I wanted to send flowers to my daughter-in-law in Chapel Hill, once she was home from the hospital after giving birth to my new granddaughter recently.I came across Blossom Floral Artistry in Pittsboro after searching for a florist near their home. I am so happy I did!After looking at Blossom's website, I called to discuss a particular flower arrangement that I was interested in. Unfortunately, though, I was informed that one of the flowers in the arrangement was not in stock, but they could substitute something else and the arrangement would be just as nice. They weren't kidding!Here is a photo of the arrangement! As you can see, it was truly beautiful, and my daughter-in-law loved them!Thanks to the wonderful staff at Blossom! You are now my "Go-To" florist when ordering flowers for all of my loved ones in Chapel Hill!

The cornucopia basket my sister sent me Thanksgiving was lovely!! I love to stop by and visit them and get a bouquet for someone under the weather.And! Recycling! If you take your empty vase back to them they will give you a blossom!

The customer service was very nice and helpful in trying to work out my issue. The fact that my order was not able to be delivered the day of my request is unacceptable. The last minute notification stating my order could not be fulfilled totally ruined my plans. Even though I will no longer look to this company for service, hopefully they will honor the request of future customers.

Julie and her team are wonderful to work with. I think I had three meetings with Julie leading up to thewedding and sent her my Pinterest board and she nailed the exact look I wanted for my wedding. I hadzero worries working with her prior to the wedding day and everything turned out so incrediblybeautiful and romantic for the wedding. Julie is so kind, so talented and so helpful. Not only did sheprovide amazing florals and greenery, but she also helped me to figure out my tent setup and providedthe majority of the decorations that went on all of our tables. The bouquets for all the bridesmaids andmyself were perfect. She made a gorgeous garland of greenery and flowers to go above the fireplacewhere we had our ceremony. The first time I saw all the floral and greenery setup in the tent was whenwe walked into our reception, and it was even more than I expected. It is clear Julie’s priority is to notjust ensure you get exactly what you want, but to go above and beyond.

Mother of the groom here. Blossom Artistry went above and beyond for James & Julie's wedding. Every thing was beautiful and unique. They did a miraculous job transforming our beach house garage for the reception. Even creating a chandelier! The wedding flowers and large cross were perfect for the beach wedding ceremony and looked so fresh and creatively made. I would HIGHLY recommended Blossom Artistry for any floral needs. I just wish I didn't live in the other side of the country! It's hard to find a florist and her team who takes such pride and perfection in their work like the Blossom Artistry team did! Blossom never disappoints!Stopped in Blossom Floral Artistry recently to get a Birthday Bouquet for my wife. I told Julie about my wife's likes and dislikes and left it to her to come up with the choices of flowers and greenery The bouquet was delivered a few hours later. My wife was bowled over. She loves it! The bouquet was exquisite. Not only were the flowers beautiful, they were so fresh that now, a week later, they look as beautiful as when they arrived. Its a pleasure to do business with this local treasure !

I would only recommend buying flowers from blossom. Today I found out I got scammed by a flower company and my girlfriend never received the flowers and would be leaving her work office in 10 minutes. IN JUST 5 MINUTES THE OWNER HAND DELIVERED A SIMILAR BOQUET OF FLOWERS TO HER !! Best customer service ever when the screw up wasn’t their fault in the first place! Thanks so much Blossom!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with this vendor. I reached out to Julie in November to be my wedding florist. We scheduled a time to meet and discuss details. When I asked for Julie, I was informed that she was not available because she was with someone else. We spoke soon after and went over the details of the wedding. Julie asked me for a budget. I told her that I was flexible and would like an estimate for what i had in mind. Julie stated that she would like an number to start with and that they work with all budgets and they would send an itemized budget within one week. I hesitantly gave her a number because we were flexible and I wanted to know what the price would be for what I asked for.3 weeks passed and I did not hear anything from her so I sent another email to ask for the budget. No answer. I called a few days later and she stated that they had just gotten busy because of the holidays. Julie assured me that I would l have the itemized price list within the week.2 more weeks passed and I had not heard from her. Luckily I had spoken to other florists in the meantime because the clock was ticking to secure a florist. I decided to just go with someone else, so I informed her that I would be going another route. She, in turn, stated that she never reached out to me because she could not meet my budget. That reeeeallllly upset me because I stated that I was flexible and even if that was the case, I would have liked the courtesy of knowing that sooner. I am not hard to please but I feel like simply keeping in contact about the timeline and keeping your word is not too much to ask. Had I not spoken to other vendors I would be in a really bad position right now. I would not recommend this vendor based off of integrity alone and I will not be contacting her for any other floral needs.

The arrangement itself was very pretty. Unfortunately, the quality of the flowers were pretty disappointing. They were delivered on Tuesday and by Friday 75% of the arrangement was wilted, dying, and petals were falling off. Roses never opened, just browned and died. The only thing that has held up are the greens, one sunflower, and a couple other yellow flowers. I have gotten plenty of grocery store arrangements that have outlived this by far!Edit: I had a good conversation with the owner, and I look forward to giving their products another try in the near future

Past three deliveries I have received in past year from them have been half wilted, dead, horrid color combinations or substitutions. The delivery company FTD and 1-800-Flowers resent replacement arrangements to me. Today for my birthday I received wilted freesia brown with half torn yellow sunflowers and red gerber daisy and a wilted dead purple flower. My best friend paid a lot of money for a beautiful pastel arrangement shown on-line. Very very disappointed.
