This coffee shop has been my go to for a good bit. The atmosphere and employees are just the best. Its chill and everyone is super friendly, and very knowledgable. Their website is super easy to use and I have always gotten exactly what I asked for (this is through at least 100+ trips so its saying something :) ) their location is great right outside of pittsboro proper with plenty of parking. If you are traveling through PBO and you need a cop of coffee this is the place.

This place is hands down the best tasting coffee within a 1000 miles. Fresh beans and freshly ground. The picture shows the coffee being roasted🤤It doesn’t get any better. The only thing I can say is that if you’re a real coffee person… try this place out. You can just smell the roast in the air

The best coffee I’ve ever had. Levit pulled a perfect espresso shot and the pour over was excellent too! The ambiance is industrial and cozy and the staff are very friendly.

I was so excited to check this place out, but the barista was rude. Coffee tasted weird but being in a rush i drank it anyway. Not too long after i had an emergency and needed to find a bathroom ASAP. Well guess what I didnt make it. So next time someone asks for a milk substitute and you space it and give them milk just remember decisions have VERY TERIBLE consequences. Place was pretty dirty too so maybe that played a roll

Could not stop wolfing down the delicious crumb cake, which I had planned to eat at home but am now enjoying in the car. Plenty of ever so tasty crumbs. Curbside service with a smile.

I absolutely love this place. They make some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. It’s their customer service that is top notch though, and is the main reason my husband and I keep coming back. They’re super friendly, and they take the time to learn your name and even your order. Today when I was calling to place my order, they even asked if I wanted pup cups for my doggies since I normally have them in the morning—they make their own whip cream! It means a lot when the staff can remember the small details, it’s never expected but always appreciated. This has become one of our favorite spots in Pittsboro, and it’s a place we always bring friends and family who are visiting from out of town. Thank you for being a place that truly loves and treats people as your guest and not just another transaction!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I'd recently started doing pour-overs at home and was looking for help in choosing coffee. They explained the differences among their single-source beans, let me taste-test them, then ground my favorite (Brazil) specifically for pour-overs. Now I make The Best coffee every morning.

I’ve tried many coffee places in NC and this is my absolute favorite coffee.Love their care for what they roast and how they roast. They ensure each guest gets the best experience and quality coffee. There’s just an absolute difference in the taste of the espresso and coffee that’s unbeatable. Yes, there’s a bit more of a ”wait” after ordering than most coffee places because it’s genuine coffee and fresh. Interior is nice too with wifi! Employees are helpful and super nice. Love going here. Only thing I’d like to see more of is food offerings.

This place is the best coffee shop in Pittsboro right now. I have been getting coffee here for years- regularly for about a year. They have a delicious dirty chai latte, but everything you get here is great, including their baked goods! They have a punch card, and an online ordering system, so if you don’t have a few minutes to wait on your drink you can order ahead. After you get 11 punches you get a free drink. Wonderful staff here, everyone who has ever served me has been incredibly kind and professional! I recommend this place to everyone I know, and i look forward to my mornings where I can get my special drink here!

What a hidden gem! I noticed a coffee shop was at the side of the building but I never stopped in. I finally did and I am not disappointed. The coffee is is perfectly balanced. I had a cold butter toffee latte with oat milk. I also picked up a prepackaged cold brew from their cooler. The cold brew is a white lavender mocha. Can I just say I should have bought 6 more to have one daily!

Really excellent coffee, especially the roasted whole beans to take home. Customer service and speed could be improved for in-store service. Greet folks as they come in to feel welcome, it’s confusing where lines start and end, whose order has been taken. Food orders with drinks forgotten or not prepped til the coffee is done but could’ve been done while we wait, etc. These are problems with easy solutions. Overall a good place that could be better with some training and consistent practices.

Ordered and paid for a large pourover coffee. Sat and watched a guy bring out the beans, the carafe, the v60, the scale....then watched him grind the beans...and start the long process of a large pourover. 10 minutes later after the process is over with, I nearly open my mouth to say "leave a little room for cream"...the guy (the owner, John) takes the coffee back to the back room and starts drinking it. Then another guy comes up, gets the same equipment and starts the process over again, and 20 minutes later, THIS coffee is now mine. The owner legit made me wait 20 minutes so he could have his coffee first. Absolutely mind boggling. Rest of the staff is cool tho!Just had to edit this after the owner's tonedeaf response. 1. I know who John is. 2. I didn't leave the review the day this happened. 3. Telling me I should have ordered ahead if I was "in a hurry" doesn't change the fact I waited 20 minutes so an employee could make their drink first.

I love Aromatic Roasters! All their coffee drinks are superb and made just how I love. Also the pastries are delicious! I love the staff of Aromatic Roasters too, they are always so friendly. The atmosphere is great if you want to sit with headphones and work alone or enjoy a coffee with a friend.
