My personal experience was nothing to brag about, the prices are a lil on the high side no real deals. A lot of name band items and personal name items but the bottle of water fizz up like they are going to burst. Definitely WILL NOT buy the Food Lion brand water anymore. Customer Service is always met with tired faces as if you are bothering them. Never can find help when need it. But they are like the only super market in the city that has the named items your looking for.

Terrible hygiene at this location. Sticky surfaces and nasty floors. We had to use their bathroom and I would have rather not if I had a choice. Water all over the floor - leaking from who knows where. Horrible smell. Dirty toilets. I also saw black little worms on the floor squirming around. They need to repair the bathroom along with the hygiene. Holes in the floors. This place is a health hazard

Rude customer service. Ever since they got self checkout, their cashiers don’t want to ring you up. They literally ignored you and rolled eyes when you go to their counter. Also I guess they stopped helping people to load their groceries. I’m 7 months pregnant and today just brought 3 gals of milk, and 7 gals of water and some sodas their staff after rang me up just looked at me then played with his little fingers walked away.

They changed around most items in a store I've shopping in for 30 years..Then changed to self check out..which can be confusing and time consuming..and how many people lost their job for this inconvenience!! Changing times at Food Lion made me change stores!!!

They need a new phone system. I call and get the recording saying all associates are busy helping other customers but when I go inside they say the phone never rang. I sat for 25 minutes waiting for "Food Lion to Go".

Quick stop in. I found what I wanted and was able to quickly get back on the road.Clean store.I went through self checkout because I was in a hurry, and although I said hi to the lady "watching" the self-check, no one said hello to me. That was the only downside.

Clean store front; clean and well maintained interior. The employees have all been pleasant and helpful if asked. They will leave you to your own devices if you don't ask a question though. The freezer section seems to be in working order

Stopped by around 4:30 pm to pick up some items for dinner. The store was clean and well-organized, and I quickly found what I was looking for. The check out line had only 1person ahead of me so I finished happily.

I like the place. It a great place to shop. Food Lion has a lot of products other grocers in our area don't carry. So when I need a hard to get item, I always try the Lion first. With your earned rewards prices aren't bad either. I also love their store brands.

Most days I find everything I need. The past three times I’ve been in to get roasted chicken there have been none. I felt like the people in the deli didn’t care.

This Food Lion location is one of my favorites! They are incredibly friendly, and will go out of their way to help you locate something you need. Their deli section is nicer than other stores I've been to in the area. They offer a section of ready made food that you can grab in a hurry. Their restrooms are clean, and the store layout is perfect!

Store cleanliness is great, but it's a little bit pricey. Big pack of chicken, I can buy at Walmart for $10.00 To $11.00 . Your packs are for $15.00 to $16.00. I'm sorry but have to buy my meats at Walmart. Everything else is OK on prices. Thank you

I shop here every week with my family the one thing I can say about food lion in Plymouth is they must have a special process to select the nicest, most people friendly people you'll ever meet. I could probably say that I've even became friends with many of the staff and it even makes me look forward to going back to see my other family as I like to call them. Lol

I worked here before and they fired me for doing my job I suggest no one works here I would give it a 0/10 only people that I know who work there are good I suggest no one go there and the managers are rude they say they are nice until you meet them and work with them you can see there evil side a lot better sincerely old food lion worker

Way better atmosphere in Plymouth than my local Food lion in Washington definitely well worth the drive to shop and feel welcomed it wasn't political stuff eyes rolling of employees everyone was nice store was clean will do my weekly shopping here it's worth the gas

the mgr has a problem at 3pm 05/02/2019 he likes to pick on and harass somebody with disabilities accuse them of doing something they did not do. told me im trying to sell stuff in his parking lot or something. i dont have a thing to sell. making up any lie to harass somebody. until the point they get mad and leave there cart full of food in the store. he should be ashamed of himself for acting this way. if this is something food lion allows to happen they dont need my business.
