This store back when it first opened was always kept extremely clean and organized. The floors were swept and mopped nightly. They also had the floors waxed every other month overnight too.Now, the floors are filthy, stuff is very unorganized and the staff really doesn't have much work ethic. The guy with gray hair is either outside taking a smoke break, looking at his phone or chatting with staff. I have been there multiple times and he is doing one of those three things listed above. Little to no-work ethic.That store has really gone to the dogs.

The first thing you see as you walk into the store are associates out smoking and talking right by the door. The smell of smoke takes over the whole store as the wind blows. You are also greeted with boxes piled up on every aisle in rolling carts. I tried coming at different times and rolling carts are always blocking the aisles not matter weather you are an early bird or night owl. It seems like the store needs some tidying and organizing because you can find seasonal items with bathroom items and candy all mixed in. Hopefully management will step up and do some redirecting.

I went in this store and I noticed a display of pure leaf tea for 2.50 a bottle so when it ranged up the price was different so I showed her (the cashier)the display which was full and she refused to sell it to me at that price and had a nasty attitude. I later called back and asked to speak to the mgr and she informed me that she was the assistant manager and that she would tell me the same thing and hung up on me. That ring in her nose must have been too tight that day because her customer service was point zero

Always love going here. In fact a little too much, I spend way too much money here. All the staff Is friendly, the store always has some awesome stuff on sale, they even have a refrigerated section with the quick stuff like milk and ice cream, butter and so on. Very decent size store and they always have seasonal stuff which is my favorite isle. I had an issue one time with an item and was able to return for another one no problem!

Can't say that I have had the best experience at some locations, but this Dollar General in Climax NC is always a pleasure to go to. The entire staff are so friendly and acomidating! Excellent team!

The staff are fantastic and super helpful. I visit all of the different dollar generals in Greensboro because I'm big on using coupons and scooping up good deals. I utilize the dg app and dg go app (are you all planning to get a Dr go kiosk?). The only reason I say 4 stars is because I feel that the stock is usually low. Or it's like they just got in an order and merchandise is overflowing in the isles and I can't find what I need bc stackes of boxes are blocking everything. Its probably not the employees fault that merchandise has to sit there. I think they are just under-staffed.

Everybody in the store is very helpful and very polite and very nice. They make you feel welcome they know where all items are when you need help. The management goes above and beyond to help you. And the store is very clean and neat.

Very cluttered isles in some areas and the staff is SO slow! Doesn't matter when you go in there! And some items are more expensive than Walmart.

I usually visit the Dollar General on Pleasant Garden Road in Pleasant Garden. They have a lot of items to choose from and the $1.00 isle also has a lot of items. Their prices are comparable and the staff is friendly.

Neaver have the product inthe stores prices too high for their product... Same pricees more quality for your money at other stores at versus Dollar General with less quality for the same amount of price you pay at their store and products are never there that they sell cuz they never ordered enough Amanda of the public

Employee's are not exactly friendly. Anytime U have walked through those doors I have never once been greeted with a smile, then when I check out they act like I am a inconvenience. I have finally stopped going to this store.
