I'd just like to give a shout out to Jasmine, one of the cashiers that goes above and beyond each time I see her. She makes a point to be friendly and personable with each experience at check out - all while maintaining efficiency without falling behind. I can't get my items onto the conveyor belt fast enough! Please give her the recognition she deserves. Cailee is excellent as well, and I really enjoy her assistance with bagging as it allows for me to keep track of the groceries.The store itself is great! I didn't have a great experience when I first moved here in 2020, but things have definitely improved since then. Very clean and well organized. Produce is fresh.

I've been coming to this store for years. Everyone who works here has been sweet and helpful.The store is clean. There's hardly ever a long wait to checkout.Using the Food Lion To Go option has been really convenient.

Used to be great and I would go here to avoid Walmart but the last time I went it was all self checkout and the time before that it was self checkout or 1 cashier and the line was terribly long. If self checkout is the only option next time (how do you pay with a check?) I'll be leaving my groceries in the cart.

Absolutely embarrassing. Not only did they not honor posted price on products they have the nerve to give my pregnant wife attitude. When I call to clear the whole thing up and ask to speak to the manager Joey . Who I worked for year’s ago and already know is a complete waste of oxygen. They hang up the phone on me twice before I even make it to him . Once I make it to him he has no idea anything has happened in his store offers no resolution at all . Save your money drive the next few miles to Walmart.

This is by far my most favorite Food Lion to shop at. Ut is always well stocked and very clean. Unless it is an unusual circumstance there are always cashiers on hand and the checkout lanes go very quick..🙂

Princeton Food Lion has a very friendly atmosphere. There are plenty of choices from products to choose from. Management is great also. Love the layout of the store. Employees are very helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Store is clean. Didn't give 5 stars because the bathroom stall walls inside are not pleasant. Definitely need to be cleaned.

I like being able to go to a grocery store and talk to the butcher, who is very friendly and helpful, and ask them questions about the meat or have them cut it for me it's just an added feature that I don't find it other places. Their vegetables and displays are nice, their Deli looks very nice their displays are nice. The store is clean and smells pleasant. I looked and looked for oven cleaner and never found any and that's what I really went in for. I do have a problem with employees that are not sure where something is and tell you I think it's on aisle such and such and you end up in a goose chase. Especially if the item is not even stocked.

Good prices and familiar faces. Been coming here 10 years and its always been a nice clean store. I really liked the grand opening and new set up. Fresh produce loooove the bakery. Mrs. Francine makes the best cakes ever!

Nice, clean store, and most associates are efficient and friendly. That said, the store rating could be higher if the entire deli/bakery staff were retrained or replaced, because the ones currently employed here give the worst service of any Food Lion I've ever shopped, period. It's not always been this way, so not sure what's amiss.

Not all Food Lion stores are the same. This store is amazing!! Ever since the renovation, it is clear they decided to make customers a priority- it shows every time I shop there. Every associate is kind, friendly, and helpful. The variety is better than ever- vegan and gluten free items now grace the shelves. The produce is better than Walmart and Harris Teeter. And they unload your groceries onto the belt when it is time to check out. Where else do you get such customer service?? I’m moving and will sorely miss the Princeton Food Lion. You’ve made this transplant feel loved!

I was helped by an employee in the Meat Market that really went above and beyond to help us. Their name was Roy Kennedy and I believe he was a manager. Great experience at this store and I will definitely be back!
