Made a stop here before our trip to Manteo and had such a great experience! We were greeted quickly and assistance was offered. My husband had some questions about the Olukai sandals and the associate was super helpful. I was browsing the Birkenstock selections and Sherry was able to offer fitting suggestions, style recommendations as well as checked stock at another location for me. Wasn't expecting such a great experience buying shoes but was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service we received. The extra touch of a handwritten thank you note that we received via mail from Sherry and her team was the cherry on top. Highly recommend stopping here for your shoe needs!

I can’t remember his name, but the guy working at powells point location last night was awesome! My husband and I stopped in around 4:15, thinking they closed at 6 we took our time trying on almost every style of on clouds. He was very patient with us, and never said a word about closing soon. He attended to our every need. Eventually I was able to pick a pair, we left the store at 5:20. One of the other workers left a little before we did and we didn’t think anything of it until later… I googled the store hours and realized that they close at 5 on Sunday. We felt awful for making him stay past close, we had no idea. But wanted to give him a shout out for his excellent service!

Recently, my wife and I went on vacation to the Outer Banks. We stopped at the sound feet shoe store to look for options and kill time. They had a vast selection of shoes to choose from. My wife and I made several purchases from the Powells Point location. The associates were very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. I couldn't say enough about all the shoes they had to choose from. When we got home from our vacation a week later, we received a Handwritten thank you card from the store. It was a lovely touch and a great example of excellent customer service. Keep up the good work. I appreciate your kindness and your excellent customer service.

I love the personal experience at the soundfeet shoes stores. They have the latest running shoes in many brands including Hokas, Brooks, Asics, etc. And a huge selection at this location. One of the great things about the store is you get to try on your shoes instead of ordering online and hoping they are correct. They also can get shoes from other locations sent to your closest store so you don't have to drive. They typically have sales going on and a clearance section.

Their selection of shoes is awesome. I took my granddaughter in to pick out the shoes she want for Christmas. She's 16 and knew exactly what she wanted. The clerk found us the perfect pair.

I had recently gone into sound feet looking for some vans and I had asked on of the workers to point me in the direction of them , well she had the biggest attitude towards me and she also reaked of Marijuana, she was rude and disrespectful for no reason I believe her name was skyla , I did infact get my shoes and I absolutely love them , just hated the experience of going in to get them. That's why my rating is low

Abbed at Powells Point NC store , wasmy husband's and my Sales Associate and was outstanding. Very, very knowlegeable about the different shoes, sizes, and the fit, manufacturer and how they fit by width. Answered all by questions and genuinely was concerned with whatyou had to say.She is a people person, and appears very motivated to help the customers and she is genuine. She could be an asset in helping to train other employees if company needs that, and if she would be interest in that . I have never purchased two pairs of shoes in my life at the same time, in the same store (at 77 ears of age) , but I did this with her help. Purchase came to about 160 which to me is up there! Thanks again Abby. I would recommend this store and Abbey to all.y

Nice people working here. Huge store. Not a great place for sandals considering it is beach shoe store. I want to addend this. My daughter left one of her favorite stuffed animals in the store. We had no idea where it had been left. The staff at the store went out of their way to reach out to me and get the animal back to me. When that stuffy arrived my daughter was so happy. Love a staff that goes above and beyond! That is what retail should be. Thanks so much!!

Sound Feet store you just missed out on a $110+ sale. I came in and neither employee acknowledged I was in the store another lady came in 10 minutes behind me is immediately acknowledged. She is looking at $20 sandals in the clearance section. I got contact with your employee with blonde hair twice. Not one time did she even say hello or ask me for help.Congratulations ,I hope you're on commission.

Always have been a fan of Soundfeet shoes. My go to shoe store for my entire family. Always have what we want and the rewards program is awesome! UPDATE: I went to the store for back to school shopping and the pictures speak for themselves....sale prices are my favorite thing in the world and Soundfeet has always been the best shoe store to not hesitate to have a sale. I also used my store reward card and received my perk for my 11th pair of shows to discount my total purchase by $40 AND received $55 in coupons for use on September 9th for MORE SHOES, no gimmicks or fine print...just a customer appreciation from a business who truly appreciates their customers. Thanks again to all the helpful staff and for always having the shoe that I am on the search for...and then some...lol

Most shoes are heavy. I like light comfortable shoes. What I found useful is swimming shoes. Also big clearance section. I found very comfortable walking shoes. Great people. Will come back.

they really only had dress shoes & not one single puma brand in the whole store, was a very small selection of skate shoes... also if you don't like employees staring you down the entire time you are trying to shop don't go here.
