I don’t recommend this pharmacy. They will substitute things for the generic brands when there is a specific prescription. The doctor wrote a prescription for a specific thing that was needed. When we go to pick it up they gave the generic brand (not what was prescribed). What was given then caused health issues. When trying to go back and get what was actually prescribed, they charged us to get what we actually were prescribed in the first place even though it wasn’t our fault and pleasant garden is the one who messed it up. Not professional at all.

I have used this pharmacy for 25+ years. The pharmacists that I have dealt with over the years, especially Michael and Charlie, have gone above and beyond making sure the prescriptions that my family needs are either in stock or ordered in a quick time frame.The store is always clean and well-stocked.Any questions that we may have regarding new prescriptions are always answered.This store also carries a good assortment of pet food and supplies, year-round home decor, candles,gifts, and seasonal decor.If you and your family are new to the area and are in need of a caring and knowledgeable drug store, I highly recommend Pleasant Garden Drug.

I've been coming here for years they treat everyone like family. They are always ready to help you find whatever you need and if they don't have they try to order it right away... I love the smaller Pharmacys much better than the Chains to them your just some else in line but here they know you...

The convenience is great the pricing is wonderful most of the staff are great. There are a few who don't like to smile or give a welcoming feeling when you go in the store I try not to deal with them. They can get medications as early as the next day if they do not have of them. They have a great gift section in the store is very neat and clean.
