I bought nicotine patches, April 16 10am and after 1 minute from purchase i just so that she gave me wrong item (step 3) i needed step 1 and she told me she couldn’t exchange cus Tabasco product not exchangible. !!!! Wasted 60$ !!! So stupid. It was the last time i use Walgreens in my life. And nicotine pouches its not regulated as tobacco product !!! That blonde girl at counter need to go back to school

I normally don’t post things like this, but I’m so disgusted with this pharmacy and how they treat their customers. They’re rude and act like they don’t care about helping you- and they won’t listen to anything you have to say. I’ve been going back and forth with them for a week. And there standing me down my own doctor is wrong about my insurance when my doctor pulled up the situation on the computer and THERE THE ONES THATS WRONG. Had my stuff sent to a different pharmacy. They did my dad the same way. Hope things get better for them. Because the rate they’re going it’s not looking good.

I’ve never been able to easily get my medicine at Walgreens. I’ll get the call that things are ready but when I go to pick it up they have to order it, or don’t have the prescription for it. One of my medicines is paid for with a card from that specific company, and the employees never seem to be able to figure out how to run my payment. It’s just always a hassle, I’m disgusted with this pharmacy.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life..I call in my prescriptions and have to Wait weeks to get them.Both my parents are terminally ill..And they also have to wait days if not week..The staff there are very rude and Disrespectful.. I really think the company needs to look into the Plymouth North Carolina location. employees Should be re-evaluated.. Walgreens wants their company to be handled Like this???????

The pharmacy department employees were very accommodating when I brought my Mom and I in for our Shingles vaccine. We had a little paper work; we were seated in a private location behind a screen; and we were out of Walgreen's and headed home under a half hour later!

I called in a prescription around 8A.M. Answer service said it would be ready and they will begin working on it very soon. Go to Walgreens in Plymouth,NC about 3PM no prescription. Told me I can't get it yet. I drove from out of town ( very rural area) yet I wasn't called nor informed about anything. Until I showed up. What customer service? They don't believe in it. I will try to find an independent pharmacy who cares about people

Every time Mya is working she has the WORST ATTITUDE in pharmacy there is. I have changed all my prescriptions to Walmart due to the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in pharmacy. The wait time is awful and Mya holds full non related conversations with a specific group of people and treats the other group as if they don't exist. I have personally witnessed this behavior several times when Mya is working.

The pharmacist that usually works here, Dr. Johnson, is amazing! Every time I’ve had to have a prescription filled, she explains the medicine thoroughly and answers every question I have. Very educated and respectable employee!

They pharmacy sucks I went in to get my 2yr olds meds something was wrong with her insurance so they told me I could pay for the meds out of pocket an be reimburse wen her insurance was fixed I wasn't told that it was going to take 6 to 7 weeks to get my money bk until I went bk to do so then I finally received my check only for it to be in my 2yr olds name an when I called ab that I was told from corporate that if my bank or check cashing place wnt cash it I would hv to send it bk with a copy of her birth certificate so as of today I am no longer using their pharmacy bc if I would hv know that they would have never got my money from the beginning the other pharmacy in Plymouth nc is better anyway
