a 50/50. Sometimes they have coffee during busy hours, sometimes they don't. And when they dont, that's when they are over staffed and the manager is counting cigarettes. Never seem to see her come from behind the register to make coffee when people are fussing. Been traveling back and forth to Fayetteville for well over a year and this is and on going thing

I love this circle K. Always has clean and fresh snacks. I'm a drink machine O'haulic and I visit gas station just for fountain drinks, and this one aleays has such fresh and bubbly drinks! I've never had a ride cashier either. A+ spot for snacks and drinks, as well as your gas!

This Kangaroo convenience store is located at the intersection of Cliffdale and Raeford Road. It's right across the street from the Westin center. It's known for having some of the best gas prices on this side of town.
